Romantic fantasy
This trilogy continues several story lines including those of Eleanor, Richard, Bowen and the leadership. Turner has a client whose daughter has become a victim of a cult and he borrows a few guardians to help with her rescue. It turns out she is a dormant and the cult leader is not human, yet not one of them. Stella's secret continues to be problematic. Construction in the village accelerates as plans rapidly change.

Very happy.
Helps me escape this hard time in our country. I wish we had a leader like Kain and I wish I had a faded mate. So this series gives me both for awhile. Also, I am sick of reading books where the women are hunted and killed by men. These women are strong, smart and are not victims all the time. I definitely recommend.

Amazing, love how the characters come together.
I like how a new set of problems are created with such ease and adding new characters into each read. Would like to know more about the children with the Goddess and what goes on while they're with her.

The Children of the Gods is a very captivating series. Dark Haven is series 47 through 49 in which a possible different branch of Gods may be discovered.
