About the author

Tricia Andersen lives in Iowa with her husband and her three children. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in English and from Kirkwood Community College with an Associate of Arts degree in Communications Media/Public Relations.
For the past five years, Tricia has been a member of Hard Drive Performance Center in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, an affiliate of Roufusport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She has experience in kickboxing and currently trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Even though she has never competed in an MMA cage, she’s witnessed and been a part of a fighter’s journey from fight camp to their walk to the cage. She also has competed in jiu jitsu.

I purchased this book.

Oh my land these MMA shifters are gaining my interest one by one. I still have not figured out out which one is my favorite but man they are all so amazing.

Micah is the second oldest of the seven, momma's boy and a virgin. He is also the one that doesn't fight he has an 0-5 record, cannot see without his glasses and get debilitating migraines. He is also the guys manager. He decides to go with the guys to the club to set up some fights for his brothers when a pull like no other sets him in search of something. He finds himself in a strip club where he sees the beautiful Eve. He scores a night with her only to find he is leaving the hotel with more tattoos than he came with.

Eve is a mess she is owned by her boss, he is a stripper and drug addict because of her boss. After her night with Micah she finds she has been tattooed one of the biggest NO NO's by her boss and finds herself looking down the barrel of a gun. Lucky for Eva Micah comes looking for her and makes a deal to save her life by getting in the ring.

Things get crazy for a while between Micah's blinding migraines, Eves drug addiction and Micah getting back in the ring. I love that Micah is patient with Eve but at the same time she needed to hear what Samuel and Meg had to say to her. Lets face it she was bound to have issues with the family. Especially one that is as close as they are. They want to protect Micah from the heartache that a stripper drug addict could bring Micah. Eve has never had a loving family but the Hallow's are showing her what it really means to be a family. Eve just hopes Micah doesn't leaver her like everyone else in her life has.

I'm becoming addicted to these Hallow boys. I cannot wait for Samuel it seems he has a big secret himself.

Micah Hallow 2nd oldest brother in the line finally is getting his shot. He i the one to stay at home never to go out and pretty sure he was never going to find his mate for heaven sakes he was still a virgin. So after getting picked on by his brothers for so long he decided to see what the fuse was about and go out the the club he might even get some work done while they were out.while at the club he watched his other brothers go off with the groupies that are always wanting a piece of a hallow brother to hook up with, when this strange pull had him leaving the club and down the road to the local strip club and he could not explain why. Once inside this gorgeous girl came out and he was stuck right in his tracks and couldn’t help with stair at her and she couldn’t help but dance just for him as if they were the only two in the club. Well once she was done dancing he yelled at her to fuck him and next thing he knew she was walking out the back door of the club and he was about to take her right there lucky for them they had a sleezy motel and that is where Micah lost his virginity. Eve left Micah in that motel room after leaving in the middle of the night refusing to take money from him she stuffed it back in his boot right before she left and after having the best sex of her life things were going to get a lot crazier for her. Well for starter they were mated to each other after just one night total strangers and well now both of their lives were on the line and they bith have a crazy secret that they wont be able to keep from each other for long. Once again Tricia knocked it outta the park this book was amazing and how can you not fall father in love with this family I just want to be apart of this family fur and all.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.

Oh baby!! This book did not let me down. Micah our sweet, nerdy, virgin shifter finds his mate in the druggie stripper turned prostitute after a night out with his brothers!! So yeah not really the girl to bring home to mom especially when you’re the momma’s boy!!

Micah and Eve are a great combo. Both have never felt the love of a significant other. Eve only knows heart ache by people where Micah only knows the love of his family…granted overbearing family but still family.

When the couple are thrown together and Micah agrees to step foot into the ring to save her, the couple have A LOT to learn a about each other. I felt a little bad for Eve because no one liked her buuut can you blame them when they see her track marks???? Yeah exactly. I did like that Meg put her in her place and informed her that she is family whether she wants to be or not so get over it. The brothers all pitch in to help Micah get ready for his fight and start to show Eve what family is all about. I think I loved Caleb a little bit more for his encouragement with Eve.

There is a lot of stuff happening in this book…new bag guys and maybe even more bad guys on top of the first group. Dealing with Eve’s ex “employer”, Momma’s special necklace and a brother with a secret mate/lover perhaps????

I am super excited for the next book ad have my fingers crossed for the secret lover storyline that was touched on a couple times in the book!!!

Micah goes through so much with Eve in this book. I suggest that you read book 1 first as this one picks up right after the first book. Micah doesn't fight in the cage because he suffers from black outs and migraines, but he's willing to fight for Eve to save her life. Eve doesn't believe that she is worth saving, and is on a self destructive path that could ruin everything. A couple of unknown werewolves have shown up in town from the pack Micah's dad escaped from, and want the brothers to go back with them. The danger level is rising as the brothers try to protect the ones they love.

I loved Micah! He is so fricken sweet and OMG HOT! Who knew the "innocent" one of the Hallow brothers could be so darn sexy!
It was a great story and I really am enjoying this series. It keeps getting more intriguing. On to the next Hallow brother..
