WHAT IF NOT KNOWING HOW WAS NO LONGER AN OBSTACLE TO YOUR DREAMS AND DESIRES?
The number one reason you're not going for your deepest dreams and desires in life--or even giving yourself full permission to want those things--is because you don't know How you’ll make them a reality. Not knowing How then becomes a barrier that stops you from doing, being, or having the things and the life you know you're meant for.
But the truth is, you never, ever, ever, ever need to know How you’ll do, be, or have something before you decide that you're going to. No matter what it is you desire and dream of. Even if it's a so-called "pipe dream."
You don’t need to know all of the steps. You don’t need a strategy or an action plan. You don’t have to make a to-do list and check everything off. You don't even have to do most of what you think it takes to do, be, and have what you want.
You just have to do your part and stay the hell out of the way so the Universe can do its part.
F*ck the How demystifies manifestation and teaches you the process to go from dream or desire in your heart to actually receiving it in your real, physical life, without ever having to know How beforehand.
Whether you're a creative with big dreams, an over-thinker, a control freak, or someone who just gets way too caught up on the How of making your desires happen, this paradigm-shifting book will help you to set the How aside and get any-freaking-thing that you want.

Just the right amount of tough love and balance of encouragement I needed to stop worrying so much about how things will happen and really ask myself what it is that I want my life to look like. Loved it!
This is a no-nonsense book on how to release your attrachment to the thing you want and allow it to come to you. There were several key points in the book such as "If you're feeling good, you will attract and experence more things to feel good about". I really enjoyed the book because it was a quick and easy read. I love that it emphasized the importance of visualizing your goal as accomplished. I also like when the author shared the time when she and her husband needed to get to a funeral but they didn't have the money. Jennifer said they began to make plans and act as if even before the money manifested.
I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 stars because some of the chapters seemed to be a repeat of earlier information.
Who would I recommend it to: People who are struggling to let go of their dreams, people wanting to manifest their specific person, and anyone wanting to level up their manifestation game.
Just a rip off of Abraham Hicks - Pretty much what you hear in any random youtube/tiktok video. Have not seen any credits to Abraham Hicks anywhere though :)) And the author weirdly claims that old and popular methods (like looking at your life backwards) "came to her during meditation". "Success" stories that are not inspiring at all (like her manifesting getting a divorce, meeting somebody on a dating app or having customers randomly showing up for your business - like how common are those already without having to apply any technique?). So, overall, it's just a short "book" that loosely summaries youtube videos, written quite badly. I do not recommend it.
I have read tons of books on the law of attraction. My first was Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain. I did manifest quite a bit using that book. F the How takes it to another (incredibly important) level and explains HOW to do it, not just the what and why!! SO many books drone on and on about the why while leaving you with trying to figure it out for yourself. I read this with my kindle unlimited subscription but I’m going in to buy it for reference for life. Thanks for the great resources Jennifer (there is tons of free stuff mentioned in the back)!
I’ve read tons of books on the law of attraction so the concepts presented here weren’t new to me. I loved how the author shared examples of how this works, I saw some gaps in my own manifesting through those examples. For someone who isn’t as familiar with LOA, this is going to be 10 stars. If you’re already familiar, you’ll like it but you won’t be blown away.
I realized that manifesting things, I should get out of the way and let the universe do its thing. F*** the how and when it's going to happen. Thanks to the author for sharing her story about her divorce. She allowed the universe to solve her problems and get out of way. Thank you for the knowledge that went out on this book!
This book has genuinely changed my perspective on manifestation and mindset. It came to me right when I needed it! I also manifested my divorce and love of my life however subconsciously and now I’m learning to consciously, this book is so relatable.
The author lays out an easy and effective way to manifest. Keep in mind that this is going to take action and inspired action. If you want to manifest and don’t know where to start or you are manifesting already and want to get more results, then this is for you. Possibilities are endless if you see it this way.
This was very good - explained EASILY the LOA manifestation process. My one gripe - why was it necessary to use so many four letter words? If you can overlook this, then you will enjoy this read.
Thank God someone finally describes the process and lays out steps on how to finally get whatever you want. I've read other books and they're pretty vague. This one seems doable and so easy.
Love the easy to follow manifestation steps and examples given. Appreciate the troubleshooting section. Written to encourage you in your manifestation journey, for beginners and for those who have tried LOA and weren't successful in the past.
This book brings together lots of similar ideas and themes I have been pursuing for some time from others in this space (Bob Proctor, Joe Dispenza, Vishen Lakhiani et al). I really enjoyed it and I love Jenifer’s attitude. I highly recommend it.
This book has a very bold title, don't you think? It indicates a change of attitude in dealing with the universe, but not one of disrespect. Manifesting has become a very popular topic. Blanchard wants you to take it seriously, and not as just another form of foofy BS that might work. There is no downside to believing that the Universe has your back, that it wants you to have everything you want. However, the Universe may have plans for you that don't include some of the things you want. The answer is to have full faith in your future, openly ask for what you want, and then forget about it. Don't let your happiness depend upon the immediate delivery of your wishes, though it is OK to keep an eye out for clues that they are on their way. I think that is pretty good advice. Blanchard expands on this philosophy by offering lifestyle and attitude changes to enhance your life and deepen your chances of getting what you want. As she explains in-depth, simply get out of the house and live your damn life. Sitting alone and allowing your wishes to become obsessions is counter-productive.
