More Please!

This is very good, sound advice and I could read much, much more! I see great benefits in following these habits, just for the habits and also for the mindfulness required to ingrained them. Great job!

Much good advice, but tainted by the author's subjectivity. Cautious wager is most readers will feel insulted in spots, or just declare select advice non-applicable to their lives.

Obvious, but sometimes we all need reminders

A lot of this is basic stuff, but it can be good to read something simple sometimes when everything else seems complicated. Sometimes we all need to calm down and get a hold of ourselves first
