This was… better in some parts than in others. I liked the beginning, but canon sometimes shone through too much, and sometimes it wasn’t easy to follow due to random namedrops or bumpy writing.

Super weird fic. I went with it in the beginning- Harry is raised by a dragon- but then leaves to be raised by pinkskins who are Scottish and I started skimming because the accents drove me crazy. The thing is this fic is very out there and over the top and a lot of it makes zero sense. How did Hermione get away with living in a secret spot in the castle? Remain invisible in classes? Harry’s fake name coming out of the goblet should’ve meant that he didn’t have to participate. How did it allow him to be considered an adult Harry Potter? If dumbles knows he’s hp, why doesn’t he out him? I did enjoy parts of this fic-like Harry when they got together- but the fic started to bore me. The thing that annoyed me most was Luna. I don’t understand why Harry or Hermione are friends with her. I get that Hermione has zero friends but Luna is oddly sexual -pinches Harry’s butt and makes comments about Hermione- it made me cringe. I admire this writer’s creativity but I couldn’t get past the way some of the characters are portrayed.
