This collection includes Books 1-3 of The Ukkur Mates Series
MEAT Trapped like an animal. Shared like a piece of meat. This alien wilderness is no place for an innocent little human like me. I should have been more careful. Should have watched my step. Now I’m caught in the hunters’ snare. Three primitive alien beasts are coming to claim their prize. Three battle-hardened predators with brutal muscles and gleaming tusks. And I’m their prey.
FEAST Captured. Caged. Consumed. All my life, I’ve known there was something wrong with me. I don’t fit into this world. I don’t belong. Then the ukkur come for me, and everything changes. Four brutal warriors, their massive bodies bulging with muscles and striped with battle scars. I fear them. Their savage growls make my blood run hot and cold. But they stir other feelings too. A painful yearning deep inside. A feeling my primitive language cannot begin to explain. I belong to the pack now. I am theirs to toy with. Theirs to share.
RAW The human female is a fascinating creature. She is not like our kind. Not like the ukkur. She is fragile; we will protect her. She is defiant; we will tame her. She is fertile; we will claim her. She smells delicious; we will devour her raw. But the wild little human has an appetite of her own. A big appetite which a single ukkur cannot sate. She requires an entire pack to fulfill her primal desires. Three dominant warriors to give her what she needs. She is hungry... ...We will share her.
This one served its purpose as an intro to this dark, deeply disturbing, primitive world and the conditions.. Plus, the relations regarding the original inhabitants, the Ukkur, and their enemies (the Nith), and the humans who are unfortunately caught in the crossfire....
Though this was the one that started it all, I was not blown away with the female of this story who will later be dubbed "The First Woman"... Nor was I too crazy about the circumstances and set up for her and her 3 mates. Though I did love the Epilogue here because it ended quite nicely and explained what occurred over the course of many, many decades that followed their ending, and how life played out for them.
Since this is a 3-book series, it is imperative you read this one first so that you understand books 2 and 3.
Book 2 "Feast" 4.5 *s
Now this one began with a poignant heartbreaking tone that never left the course of this journey for our heroine, Ika, her adoptive father, Rolf, and her 4 mates. I absolutely loved everything about this one except one thing I can't say without spoiling it. Just know I was utterly surprised by this one in a good way and was very happy with its ending as well.
Book 3 "Raw" 5+*****s!
OMGOSH!😳 This one regarding Serenity, Hruk, Jagger, and Grodd; kinda blew me away. I truly loved every single thing about this one. It was beautiful. Intense. Beyond mysterious in many respects and just way too freaking hot to put into words.
I cannot believe what a fan I have become of this crazy loopy world Ms. Lizzy has penned. Because I've never been a big fan of reverse harem stories. But this series, and based on a couple other reads I've read by her, has certainly changed my mind a bit. It's insane for me to say that too, cause these stories are presented under the most extreme conditions imaginable. But dare I say it?? I LOVE it!
I must say that I am surprised that more readers have not completed a review on this three book set. Admittedly, I did not check each individual book of the series for reviews as I like to put my own thoughts on record first.
I give this book set 4.5 stars. I am only taking that point away because of the typos and misused words/primarily pronouns used. But otherwise I give it a 5. Here are some of the reasons. *First, I love stand-alone books. Obviously, if you like the first well enough, you will want to continue. *The world building that Ms. Bequin introduced us to is just incredible! I loved that, right down to the slorge! *The Ukkur characters were just so interestingly naive, yet beasty...not to mention gorgeous in their way. Her writing here did not disappoint. *The female characters were strong and unfraid to be curious about these almost human males. Although, a couple made a stupid mistake or two, they were smart and likable. (I hate when the heroine is stupid and more of a ditz.) *There were lots of very erotic scenes between the three books! If a reader is all about the heat level of the book, this set will deliver! Sit with the fan on high, ladies. This action is intense! *The main plot that flows between the three books was great, as were the subplots for each book. That is important to me, as I want a story to enjoy along with all those sexy bits.
I do suggest that this book is for mature readers. Elements of sex, violence, and profanity may offend some readers.
Non-con, body betrayal, threesome/poly- MFMM, no ⚔️, spanking, restraint, cunnilingus, DPv, +oral for 3, anal fingering, titty Fing, semen everywhere, breeding kink, fingering semen back in her, pretty much everything female centric is there, lol.
Ukkur men are genetically engineered and "birthed" full grown from tanks. There are NO women. The language doesn't even have words for love, sex, affection. They don't know what semen is for, they call it "warm sap" from their "pee stick."
(1) FMC Alyx, convicted GYN from earth, sent on prison ship to other planet. Escapes the meat processing plant, is caught in trap. Alien/man/Ukkur gets her from his trap. Total language barrier, but they are aroused by her arousal scent and figure it out.
(2) FMC Ika, born on planet after her mom escapes. Mom gives birth inside a cave and dies. Found by older loner Ukkur, he raises her. She sneaks out to observe a pack of Ukkur males, gets caught. The male pack saves her from the bad guys and she travels with them towards the rumored location of the growing army.
(3) FMC Serenity, a former cop, is saved when the Ukkur army raids the meat plant. Spends 6 mos living in Ukkur camp. Has a "friend" that convinces her to sneak away on the promise of a smugglers ship back to earth. It's a trap. She's saved by a loaner Ukkur, then he's injured and she is caught in a trap by 2 other independents, they help heal #1 and form a mated pack.
Super hot and steamy. The longer I read, the more 👀 about the 4 day gestation of babies and immediate rebound pregnancy of the humans. Because, ya know, the menstrual cycle is 28 days ..... And it's not the magic grape food, because humans were importing that to earth. 🤷

Ukkur Mates Collection Books 1-3 I only read book 1 - Meat It’s on the short side - 170 pages
This alien kink isn’t for me. The story wasn’t that interesting. Maybe a bit creepy. Zero depth. The characters were okay but the dialogue ruined the illusion sometimes. These aliens—part human, part something else—had never seen a woman or a vagina before but immediately started calling it a “c*nt.” Instinctively, of course. Come on.
I’m assuming this is just for kink and smut? In that case, I should just shut up.
This collection is soo good. It takes place on another planet, but a dystopian Earth also plays a leading role.
While reading I really thought, wow, what a good imagination this author has. The books are all related, but each have different main characters. All the stories are well paced with well developed and fun characters.
The books contain exciting elements, are dark but also full of love and spice.
They also contain humor and p*ss stick is now definitely my favorite word of the year. I laughed so many times while reading.
I wasn't sure, until I realized I was over halfway through the series.
This book just kind of sucks you in. You don't really know if you are going to like it since most alien m/f romance comes with knotting, alpha/ omega and lots of rough intamacy, but you get more protection from the alien beasts against a horrible controvery alien species working with the human government. A hatred for our own species. An interesting turn for me to feel. Great story.
Dark sci-fi, interesting series of a planet where the population was enslaved and controlled by human eating aliens. Each story is linked but can stand alone. The men have no concept of what a women and each pack learn the joys of what a female can bring to their world
I greatly enjoyed reading all of the stories involving the humans & ukkar. The paths to happily ever after wasn’t instant and neither was the love. I did enjoy the attraction and the inexplicable feeling of trust the women had. I loved the end result and how the ukkar’s numbers significantly increased so they could defend themselves
Vague so as not to spoil the plot. I have enjoyed this author . But this collection bothered me. The violence was mental but I didn’t like. I won’t read any more of hers that are like this. In her true form , she wrote a very steamy book. Just parts of it were too creepy. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥/5
I liked the world. The dubcon was almost over my line, but never quite crosses it. My only real complaint is the smut. It was all the same. The first 2 books of 3, I didnt go back to compare, but it seemed like they were exactly the same in the smut bits. So, good world building, sexy men, hot smut, just repetitive.
In spite of proofreading errors, Urkkur Mates is a substantial contender in my alien, reverse-harem collection. I have already read Meat twice and will probably read the entire series again in the future. Of the three stories, Feast is my favorite, because it brought tears to my eyes.
This collection of three books is an intense storyline of raw sexuality between human women who are saved on a savage planet and their respective alien mates who are protective of them. I enjoyed the story lines and the detailed stories!
Really enjoyed the three books in this series so far. Every story and main character was different in their own right and I loved that . Just love a Lizzy Bequin book, always a great read.
I am an invalid and can’t get around much. So I read a lot. This is definitely the best set of stories I’ve read in quite some time. My hats off to you lizzy Your storytelling is eloquent and refreshing. Thank you for making my day
If you like one, you'll probably like all three. It got a little repetitive after a bit, with each of the males using the same language and the dynamics being largely similar, but they provided an escape and with them being in the KU library... time well spent.
