I am a Network Director in the NSW (Australia) public education system. Daniel's book, Mastermind: Unlocking the talent within every school leader has proven to be an outstanding source of ideas and inspiration for me when developing professional development for my network. Daniel's approach is grounded in reality - he understands schools and the challenges of modern educational leadership, and he has used this knowledge to create a readable, relatable series of PD and coaching strategies based around his "ABC" of professional development. Mastermind is the lens through which I view my work, and the work of my principals. I highly recommend this book to educational leaders (and aspiring leaders!) without hesitation.
