Rate this book
A guidebook designed to support the mental and emotional health of queer folks and allies, Mind Body Pride takes readers on an inquisitive journey through their mind-body connection.

The goal? To reconnect with yourself, release stress and embody your authentic well-being. Discover the unique way your thoughts, emotions and behaviors shape how you move through the world. Empower yourself to live the story you want to tell.

Equipped with seven days of journaling prompts, guided movement activities and an accompanying video series, Alyson Stoner leads readers through daily lessons that invite them into a deeper understanding of themselves. Ask yourself how you want to experience the world, what feels safe and where there is a desire for growth. Explore how intentional and grounding movement feels without judgment.

Meditative, explorative, and supportive, this helpful guide is a starting point for anyone seeking a more comfortable relationship with themselves, their identity and the world around them. Come as you are, and hopefully you’ll leave just a little bit more you than you’ve ever been.

This was a great book, definitely something you can revisit when you feel like you need some self care. I highly recommend for anyone is wanting to find a way to recollect. The journal activities? Did each one and plan to update them once every few months. Excited to see what else Alyson Stoner has coming!

I didn't read it in just a week, but I don't feel like I had to. I feel like I could go at my own pace, whenever I was ready for the next chapter.
I have read books like these before, but I've never felt quite as understood as I did while reading this.
And I know that it will be there whenever I need it again, which is awesome.

I mean...she wrote a book. I love Alyson Stoner and was excited for this book but it wasn't anything like what I expected. Not my cup of tea. Good for people trying to explore themselves perhaps.
