What happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.
When I first met Dante, he was tall, dark, and mysterious, not like the other guys he was with. He came over, we talked, made plans to meet up after lights out. One thing led to another and I was ducking out of his hotel room in the early morning light.
The baby he wants nothing to do with and I will be just fine.
C’est la vie, his loss.
When my parents kicked me out of their house, I found myself on my cousin’s doorstep. She quickly put me on the fast track to chase my dream job, what’s better than traveling the country with my daughter doing what I love right?
Maybe my luck is changing for the better…
Until I meet my new client, he’s not so new to me. I am very familiar with those washboard abs, those deep brown eyes and his sexy, smoldering smile…
My luck is about to run out having to deal with him all the time. Because not only am I his new publicist, we are also sharing traveling accommodations.
Can we figure out how to play nice or will the chase be too much to handle?

This story has potential, but the way it is written it leaves to many things unanswered, gets confusing at times as to who in the world is talking and jumps past stuff too fast. Then it ends.

Dante's publicist does some illegal stuff and the way it unfolds is unbelievable, Dante's mother shows up and causes problems and you never find out what happens to her, then he finds his father meets him and no more about him, Kiara's parents kick her out and you never hear anything about them, Kiara is immature and everyone around them knows what's going on, but the way it is written is like everything is a secret and no one knows anything or on the same page. Most of the time the story is out in left field.

I do love how The Driven Series characters by K. Bromberg and Finding My Forever series characters by Alandra Knight were included.

This was a great read by Alandra Knight. A wonderful story of Dante and Kiara who have a one night stand and then twelve months later are brought together by fate only for Dante to discover that he has a daughter that he did not know about. Through some interference from someone close to Dante, Kiara was led to believe that Dante did not want to know his daughter and did not want to have anything to do with her either. Dante persists to get Kiara to believe that he was not aware of anything that happened in the last twelve months and eventually Kiara lets down her walls and the three of them can be together as a family. This book is about finding happiness after everyone in life lets you down and being able to open up to let people in to your life and giving second chances. A great book by Alandra Knight that I thoroughly enjoyed reading and found that I could not put it down once all the drama started unravelling. Was also very excited to see the Brentwood brothers from another series make an appearance in this book. All the characters are strong and are family to one another and would do what they need to look out for each other. Would love to read more about Dante and Kiara in the future.

Holy Mackeral! What an amazing book. I didn’t want to put it down. It’s full of surprises and what if’s. Dante and Kiara’s lives change forever when they run into each again a couple months after Kiara has Dante’s baby. Or is it? You see one night together in Vegas has resulted in an unplanned pregnancy. So many events happen next. Kiara being Dante’s publicist, them going on the road for Dante’s racing, a certain someone showing up after several years, and wait to you see how the relationship between Kiara and Dante develop. They both need each more now than ever, but can Kiara really let Dante in her and her daughters life forever. Dante wants to prove he can be the perfect father for Amaya and maybe just maybe he can be the man for Kiara.

Chase to the Checkered Flag!!

This book was FANTASTIC!! Dante and Kiara have a one night stand after meeting in a bar. There no exchange of numbers or anything after Kiara sneaks out the next morning. What a surprise when fate brings them back together a year later and Dante finds out he's a daddy to a beautiful baby girl. Luck puts the two of them together for work and in small living quarters traveling together. The chase is on for the checkered flag!!

Alandra did a phenomenal job of writing this story. I loved it and didn't want to put it down. It's a definite page turner!! I love how she worked the characters from her other books into this story. There are so many secrets and twists and turns. The chemistry is off the charts and the banter between the two is great. The sexy times are HAWT!! There are so many wonderful characters and I love her style of writing! A Definite MUST READ!!

Wow this story got my interest right away! Dante is a racer who had a one night stand about a year ago in Vegas and because the woman left before he even knew her name he can’t even find her.
When Keira gets tossed out of her parents home for having a child out of wedlock she goes to her cousin Hanna’s house. Well when she gets a look at who came over she is boiling mad because Dante never contacted her even after she sent a email where he works. Now you would think that the story is over but the story has just begun. I loved the story and I will be looking forward to reading more from this author.

I loved this book and I couldn't put it down once I started reading it. Dante and Kiara have this instant connection and attraction that can't be ignored. The meet in Vegas and one thing lead to another and it changed Kiara's life in an instant. I loved every interaction that Dante and Kiara had together and there little girl is so cute that it melts your heart. Pick up this book and see what happens with Dante, Kiara and there little girl Amaya. This is a fast paced book in the Driven World Series so buckle up and enjoy the ride.

I like the story. Kiara and Dante meet in Vegas has an Insta connection and then he wakes up alone. Later he finds out what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay in Vegas and when he meets Kiara again he learns he has a two month old daughter that his publicist hid from him. Kiara is a protective mother because she thought she was talking to Dante when he signed over his parental rights to their daughter. I liked a majority of the story it just for me somethings didn't seem right or didn't make sense to me.

I received an ARC and volunteered to leave a review.

This is a spectacular read! The storyline is all kinds of emotional and oh so heartwarming. I fell in love with the awesome characters immediately and was rooting for Dante and Kiara from the start! I loved the crossover of characters from some of Alandra Knight’s other books, it was amazing catching up with them! I definitely recommend this book and cannot wait for more from this fantastic author!

Racing world drama

I liked the story of Kiara and Dante meeting and having an instant connection. The chase begins after much interference from Dante’s publicist. Kiara is hurt and confused, but a fierce mother. The story is good, the delivery is a bit over the top at times.

Overall, a book with good people who want to do the right thing for those they love, whether the family is by blood or choice.

I enjoyed this story of Dante and Kiara, their second chance and the obstacles in the way of that. These characters have an intense connection that I loved. Kiara has a fire about her, a protectiveness of her daughter and those around her. This story has strength, sweet, heat, amazing friendships, some moments that had my jaw dropping and it all comes together very well.

I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

This book gave me a book hangover! So many twist and turns and emotions. Dante and Kiara meet in Vegas, but you know that saying What happens in Vegas stay in Vegas, well for this two, that not what happened. With a little souvenir and a publisher that held on to big secret from Dante,Can Dante gain Kiara trust. And prove he is a man for Kiara and his kid. Alandra Knight rocked this book so hard!

Wowza

What an amazing story. I honestly couldn't put this book down. Tears overflowed along with a lot of cussing at certain characters. Dante and Kiara are freaking the best and Amara captured my heart. You always come through in each book you write. Thank you Alandra, This book really touched my heart.

Dante and Kiara have a wonderful story. What starts as a one night in Vegas turns out to be so much more. There's plenty of events that unfold revealing a bigger part of the story. In the end it all cones together nicely. I really enjoyed reading.

The plot of this book was fast-paced, much like the title. The story is told from two points of view. Kiara, a struggling, single mom, relives sad memories of a one-night stand with her daughter’s father. She reached out to him, but the emails returned to her were hostile. Upon learning about their grandchild, her parents kick Kiara out of her house. Unknowingly, she ends up with the people who know her baby’s father well. Dante, an up-and-coming motor bike driver is enraged when he finds out that his publicist has illegally signed his parental rights away. He has abandonment issues, and he is upset that he wasn’t aware of Kiara’s pregnancy.
Kiara and Dante meet again, and the feelings they share resurface. Kiara holds back, still unsure that Dante was clueless about her pregnancy. Dante moves ahead fully, convinced that Kiara is his “checkered flag.”
There were some typos and repetitive words, but the plot was strong. I enjoyed the first person, conversational point-of-view.
I would recommend this book for mature readers (due to language and descriptive sex) who enjoy new romances, enemies-to-lovers, and the thrill of “the chase.”
