The Chronicles of Kendra series takes place immediately after Diary of Maddie the Ocelot Girl: Glitch Girl.

Kendra is a 7th grader who lives in one of the many shadow realms. When Kendra was 7, she was accidentally stricken by a spell that caused her to glitch in and out of existence. Kendra lived with this glitch for many years, attempting to find a cure alongside the old warlock who cast the doomed spell, Leland.
When Leland died, Kendra made every attempt to find the cure herself, playing with magics outside of her skill level. In one such instance, Kendra inadvertently opens a mystical portal and in desperation, steals a girl from her own dimension in hopes she can help her find her cure.
Kendra battles herself in moral consequences stemming from her actions to find a cure for her glitch and in doing so comes to an important decision about her life.
The Kendra Chronicles follow Kendra on her journey of redemption, which leads Kendra through several adventures and challenges with friends Kaylee, Lucy and Jake.
