My name is Lizz Larouge. I am a poet, artist and seer. I started this poetic journey twelve years ago. What I consider to be downloads from soul and spirit.

I’ve lived many lives, this lifetime alone and like many, I’ve battled with labeling, patriarchal society conformity, stigma, limiting self-beliefs stemming from childhood. I’ve been verbally and physically beaten because I was different. I turned to various forms of escapism and buried away many of my gifts for so long, hidden by shame, fear of standing in my power and claiming ME.
Now, here I am, more than a decade dedicated to Dream Activation, Universe free-wheeling and transformative healing.

Owned my sh*t so I could OWN MY SHIFT.
I transformed my thinking, my behaviours and my subconscious belief systems to overcome challenges to live a life of LOVE, radical self-belief and heart-centred authenticity.
I have shed many layers of myself, lost friendships and evolved to a place where I can wholeheartedly unashamedly say ‘I LOVE YOU’ to myself and mean it.
The journey between where you are at and radical self-love requires inner technology.
I am here to help you "Own Your Shit So You Can Own Your Shift" too.
I will show you how to be free of limiting beliefs, conditioning resulting in negative thought patterns and behaviours so you can step UP and into your DREAMS.

Stunning artistry. Pure poetry. Love in words that create the most beautiful images that dance across your imagination. Liz’s book inspires and ignites your own dream maker inside. She takes you to the stars so that you can create with them. I love this book of poems that are of her own self discovery and dreams and simultaneously get you to reflect on your own dreams and your own journey.

The poetry and design/layout of this book are absolutely beautiful. Powerful messages and downloads much needed for these crazy times we are living through right now!
I recommend Dream Machine highly! For everyone who is vibrating on the frequency of LOVE. It's the kind of book you will keep by your bedside table or coffee table, to pick up frequently and absorb. I read it end to end and now I do exactly that. If you love Be Here Now, you will adore this book. If you love Spirit Hacking: Shamanic Keys to Reclaim Your Personal Power, Transform Yourself, and Light Up the World, you will love the messages contained in this book.
