Not just a poetry to sway you off this world, but to take you into the lyrical aesthetic that Saman has created.
Best poetry book of 2021 till now for me; I love how beautifully a story is woven in scattered pieces, yet each one glowing with it's own expression and emotion.

I always found it difficult to explain people about my opinion of FOREVERS, but this book gave me one, I could not stop being emotional and elated simultaneously.
"and the way you never came back
- a different kind of forever"

This book throws light on the depth of feeling and emotion that gushes in a girl's heart when she is loving someone, unloving them for good and then building herself, after all those things that swayed her away from the tangible she sees in the mirror every day.

There are certain lines that kept me thinking and questioning myself that is that me talking to my better self?
"and i must confess
i’ve no more of myself left to give
unless forever is on the table"

These words worked as a soothing paste on the wounds that I do not show to people, and how well it did; I remember re-reading these lines of depth and power to pick myself up. Saman did
a fabulous job with the words, each page brings the story of hope, truth and survival.
"until then
i’ll keep counting
the days i conquered
and survived"

This is such a beautifully crafted book. It took me on a transcending journey exuding multiple emotions… the level of “hope” that is depicted within the precisely curated poetry was extremely uplifting and I truly thoroughly enjoyed the read…the journey was definitely worth it!

Saman has left the best for last - new moon (the final chapter) speaks to the reader deep into their soul, and makes one experience the love straight from these words. Absolutely enjoyed every chapter, and can’t wait for the next book!

It was a journey of a heartbreak but the poems I felt were too ordinary and the language was so simple. I would've liked it better if there was more sophistication in the writing. However, there were times where I was able to resonate with her poems.

Since I love reading poetry and have finished few books of Khalil Gibran which are written in the form of poetic essays, when I saw this book which is in form of poetry and prose I felt like reading this book for this month .

Even though I have only read 10 % of this book it has flavors of love , loss and recovery which is second reason for me to pick this book. Most of you have experienced love, loss and have come up strong in life so this book may help you feel good about your experiences. It's going to give poetry to your life.

I will post book review once I finish this book ....
