I think the outline of this story was okay - Abused woman getting away from her abuser and creating a new identity in a new town. It was hard to read though. Going from first to third person in the same sentence was confusing. There wasn’t a good flow to the story. Had a hard time really understanding. I guess it just wasn’t for me.

Seducing Austin is a panty-melting blend of angst, heartbreak, sex, and romance. Colt is devastatingly sexy, Gabi is ain't take no shit from any many, and the story will make you squirm in your seat while craving more. Suspense with a twist of BDSM equals heat overload and a whole lot of fanning yourself. For the record, Texas Ranger Colt Wright is mine.

Ok. I had to read and stop. Read and stop. This is truly something out of this world. I was like what could happen next and boom, something would happen again. All I can say is hold on to your seats because this one is an amazing read and ending to a great series.

Hot, Hot and Hot!

★★★★★ is not enough for this book. Wholly crap it was freaking amazing! I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. Seducing Austin has it all. Romance, suspense and is so hot and steamy. The twist in this book sent chills down my spine. Colt (fanning myself) is oh so delicious and will go to the ends of the earth to make Gabi feel his love. Gabi is a kickass the things she has been through… Thank you J.F. Lowe for an amazing read.

What a page turner! I couldn’t put the book down. Gabi is a victim of her husband who abused her. Colt is a man who lost his wife, but how is the question. Gabi finally gets away from her husband. She does still have worries though. In an unfortunate incident she gets a concussion and who is there but Colt. He’s with her at the hospital when the doctor says someone needs to watch over her for a couple of weeks while she recovers. He accepts. Gabi is still unsure about men and you can tell. It was so amazing seeing how this relationship just seemed to keep going forward. Would these two be together in the end? Would Gabi’s past catch up to her. Would Gabi and Colt be able to open up to each other? Wait til you find out. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazin story about Gabi and Colt. Both characters were suffering from incidences and tragedies in past relationships. Gabi definitely wasn't looking for a new man after escaping her husband's abuse. She went to a new town to get away and when she finds herself in the hospital, she also finds Colt there, who will have to take care of her. This story was great. It was emotional, steamy, and had a great story line that had me hooked from the beginning. I loved the characters as well. I can't wait to check all the rest of the books in this series. Definitely a recommended read.

2 1/2 Star Review......

Seducing Austin is the first book in J.F. Lowe’s Seducing series and a story that had plenty of potential as I liked the characters and the overall storyline and plot. Unfortunately, I did struggle with the lack of flow and jumping from first person to third person dialogue as it made the writing feel inconsistent and the story hard to follow. I’ll give book two a chance and hope the ebb and flow improves.
