The Last time on 21, Donwade was left furious about Meechi’s disappearance once again. He vowed to himself that he would find her this time around.
Book 3 starts off with the following day. Everyone is still a bit on edge but carries on with life. Meechi takes off on the West family’s private jet to Coca Isles. Kley shows her what makes his family an important part of Santo Domingo and nearly all of the state of Alamosa…ending their trip on bended knee.
Donwade is left with picking up the pieces of the mess Meechi left behind. Everything they built in the one-story, flat roof home on Pyrland Walk Street is now broken, along with Donwade’s heart. As he wracks his brain, trying to figure out what to do to get Meechi to pick up her phone, Donwade finds solace in a new friend.
As time passes, the heat between the love-trio rises. Meechi tries her best to keep the peace. It only works for a while as she makes her two lovers see that they have no choice if they want to remain in her life. But when Donwade and Kley unintentionally meet up in the same place, all hell breaks loose, leaving Meechi in a state of numbness.
They say two is better than one, but in Meechi’s case, the two men she loves in her life are better than none. Happy endings are set in place with a hint of bittersweetness in this finale of book three 21: Two Thugs & A Lady.
Just so you know girl I read all three books in 2 days I couldn’t stop reading. Omfg I’m sooo proud of you your books gave me life all the way to the end of the last chapter keep up the great work 💜💜💜💜💜💜 via Tasha
I've been trying to figure out how to write this review without including spoilers. LOL😊
I enjoyed this series. It started with a lot of action and ended with just as much. I experienced quite a few 'didn't see that coming' moments.
Although fiction, Meechi and Donwade's story is reminder that people can love you and still hurt you. 💔 Sometimes their apology is more for them to make peace with themselves, than it is for you.
In the end, I think everyone found peace; one way or the other.💜
This finale to the series was absolutely amazing. The writing flowed well, the character development was evident, even though Meechi was sickening at times and it kept my attention from beginning to end. Talk about drama, secrets and lies. The entanglement between Meechi, Donwade and Kley had me going through many different emotions. Meechi really had me hot about her inability to choose between the two men. I hate that Donwade met his ending, but he was never going to change. I’d love to read more about Meechi and Kley since they got their happily ever after.
A great ending to a well written series. I was so happy with the ending and Meechi getting her happiness with Kley. Wade got his karma for all the bad things he did in his life.
Had slot of twists and turns. Mercy I had me wanting to smack her at times but I'm glad she got it together in the end. This was my first read from this author and looking forward to reading more. Well done!
La’Mour all I can say is wow.. This was a fabulous ending to the saga of trying to ride to horses with one ass. I had laughs, giggles, tears and bouts of swearing. That Meechie is a lot of drama wrapped into one body. I am so glad I came along for the ride as of course you did not disappoint. I loved Donwade’s Mama she is a firecracker for sure. Please tell me Sushi gets a spin-off book. I love her and her crazy self.
MEECHIE has to be in the top 5 of my most disliked FMC! She still couldn’t choose either one of them even in death! Kel deserved someone much better! Donwade and MEECHIE actually deserved each other she was so annoyinggggg! Deng was a good one! I don’t think I would’ve went back! Why did you jack mostly all the characters up! Everyone needed therapy!
I was shocked NY they way this one turned out! I really ended up not liking Meechi! I still don't know if I like her. Instead of being honest with them. She lead them both on and played with their feelings. Yeah Donwade wasn't ish wasn't ever gonna be but still. Key was different. Part of me feels Me echo should have been left by her lonesome
That ending was too much. I cried and rejoiced at the same time. Wade was friendly with it but I hated that he didn't get Himself together. Kley definitely was my choice for Meechie. I'm definitely hooked and will be reading more from this author.
