This duet was breathtakingly beautiful. It plays with your feelings and heart in the best of ways. There won't be one emotion left out - you'll feel love, hurt, anger, hope... All of them.
You'll want to devour the conclusion to Gavin and Cora's epic love story just like I did. Book one left us sobbing on the floor wondering where the author was going to take us. Hearts were shattered, trust severed and feelings raw and exposed.
Does Gavin have it in him to fully try to win the love of his life back? Is Cora willing to put her heart on the line once again? Were all of Gavin's words about love real? Actions speak louder than words.
Persephone Autumn has such a way with words. They grip you and hold you hostage until the very last page. She's quite the story teller. I'm so glad I decided to give her work a try! Best thing I've done in awhile.
There's SO much I want to say about this story, but I can't ruin it for you. YOU need to experience these very special people for yourself.
I can't wait to read the upcoming duets in this series!

I cant actually do a review without giving away what happened in book 1…
So let me just say this book is more about Gavin and him showing Cora that he will do anything to be with her and that they are meant to be together. But saying it and doing it are two different things. It doesn’t always go the way he wants it to. And in the mean time Cora struggling to trust that Gavin really wants to be with her and he is doing everything he can to make that happen.
The story goes back and forth between the past and the present, but its not long and drawn out. I think it was perfect and helped you understand both of these characters. Like I said in my previous review since I started book 1 you definitely felt that these two belonged together. What I like about being a blogger is that you get to discover new authors that you would never have read before and I will definitely try to read more of this authors books in the future 😊 ♥

Time exposure is book two in the Bay Area Duet Series picking up right at the cliffhanger surprise at the end of Through the Lens.
Time Exposure deals with the aftermath of the surprise and focuses on Gavin and his journey to rebuild trust and prove his commitment to Cora. Persephone does an exceptional job of layering in all the emotions and this rollercoaster relationship. She is especially adept with using strategic flashbacks to explain the motivation and decisions of the younger versions of Gavin and Cora and how they got to their current place. The flashbacks contain some of my favorite moments where you get to experience the heartwrenching anguish the couple goes through as they are ripped apart, too young to control their own destiny.
It goes far in explaining Gavin's later behavior. With a slower pace than book one, Persephone ratchets up the emotions and inner thoughts of the characters. As a reader, you get to experience the heartache, and the pain but also the joy and the love as they fight their way toward a HEA. Gavin and Cora's emotional journey will leave you spent on the floor with a satisfying smile on your face.

This was a perfect conclusion to this duet. I was so eager for this book and I was not disappointed in any way which is a testament to the author. So beautifully written by a very talented author this book will totally consume you in every way possible. Cora and Gavin are the perfect couple and their story spans thirteen years and every word that you read brings out every raw emotion and made you feel every ounce of heartbreak, pain, love and laughter that Cora and Gavin felt. Ms Autumn is a new author to me but I know that I will definitely read more of her books in the future. Congratulations to Ms Autumn for giving us a beautiful duet that I highly recommend.

Gavin and Cora just keep getting better and better! I fell in love with both characters in Through the Lens but in Time Exposure, I know I will be back to read their sweet story again!! Gavin just captures your heart and you can't help but be rooting for him, the whole time. Even though you know he broke Cora's heart twice, normally I don't root for someone like him. But he is sensitive and special and my new favorite book boyfriend! Gavin and Cora are simply the cutest high school sweethearts!

This was such a perfect conclusion to the duet! Gavin and Cora’s love story had the perfect ending. At the end of book one we were left with a cliffhanger that we were not sure what direction this love story was going to take. Gavin had his mind set on fixing his wrongs but was he going to be able to? Cora was so hurt by everything was she going to be able to forgive him? This was my first time reading this author and I loved The writing style and the way the characters feels poor out of the pages. There were many layers to these two books and they interviewed so seamlessly. I truly Enjoyed this duet and will definitely be looking for more books by this author.

One of my favorite duets. The conclusion was perfection. The author didn't leave anything behind, she brought us along for the ultimate ride between these two amazing characters. The author didn't leave me with questions when reading this book and she fulfilled everything that I wanted for the characters. I can't wait to see what else is up this authors sleeve.

This book was amazing. You feel all their sadness, heartbreak, excitement, and happiness. Every step of the way. Book two starts right up where book one end so you don’t miss a second of the story. Cora and Galvin are high school sweethearts with a second chance romance. It was perfect. I loved reading this series. Highly recommend!!

Time Exposure is a continuation of Gavin and Cora’s story, picking right up from where it ended on a cliffhanger in Through The Lens.
Just when Cora and Gavin were finally getting back on track with rebuilding the relationship they once had. Disaster strikes in the form of Gavin’s fiancée’s confession. Leading Cora to losing all hope and walking away. But Gavin isn’t ready for it all to be over, now more determined than ever prove to Cora they are meant to be together. Even if that means telling his whole truth, which won’t be easy.
Time Exposure tells the story of second chance romance, through a deeply heartfelt story filled with heartache, heartbreak, loss, pain, something Cora struggles to overcome yet again. Considering she had a hard enough time the first time when Gavin broke her heart.
From this alone, the book went deep into depth in invoking and evoking emotions and feelings, some through past flashbacks. The fact that Persephone dug deep into Cora and Gavin’s souls to show everything they were going through and feeling definitely hit hard like a freight train. Especially from the scenes of the past that she included. It had my heart breaking for both Cora and Gavin in many different ways. Being able to see more into just exactly what both went through in their teen years of being separated.
Their perspective was one of the reasons alone I had enjoyed the story, with being able to delve deeper into their stories, with all the intensity moments in their lives. Alongside the nitty gritty of struggles they endured, most of which Cora had suffered through.
While I admit I enjoyed the overall narrative, the pacing of the story was much slower than I would’ve liked or preferred. But at the same time I couldn’t fault the story for it, because it helped make the story what it was. Helping to continue to understand their full journey through the present and flashbacks of their past. Filling in the missing pieces to their complete story, of which was still being learnt.
The non-rushing of the story made it all the more realistic, by showing that relationships take time, effort and patient given everything they had been through. And that it won't be easy to get to the HEA they deserve.
I do have to say I had hoped the drama that occurred had been expanded on a little more, with some explosive elements to it. Just because it seemed to be over too fast and quickly with it all being resolved in the blink of an eye.
However with that said, overall I did still enjoy Cora and Gavin’s story in Time Exposure. Persephone Autumn did a great job writing this beautiful story that is filled to the brim with emotions and feelings. All of which hit you hard with sympathy from everything that was emoted through Cora and Gavin. Ending with the perfectly HEA of which Cora mostly deserved.
If you love emotionally stories filled to the brim with feelings, then Click Duet series is the one for you.

Time Exposure is the emotional conclusion to Cora & Gavin's story after that jaw dropping cliffhanger in Through the Lens. And since it is the conclusion, YOU MUST READ BOOK 1 (Through the Lens) FIRST! There's a lot going because not only do we get their present, but flashes of their past as well. There's just something about Persephone Autumn's brilliant words that had me feeling like it was my own personal journey so I was extra emotional to be honest LOL! And while it was a bit slower paced, it only made all these emotions I felt more poignant as I was able to savor every moment past & present. I'll be honest here, I'm totally cutting this review short because I really want everyone to hit those one click buttons to experience it all for themselves without any help from all of us who have already done so! So, buckle up for a highly emotional ride as I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Time exposure is a continuation of Gavin and Cora’s story. It picks up right where the last book ended. The story’s main focus is Gavin trying to make things happen so that he can finally be with Cora and show her they are meant for each other. Meanwhile, Cora struggles to accept the idea that Gavin really is doing all he can for them to be together.
The pacing of this story felt a little bit slower than the last, but it dug deep into Cora and Gavin’s present and past life. It helped me understand the two characters as their own people and as a whole.
I enjoyed this duet and will definitely be looking for more books by Persephone Autumn.

A brilliant conclusion to the duet. The ending was brilliant and I loved it so much. Once I started reading I didn't want to stop. This book wraps up what is left hanging from book 1 and is just perfect.

This second book of the series gutted me in the beginning but then slowly put me back together again. It was nice to finish getting to know what happened during their time apart and how Gavin fought so hard to win Cora back. I loved this series so much!

This was the second book of the Bay Area Duet Series with Cora & Gavin. In the first book they found each other again. They temporarily lost each other due to Gavins “arrangement” *insert major eye roll for him being an idiot with that one*
Gavin will not lose Cora again so we see how they come back together and finally get their happily ever after over a decade after they were separated originally.
Both books were easy for me to get into and were relatively quick reads for me. I usually go for books with more of a steam level, but occasionally I need something to break up what I’m reading. This was a good one for me.
