Ce couple m’intriguait, on avait eu quelques aperçus.
Mais alors je m’attendais pas à ça.
Au début comment Ender parle de Cat ça fait un peu psychopathe et aussi dans les première pages la relation est un peu chelou à la fois on a l’impression ils se connaissent pas trop et en même temps ils sont super familiers l’un envers l’autre. Ça va super vite entre eux.
Leur relation était un peu trop dans un délire spécial pour moi. Le surnom daddy ou papa et lui petit fille ou baby girl et le jeu de rôle papa/ petite fille avec des phrases genre « tu veux la qu*ue de papa », « réponds à papa » ou « ça c’est la petite »vraiment ça me mettait trop mal à l’aise.
Après ils sont mims mais voila.
Par contre le grand groupe de pote ça c’est toujours sympa.

An enjoyable age gap book five in the Eye Candy Ink: Second Generation series! It is emotionally deep, intriguing, engaging, relatable, and well written with humour, work drama, angst, family, steam, off the charts chemistry, and likeable characters. Definitely recommended!

WOW!! I couldn't put this one down. I absolutely love it!! This was a nice quick, short read.
Ender sees Cat when she is running after Maxine in the rain. Then he finally meets her two weeks later, but he tries to see her more over the last few months. Cat is busy with work, she the manager at Club Se7en, the club her dad, Max owns. Ender heads to the club to just get a glimpse of her, he stares up to the second floor where her office is. When someone asks Cat to come and help at the bar she tells them she'll be right down. After a while working the bar Cat spots Ender at the end just watching her. When the club starts to wind down Cat makes her way back to her office and Ender follows her. After she closes the door they talk about how busy they both are, then Ender asks Cat to go out to dinner with him. She tells him she's to busy, when he tells her she needs break sometime, she tells him she she doesn't have time for a relationship right now. Ender tells her he's not going to add to her list of things to do, he just wants to spend time with her. She tells him he has to wait them, and he tells her he will, but he's not giving up. The next night Ender heads back to the club, when he walks into Cat's office he sees her eating a bag of pretzels and asks her if that's her dinner. Ender tells her she needs to eat something better, she needs to take care of herself if she won't then he will. Cat asks him if he will take better care of her. He tells her more than anything, he tells her he'll be right back. He heads to Wild Thyme, he asks Coraline if she can make him something for Cat. When Ender gets back to Cat's office he tells her to take a break, she eyes the bags in his hands. Ender asks her about her interview that she has later in the week as she eats the food. Cat asks him about his day and he tells her some of the things Rooney and Harvey did which makes her laugh. Cat gathers up the empty container and tells him he didn't need to do this for her. He tells her he wants to take care of her. Cat hesitates to tell him she's a virgin, he tells her that's good she was saving herself for him. Ender grabs her by her waist and pulls her into his lap, he brushes his thumb across her cheek then leans in to kiss her, she hesitates then opens up for him. When Cat stands she tells him he needs to leave, she called him daddy, he picks up her phone and puts his number in, he tells her she can call him when she's ready and tells her she's his baby girl. Two days later, Palmer walks into her office for an interview, she tells her she'll be perfect for the waitressing job. Cat gets interrupted by one of her employees, about the schedule. After the interview is done, she's shows Palmer around. The same employee comes and tells Cat they need help, so she goes to help out. Cat goes back to her office then she gets a phone call from her mom, then another call from her sister Ivy. When she gets a call from Ender she hits ignore. Then Cat calls Ender but she hangs up before he answers. Three days later they lock up Eye Candy Ink Ender asks Gray for a ride, he's headed over to pick up Nora from girls night. Ender jumps out of the car as soon as Gray parks. He takes the steps two at a time, he doesn't bother knocking he spots Cat drinking a margarita. He points at her walks across the apartment and picks her up, carrying her out. He gets her keys from her and puts her in her car buckling her up. Ender drives Cat back to her apartment and carries her to her bedroom. He goes to grab her some water and medicine when he comes back she is naked on the bed, she tells him she needs him. He tells her to drink the water and take the pills. Then he pulls her covers back and tucks her into bed. He tells her they're not having sex when she's been drinking. Cat protest but then asks if he'll stay with her. He climbs into bed on top the covers fully dressed. Cat realizes the next morning what she did the night before. Ender wakes and asks how she is feeling, she tells him pretty good. He kisses her, she tells him she wants him and asks him to take off his clothes. He pleasures her, then they get physical. Later, Ender gets a call from Jasper, Grey's brother, who asks him to keep an eye on Grey to make sure he's handling everything alright. Ender grabs food at Wild Thyme and goes to Club Se7en to see Cat. She tells him about the problems she's been having with one of her waitresses. She is happy when Ender is on her side and doesn't try to solve her problems. After they eat, he pleasures her, then she pleasures him they hope the music drowns them out. When Cat walks into her office the next day the waitress who's been giving her problems is there in her chair, feet on her desk. Cat tells her to get out of her chair, she tells Cat she doesn't thinks she will, and then tells Cat she knows about last night. Cat asks her what she knows about and the waitress tells her she heard them last night, her and the old man, her daddy and it's disgusting. The waitress tells Cat she gets everything she wants because her really dad owns the place. She tells Cat she wants her job, Cat tells her she can't have it. Cat tells her that no one will believe her and no one will stick around if she's the boss no one likes her. The waitress tells her to make her assistant manager and she won't tell, Cat asks her if she blackmailing her. Cat tells her to get back to work and the waitress tells her she doesn't think she works enough then she quits. Palmer is standing in the door way and tells Cat she thinks that girls is a bitch and if she needs more help her roommate is looking for a job. Palmer tells her that she doesn't think the age difference matters she's in love with an older man too. Cat asks her who and Palmer tells her she doesn't think she know him, he works at Eye Candy Ink. So Cat asks her if his name is Banks, Palmer's neighbor, Palmer tells her yeah. Cat tells her she's like his sister and she won't tell. After Palmer leaves, Cat send Ender a text telling him she's sorry this was a mistake she can't be with him anymore. For the next few day Ender stares at the message Cat sent him he doesn't respond. At the shop Rooney asks Ender if he's coming to Sunday Brunch and he tells him he has other plans. At Sunday Brunch Cat finds out that Ender isn't coming. Then when all the women notice how upset Cat looks she tells them she's been seeing Ender but broke it off with him. She tells her mom she is worried about the age gap, and how they were getting looks at the club. Aunt Trixie and her mom tell her age is just a number, both are married to older men. Her mom tells her if she loves him then don't push him away. When Ender arrives home he notices pink hair and he can't help but hope it's Cat. She asks him if they can talk, so they go inside his apartment. He asks her what she doing and she tells him she wants to apologize and she drops her coat. Cat has a poofy baby doll dress and high heels. He asks her for what, she tells him for pushing him away she just was scared, being away from him felt wrong, he grabs her and pulls her to him. Ender tells her he loves her, she tells him she loves him too. Ender tells Cat she should have come to him, to talk to him, then he tells her since she didn't there will be a punishment. He bends her over his knees, he tells her when she has doubts or questions she's to come to daddy. She tells him she's sorry she'll come to him. He tells her good girl, he's never letting her go. Their lovemaking is raw and rough both trying to make up for lost time. He tells her he loves her always, she tells him she loves him. One year later, Ender grabs boxes of purple and pink hair dye he helps her dye her hair. He tells her he likes when her hair is pink so she dyes it pink. She moved in with Ender after they said I love you, she let her sister, Ivy move into her apartment. Ender asked Cat a week after she moved in to marry him and she said yes. They got married at city hall, with a small gathering of family and friends. Ten years later, Ender heads home to find Cat on the bed, naked, then his phone rings. This is book number 5 in the Eye Candy Ink: Second Generation series and focuses on Ender and Cat. The two of them have such a strong connection right off the bat and have already established a friendship of sorts before the book began. Once Ender decides he is tired of taking it slow, he goes all in to claim his baby girl that he's been in love with since he met her. Cat is in love with Ender too, but is still trying to come to terms with their relationship because of their age-gap and their Daddy/Little girl relationship. When a situation occurs at Cat's work, she gets spooked and runs from the relationship but thankfully it is resolved relatively quickly. I honestly can't describe how much I loved this book! Ender was sooooo good for Cat. I cannot wait for the next book! I've been waiting on Banks and we will finally get him soon! Excellent book and addition to the series!

Wow, I wasn’t expecting Daddy Ender in Ender (Eye Candy Ink: Second Generation Book 5) but I am here for it. Former soldier turned tattoo artist, Ender has his eye on one girl only. But he’s also looking for a certain type of relationship….is Cat the girl for him?
Cat has a thing for Ender too. When he finally makes his move, little does she know that she is definitely into the exact thing Ender is. However, it’s a bit of a shock to this sophisticated strong business woman that she likes a little Daddy/Little Girl play in the bedroom…can she move past her hang ups to have the perfect relationship with Ender?
This book is HOT! I wouldn’t mind calling Ender daddy myself or being his little girl. They have a great relationship, care for each other and see so perfectly matched in the bedroom. Sweet, sexy, steamy and with the perfect amount of romance.

Book 5 in Shaw Hart's Eye Candy Ink: Second Generation series features Ender and Cat's story. It is a smoldering, steamy age-gap romance. Ex-Marine Ender is making a life in Philadelphia, working as a tattoo artist at Eye Candy Ink. Not long after settling in town, he met Cat, manager of Se7en, a successful bar in town, and a woman a good ten years younger than him. From the moment he laid eyes on her, Ender has wanted to make Cat his - to protect and take care of her. Cat feels overwhelmed running her father's bar and has put having a relationship on the back burner - but when Ender finally makes a move, she cannot deny him. Ender and Cat have undeniable chemistry. Theirs is a different relationship than we normally see from Ms Hart, but their story is as entertaining as the rest of the books in the series.

Ender & Cat are an off the charts hot age-gap couple and I loved their story so much that I had to read it twice because I didn’t want their part of the second generation to end! I fell in love with both characters and how deeply their feelings were for one another. Ender was literally the sweetest man, but he also was everything Cat didn’t know she needed in a man.
I’m very obsessed with the fact that the second generation all shadow their parents in a way, and are similar in how they fall in love. Spoiler(not really) but they all fall fast! The age-gap and slight kink with Cat and Ender was done so well and it made the book so entertaining when it came to adding to hot/sweet factor the couple had. Ender & Cat will have you swooning hard core over them and how obsessed they really are for each other! Do yourself a favor and read this book!
I’m very obsessed with the fact that the second generation all shadow their parents in a way, and are similar in how they fall in love. Spoiler(not really) but they all fall fast! The age-gap and slight kink with Cat and Ender was done so well and it made the book so entertaining when it came to adding to hot/sweet factor the couple had. Ender & Cat will have you swooning hard core over them and how obsessed they really are for each other! Do yourself a favor and read this book!

I didn't think it possible but Ender and Cat have stolen the top spot in the second generation! These two were just so perfect together. Ender kept his distance for quite a while. He felt that the age difference as well as his overwhelming desire to take care of her made a relationship impossible. Cat feels the attraction but figures he isn't interested in her. Not to mention, she is so busy at work that its almost impossible to even go on a date. Fortunately, Ender finally gives in and takes a chance! The chemistry and tenderness between them just about melted my e-reader. I would have happily spent more time with these two just soaking in magic that this couple creates! All the stars for Cat and Ender!

This was not what I expected. I have been in love with these guys and this series. I was super excited for Enders story. Did it go down a way I did not expect? Yes. Did I still love it? Also, yes. There is a bit of Daddy kink to it and while that was not really my jam, I still really liked the story. Cat was such a strong and confident business woman, I think she liked having someone like Ender to take care of her. He was just completely in love and drawn to her. This was a very emotional push/pull between these two with plenty of heat thrown in. I actually really enjoyed it and would recommend this series. Looking forward to Banks.

This book was definitely kinkier than the others and some people might not like that. This was a daddy/ little type romance and that is not usually my thing but it just really worked for this storyline and the characters.
The chemistry between Cat and Ender was off the charts and I really liked how Ender was totally hooked on Cat from the first time he saw her, but he kept his distance and let things develop naturally. Now I just can’t wait to read Banks’ story.

I loved this book! Ender and Cat were awesome together. I loved the connection and the chemistry between these two. Ender is exactly what (who) Cat needs in her life and that scares her a little bit. Ender has been looking for his true purpose in life and he found in Cat and all he wants to do is take care of her and be there for her. I can't want for Banks' book! I would highly recommend this book and Ms. Shaw as a must read author.

Love this series of stories.
I've been waiting for Ender's story. He's always been quiet but the strength behind the other guys. Always seemed like a nice guy, his story proved he is a nice guy. It was nice learning his background even though it wasn't good it made him into the man he became. He's been in love with Cat for a long time and finally makes his move by taking care of her. WHOA I was not ready for Daddy kink at the Eye Candy shop! You know that meme that has the girl like nah but then she looks again like maybe I need to look again. This is kinda how I feel about Daddy kink, I'm not going to go looking for it but when it lands in my lap I better check it out.
Ender and Cat shouldn't make sense but they are so great together. I love that she even has that thought while she is researching daddy kink- that she is a boss lady and in charge of so many moving parts for work that it is nice to give control to someone else sometimes and be taken care of. And if it gets hot and kinky well I'm not mad about it.

Oh I absolutely loved this book... age gap, insta love, protective daddy will do anything to take care of his girl.... what woman wouldn't want that... Ender is swoon worthy , and Cat is a strong willed woman who works hard for what she wants.
I love this series and how all the other past characters are still mentioned.. love how close this group of friends are, they are more a family then just friends.

I am a big fan of the Eye Candy Ink series and it’s connected universe of books. They are all great shorter reads that are perfect for an evening read before bed. With that being said….this is the HOTTEST book of the entire series. I know some people might not have this book’s theme in their repertoire but it’s totally in mine. Ender and Cat make an amazing couple!!! Loved everything about this one!!!!

Well this book was a treat! Ender is book 5 of Shaw Hart’s Eye Candy Ink: Second Generation series and is an OM/YW romance read. Ender is head over heels for sexy Cat but afraid of just how much he feels for her. His need to care for her, in and out of the bedroom is hot and just the right amount of over the top. I really enjoyed watching them fall for each other. It was hot. It was sexy. It was sweet. I’m giving Ender the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy!

I really liked Ender and Cat, they seemed so perfect for each other, they were kind, caring, patient, respectful and loving. They had a few bumps in the road, but with their supportive family, friends and colleagues, you knew they would make it. I enjoyed the epilogues and the hints of upcoming couples.

I have to say how sad I am to have to put Ender’s story as a DNF because I have been really looking forward to the next book in this series. I just couldn’t finish it because the Daddy thing is just not my thing. It wasn’t the writing, what I read the writing is good as always and for someone who enjoys this I’m sure it is a good book, just not my thing.

Cat and Ender 3.5 *
My favourite book on this series so far and Ender is definitely my favourite H on this series too. He is so adorable! He really wanted to care for Cat's every need. They both have the Daddy/LG kink going on which is something I am not into at all but the way Shaw Hart introduit into the story was really good. I really enjoy their story. Highly recommended
