What happens when the guy I've hero-worshipped for years on a television screen suddenly shows up in real life?
I never expected to meet the legendary Leo Lancaster in the flesh. We don't exactly mingle in the same circles, even though he's a wildlife biologist and I'm an exotic animal veterinarian.
He's a British billionaire who is known for going to any lengths out in the field to rescue species from the brink of extinction. I'm an American zoological vet who works in a big cat sanctuary.
Ordinarily, our paths never would have crossed, right? Well, they probably wouldn't have if my best friend wasn't marrying his older brother and the two of us weren't in the same wedding party.
When the gorgeous, larger than life guy who I've idolized from afar suddenly becomes a man I could care about up close and personal, I know I'm in trouble. The chemistry between us is combustible, but I've avoided complicated and serious relationships for a very good reason.
I'm just not so sure that Leo isn't the one man who can tempt me to change my mind...
J.S. Scott is a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of contemporary and paranormal romance. She's an avid reader of all types of books and literature. Writing what she loves to read, J.S. Scott writes both contemporary erotic romance stories and paranormal romance erotics. They almost always feature an Alpha Male and have a happily ever after because she just can't seem to write them any other way! She lives in the beautiful Rocky Mountains with her husband and two very spoiled German Shepherds.
J.S. Scott never disappoints! This book follows Macy and Leo and their romance could not be any sweeter. Leo is the perfect alpha male, and you won't be able to get enough!
I loved this the last of the British Billionaire Lancasters. Leo is the youngest of the Lancaster brothers. Leo Lancaster is not involved or wanted to be involved in Lancaster International. His identical twin brothers Damian and Dylan could take care of their family company. The Lancaster family is one of wealth because of their father. Leo is an exotic wildlife biologist. Then there's Macy Palmer who is best friends with Nicole Ashworth, who is Damian's wife and her other best friend Kylie who is Dylan's wife. Her friends live in England now and she is still in New Port Beach, California. Macy is an exotic veterinarian. I hope you see how and why these two people would be attracted to one another, you think 🤔. There's more drama than you would think 💬🤔 going on with Macy but I will just let you read the story to find out. This romantic drama doesn't contain lies and betrayal but it does do a good job of making you want to keep reading their story. Tell Me This Is Forever ♾️ the last in this series is a good read and made me want an extended epilogue to find out what is going on with the Lancaster family.
Macy has endured a difficult and painful past which has caused her to be very cautious when it comes to those she allows close to her. It is only because of her career as an exotic vet and her love for animals that she was able to overcome all the challenges that life has thrown at her. While attending her best friends wedding, she meets the groom’s brother and his selfless act of giving her a ride home on his private jet when she needed it the most was the first step in allowing him into her life.
Leo is a billionaire with a big heart that he uses to help animals. He was enchanted by Macy from the moment he saw her, so he isn’t about to let the opportunity to help her pass him by. After the flight he knows that he wants this to be a beginning rather than an ending and now he needs to convince her that not only can she count on him, but she can trust him to protect her heart.
Leo is exactly what Macy needs in her life as he is patient and understanding as he shows her that what they have been missing in their lives is each other.
This story is book three in The British Billionaires series about the Lancaster brothers. I loved Damian and Dylan’s stories in books 1 and 2 and Leo’s story didn’t disappoint. The first chapter grabbed me by the heart strings that carried through the entire story. Macy and Leo meet at Leo’s brother’s wedding and he offered to give her a ride home from England back to the states in his private jet. Things go from there. Leo wants to see her again but she is hesitant. Because of a heartbreaking past she doesn’t think she is relationship material. Leo and Macy’s story is a great addition to this series and the plot is fresh and new and I loved this couple. Leo is such a down to earth, loving and giving person and Macy was a bit broken, however, there is a happy ending. Once again this author does what she does best and this is give the reader a fun, sexy and sometimes a tearful story. I thoroughly enjoyed this one and I look forward to the Prince’s story next.
I think this might be one of the first J.S. Scott stories where I really wanted to shake the Heroine.
Macy and Leo meet when her best friend marries his older brother. When Leo graciously takes her on an emergent (rich billionaires all have private planes, didn’t you know?) flight home, they soon realize how much they have in common. Macy is an exotic animal veterinarian and Leo is a master of conservation, searching for endangered and extinct animals. The connection between them is instant, but Macy has some fears about getting into a relationship.
And this is where I wanted to shake Macy. Leo is literally the best man ever: loving, adoring, passionate, patient, understanding. And what does she do??? Create some angst and push away my sweet Leo.
Macy’s backstory was heartbreaking, so I can forgive her. I’m glad they were able to do my favorite thing—communicate—and give me the happily ever after we all need.
J.S. Scott books are always so uplifting and put me in a better mood. Can’t wait for the release of the next series!
WOW! What an amazing story! Very emotional, heartfelt, and touching story! Leo was such an amazing sweetheart that really put himself out there and was so patient with Macy! She was dealing with so much loss and it really made you feel for her! These two were perfect for each other and had such an amazing relationship. I loved how Dylan was there for Leo and Nicole and Kylie were there for Macy! So much love and understanding between them all. Jan has really outdone herself with this story! Absolutely loved it and I highly recommend! Received arc and am voluntarily leaving an honest review
J.S. Scott is a master at writing billionaire romances. After 20 plus of them, each one is still original and refreshing.
Leo and Macy’s chemistry is undeniable. The attraction has always been there and when they spend some together, it comes out. Macy is smart and dedicated to wild animals. Leo shares the same passion for saving animals.
I loved how sweet and caring Leo is. He really cares about Macy and her well being. Her backstory tore my heart out. These two are super cute together and have become one of my favorite couples from J.S.’s billionaire world.
I loved Leo and Macy’s story, and I just love how easy this Authors books are to read. Jan has a way of sucking you into the story with loveable characters, interesting story lines, and just the right amount of steam in the bedroom. I loved that these characters were attracted to each other from the start and the romance wasn’t too drawn out. Although Macy didn’t initially believe someone from Leo’s aristocratic background would be interested in her, the denial didn’t go on forever. Macy had some personal trauma in her life that she had to deal with before she was able to really let Leo in, but it wasn’t a frustrating battle to read like some romance books can be, and Leo was the perfect swoon worthy Billionaire. This was the last of the British Billionaires series and I’m very much looking forward to reading the Hidden Royals series in the making by this Author. Love your work J.S. Scott. I was given an ARC of this book in return for my honest readers opinion.
Algo deben tener las historias de esta autora que comienzas una y no paras. Amé la serie de los hermanos Lancaster y por supuesto Leo es mi favorito. Macy es un personaje tan real, que creo que la amé desde el prólogo.
Love, angst, big animals…..what else could we want? When these two animal lovers meet, sparks fly. Will they end up together? Read this third installment in this series to find out.
Story of Leo - the animal conservationist billionaire - and Macy the large animal vet who has not dealt with the deaths that have been holding her back from relationships. Leo falls first so it's all about Macy processing her grief.
This should have/could have been more interesting than it was.
I think I fell in love with Leo and Macy. Leo Lancaster has dedicated his life to saving endangered animals. Macy Palmer is an exotic animal veterinarian. When these two finally meet, they realize they have a lot in common. I loved the slow burn between these two.
**This is the final book in the British Billionaire series… if you haven’t already read books one and two… do not read any further unless you want spoilers! Also, you need to read the first two books to give you a better understanding of the situation and these two main characters.
Finally, we get to the youngest Lancaster Brother, the wildlife and conservation enthusiast that has dedicated his life to saving endangered species and getting the global message about conservation out there. It helps that he’s absolutely divinely gorgeous and a billionaire!! What’s not to love?!
From what we know about him from the previous two books about his older twin brothers, Leo is an absolute sweetheart. He’s friendly, loving and caring and his family adore him… especially his soon-to-be sisters-in-law, Kylie and Nicole.
The trouble is, he’s spent so much of his life away from home on various crusades and excursions to save near extinct creatures, that he hasn’t had the time to even think about women…. Even though he turns heads everywhere he goes, he’s never been interested in love.
However, with his brothers finding the loves of their lives, he’s starting to think that maybe he’s missing out. He’s sees how their relationships have brought to their lives and wonders if he’ll ever find that special someone.
Of course he will! Especially when he meets Macy Palmer, who just so happens to be an exotic animal vet and the best friend of his new sisters-in-law! Who would have thought it.
From the moment they meet at his brothers wedding, there’s an attraction. They have so much in common and a mutual interest in animals and wildlife. Perfect, huh!
Sadly, Macy is suffering from a huge bereavement in her life which is making it difficult to open her heart and admit how she feels. She’s scared of losing anyone else from her life, so instead of embracing Leo’s affections and accepting his adorable offer of a future together, she pushes him away!
The woman is totally mad! He’s the ultimate complete package. The epitome of handsome! And he’s an amazing guy too! But her heartache won’t allow her to believe that he wants her for who she is. And she also doesn’t want to open herself up to the possibility of losing anyone else that has a piece of her heart.
The problem is… Macy didn’t deal with her grief. She just threw herself into her work and not giving herself time to think about things. By doing that, she’s potentially about to lose the man who she knows deep down in her heart should be the man of her dreams.
Will she let him into her heart? Will she get over the losses of her past and move forward with her life?
Well, this is a romance novel and so of course there’s bound to be a happy ending. Leo is such an amazing person that I really feel for him. Macy is sweet but she’s so stuck inside her grief that she can’t see how wonderful he is… even though she’s massively in love with him.
I’ve loved this series. All the brothers are amazing and each story has been brilliant.
The epilogue was great. Tied everything up nicely… but it did feel a little rushed. Otherwise, I really enjoyed it.
Move over Damian and Dylan because Leo is my new favorite! I absolutely loved Tell Me This Is Forever: The British Billionaires. Tell Me This Is Forever tells the story of two exceptional characters, Leo and Macy. Leo is the youngest of the Lancaster brothers. He had no interest in going into the family business, and with support from his family he followed his heart and has become a world-renowned wildlife biologist and conservationist who will stop at nothing to rescue critically endangered species. Macy Palmer has been best friends with Nicole and Kylie (Damian’s new wife and Dylan’s fiancée) since childhood. Macy is a veterinarian for exotic animals. She has a very close relationship with a Bengal Tiger named Karma, who was abused and had cancer. The book starts off five years earlier with Macy suffering from a tragic loss, and even though Nicole, Kylie, and Macy are very close, Nicole and Kylie lived elsewhere, so desperate for comfort Macy went to Karma, who since has become her confidant, and has formed an extremely close relationship. Fast forward five years and Macy is in London for Damian and Nicole’s wedding. During the reception Macy learns that Karma has taken a turn for the worse and is not expected to make it. Macy is distraught and desperate to get back to Karma so she can be there when Karma passes. Leo, who was attracted to Macy the minute they met, sees Macy in tears, and when he learns why, he offers to fly her back to the States. Leo senses there is more to why Macy and Karma are this close, but holds back his questions because it is not the right time. Leo had a home built in Palm Desert because he is building another Conservation Center and knew he was going to be sticking around for a few years. After Karma passes, Leo is right there helping Macy through her heartache. Since Leo helped her so much, Macy opens up about her tragic past...and so their love story begins. I am stopping here because I do not want to spoil it for anyone. Leo knows he must be patient with Macy and with how fast their relationship should move forward. If you read Damian and Dylan’s stories, you know the Lancaster men are not known for their patience. I loved how wonderful Leo was with Macy. Macy broke my heart and brought me to tears more than once. Tell Me This Is Forever is so emotional and so touching. Being on Leo and Macy’s journey with them and watching their relationship grow felt so special. Tell Me This Is Forever was so beautifully written. I cannot say enough about this book. Just Amazing! Another hit for J. S. Scott! Tell Me This Is Forever is a must read! I cannot wait to see what J. S. Scott has in store for us next…perhaps Prince Nicholas can have his story told (fingers crossed)? I received an ARC copy, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Tell Me this is Forever – J. S. Scott is the third book in the British Billionaires series. The youngest brother Leo, a wildlife biologist and adventurer in the name of science and conservation, watched his two older brothers (Damien and Dylan – from the first two books in this series) fall in love and is beginning to realize his work isn’t everything in life. He has made his life’s work his whole life.
Macy, a zoological vet, is the best friend to Kylie and Nicole, both who have found love and happiness with Leo’s older brothers. Macy, however, believes she will never be able to have a committed loving relationship with anyone due to a horrible and tragic event in her life several years earlier. I felt anguish and heartbreak for Macy, and really rooted for her to have faith that she can love and be loved and live her HEA too!
Leo and Macy meet at the wedding of Nicole and Damien, where Macy learns of the imminent death of one of her patients a Bengal tiger who was her friend and confidant through the traumatic time of her life. Leo sees her distraught and offers to fly her from London to Newport Beach, CA to arrive in time for her to say goodbye to her animal friend.
I was captivated from the beginning with Leo’s warm and caring nature, and his desire to comfort, aid, and please Macy. I loved the slow burn relationship build between these two and how their lives intertwined perfectly. Although, we know in the end there will be an HEA, Ms. Scott ALWAYS brings us on a journey of love and growth for the main characters. The story flows beautifully, and as the couple comes to know each other, intense and hot!!! Leo has become one of my most favorite book boyfriends!
This is a stand-alone book, however, reading the first two in the series will make you fall in love with Leo before this book even starts, just like I did!!
So here we have Leo's story, the final Lancaster brother to fall. Leo has been a little bit of a mystery up to this point as his life choices diverged his professional away from that of his brothers. His life is less entwined in his brothers'. His life as a conservationist takes him around the world for long periods of time, which is also makes it difficult to develop relationships.
Macy, the third of the friend group, has experienced a lot of tragedy in her life and it is her career as an exotic vet and her connection to rescued big cat that saves her. Because of the loss she has experienced, she is very clear that love and a life long relationship is not in her future.
When Leo comes to her rescue to get her home quickly, Leo finds himself wanting to spend more time with, her, getting to know her. Macy is the first woman that has him wanting more. He just needs to convince Macy.
I really felt for Macy but loved Leo's patience and the fact that he was there for her. It didn't matter if they were having fun, or she was crying on his shoulder, it made me want a Leo for myself. He showed an incredible understanding and kindness whilst still making it clear that he wants more with her. Macy's fears see her keeping Leo at an emotional distance as she hasn't really moved on from the loss she experienced.
J.S. Scott is queen at creating characters that are down to earth, relatable and that the reader can fall in love with. She weaves a story that you find yourself immersed in and not wanting to leave, even when the last word has been read. I wanted to stay in this world longer.
Tell Me This Is Forever is the final book in The British Billionaires series (all three brothers are married and engaged now). It can be read as a standalone book, but the three British brothers are with three American best friends so there are some cross overs between the books.
Macy lost her whole family to a cruel accident when she was in vet school. The loss has kept her from getting too close to others in relationships except her two close girlfriends. She is now an exotic veterinarian at a large cat sanctuary. Leo is world famous for his conservation efforts for animals. Both breeding near extinct animals and release back to the wild programs. He built a facility for this cause in Britain, and he is working to add another in Florida at the start of this book.
The two meet at the wedding of Leo's brother and one of Macy's two best friends. Sadly, one of Macy's long-term patients, Karma, is dying while she is away from her cat sanctuary. She and Macy are especially close due to their bonding after her family's deaths. Leo offers to fly her back to Florida pronto so she can be there for Karma. The two admire each other's careers and knowledge, having a lot in common. Leo wants to start a relationship and Macy isn't ready to let him be that close to her heart. Will they figure things out so they can date and maybe more? This is a perfect example of Jan's work of a big-hearted alpha man and a strong, independent, though emotionally injured, woman and how they overcome obstacles.
As always, J.S. Scott has delivered a story that is hard to put down. Tell Me This is Forever is a sweet romance about two kind souls that, without realizing it, have been waiting for each other.
If you’re an animal lover, there are two levels of story here to keep you entranced. Firstly, of course, is their growing romance. The progression of their relationship is very real & I really enjoyed the pace that it all moved at.
Secondly, I absolutely love that this book is set in amongst animal conversation and care. There’s not a lot of time dedicated to actual descriptions of time spent with animals, but ‘love of animals’ is through every part of Macy and Leo’s story.
Leo is such a great character. He’s gorgeous without being vain, and he’s a gentle, caring man. He’s dedicated his life to saving endangered animals. Swoon! He’s spent years alone as he worked, so he has known loneliness along the way.
Macy is an exotic animal veterinarian. She faced a terrible tragedy a few years ago and is now reluctant to risk her heart again.
Tell Me This is Forever is a fairly short story and I read it in only a few hours. It’s the third installment in the British Billionaires series, so you’ll also get to see what old favorites from the previous stories are up to.
You’ll also get to know someone new, that I look forward to seeing in their own series one day!
Thank you to JS Scott for my copy of the ebook. All opinions are my own.
It’s another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ romance by one of my top five favorite romance authors, J.S. Scott.
I didn’t want this romance to end, or maybe, like Veterinarian, Dr. Macy Palmer, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. When the other shoe finally dropped, I wasn’t completely crushed; and I could actually see Macy and Leo Lancaster finding their path back to each other.
Macy immerses herself in her work as a large cat veterinarian to avoid her nightmares and empty life. Leo Lancaster basically does the same thing, except he’s not suffering from PTSD or any trauma. And yet, Leo is the only one to see through Macy and force her to face her trauma. I loved Leo, he’s the perfect, caring, alpha male. Macy represents so many people in society who suffer some form of trauma and bury it in their work.
Leo never loses faith, takes all the right steps, and never gives up on Macy finding her way back to the love he knows they share.
Here are some quotes from the book which I loved: “He was Leo Lancaster for God’s sake. He was a rock star of the wildlife world.”
“I wasn’t sure I could ever love anyone again, but I did. I do. I didn’t want to, but he’s so big, brash and beautiful that he was irresistible.
“I kissed her like it was the first and last kiss we’d ever get in our entire lifetime.”
As a soulful and sorrowful gray gaze meets steely blue flames, the last Lancaster falls hard and fast
Exotic animal Veterinarian, Macy Palmer, meets the hot wildlife biologist, conservationist, and British billionaire, Leo Lancaster. This wonderful couple stole my heart from the first page and took me on a heartfelt journey toward their forever. Despite being strong on their own, this thoughtful and loving couple is stronger together, if only Macy can overcome a most horrific ordeal which left scars so deep that she is drowning in the walls that she built to keep any real feeling out. When Leo declares his love, her kneejerk reaction will first separate them until she can overcome the scars and losses of her past and acknowledge the soul deep love that allows each of them to soar and climb as they find not only their best selves, but how they come together as a beautiful couple. The reader will absolutely fall in love with the youngest Lancaster brother and his strong but sweet other half. Although this is a standalone romance with a happily ever after, I strongly suggest that if you have not picked up Damian and Dylan’s stories, you indulge in these across the pond love stories.
Tell Me This Is Forever is the last book in Jans, The British Billionaires series and I want to say she saved the best for last. This will bring out all the feels!
Macy has survived a lot of loss in her young life, loss so devastating that she has conditioned herself not to get too close to people. Macy is an exotic animal veterinarian, and a lover of animals in general. Macy works herself to the bone and has for the last 5 years. The busier she stays the less time she has to think.
Leo Lancaster, billionaire, wildlife conservationist and a zoologist, is very taken with Macy. Meeting her at his oldest brother's wedding he can't stop looking at her. Leo doesn't have time for the trappings of the lifestyle he grew up in, often spending long periods of time in the jungle with no convivences. Leo hasn't had a lot of luck dating; women generally doesn't understand his life style.
Leo offers Macy a ride back to LA when she gets a call that the tiger, she has cared for, for many years is dying. Leo and Macy have many things in common, Macy has been a fan of Leo's for years and has had a secret crush on him. Leo and Macy's relationship starts out as a friendship and grows from there, it beautiful and emotional.
Tell Me This is Forever; Leo and Macy's Story is one you can't put down. Macy is an exotic vet and has watched Leo and all his accomplishments from afar. She thinks he is one in a million. His work is exceptional, and she feels what he is doing for extinct species is fabulous. Macy gets some terrible news at her best friend Nicole's wedding. She just married Leo's brother Damian as Kylie, her other BFF and Dylan, Damian's twin and Leo's brother stood up as well. She had to get back to the states immediately. Leo offers to fly her back on the private jet so that she can get to Karma in time. Leo is attracted to Macy but thinks that he is not cut out for a life with someone due his career and crazy schedule. As things progress and Macy starts to open up the chemistry becomes heated. They both want to give in, but both think they are not made for relationships. When things arise and they are off together the challenges come and they have to see if they and their relationship are strong enough to make it through. I really liked this story and at times could not believe what was going on. It is a great story that keeps you on your toes and reading to see what happens. Can't wait for the next one in this series. Love the British Billionaires.
“Tell Me This Is Forever” is part of a series about billionaire brothers and this one focuses on Leo, the younger brother of the twins, Damian and Dylan. Leo opted to not join the family business but to pursue his passion for saving endangered and almost extinct species. Not only does he have a center in the UK to care for the endangered but also to breed them. He goes out into the field to look for these animals. Now he is building a new center in Palm Springs. Macy is an exotic animal vet who 5 years ago lost her family in an accident. She worked hard to survive the grief and to complete her studies. Her best friends are involved with Damian and Dylan. At the wedding for Nicole and Damian she meets Leo. She has had a bit of hero worship for him after watching videos of his work seeking endangered and almost extinct animals. When they meet there is a chemistry between them. The book explores the growth of their relationship and how Macy is handling her “demons”. JS Scott delivers another great story that reads well and the reader can watch the growth of the characters as they grapple with their personal issues.
I received an ARC copy and am leaving my review voluntarily.
I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing it. Readers have been anticipating this book and it delivers. Leo Lancaster is the little brother that followed his heart and did not blindly go into the family business. Wildlife conservation is the passion that has consumed him until he laid eyes on her. Dr. Macy Palmer is a wildlife veterinarian whose life has been full-fledged distraction after a tragedy wrecked her.
The two are thrown together when Macy discovered her most beloved patient was near death at Damien and Nicole’s wedding reception. Leo jumped into action and offered his jet for immediate departure. During that flight the connection and denial grew. Leo knew but Macy kept going back to the denial of the possibility. She could not handle a relationship with anyone because she could not deal with the possibility that she loses another person she loves.
This couple goes through it but the chemistry cannot be denied. I am amazed at the amount of research that had to be done to make readers understand the complex world of wildlife conservation. Scott does it again and I cannot wait to hear Prince Nick’s story. Definitely hoping for some appearance and updates from the Last Hope crew. I know his book will be epic.
Wonderful chemistry between the two characters and even when Leo wanted more he was understanding and supportive, for the most part. Heartbreaking past that I could see her reasoning on not loving anyone or risking more loss, what she wasn't seeing was that she already did. She loved her friends and Hunter, she loved Karma and she loved Leo. This was moving and beautiful, it was also inspirational both in their work and in her moving on and finding joy. Grief is hard and affects everyone differently and never the same twice to suffer a loss the way this character does I can only imagine the struggle. This story was written with sympathy and understanding, it dealt with issues in a sensitive way but also gave solutions to help cope and deal without burying it deep inside. It was also romantic and interesting with the work both characters were doing, fascinating research and fact finding which I loved. Realistic or at least for Billionaire's that can hop on their own jet or no money issues. But really the realism comes with the emotions and subject being dealt with. Easy to fall for characters and having read the previous books I was already invested in this one. I've followed JS Scott from the first book and I still enjoy every single one.
Tell Me This Is Forever by J.S. Scott is book Three in The British Billionaires Series. This is the story of Leo Lancaster and Macy Palmer. I have read (and Loved!) the previous books which did add to my enjoyment on this one. But, I do think you can make it a standalone book if you want too but this series is so good...why would you want too? Leo is a wild life biologist who tries to save animals on the brink of extinction along with being a world traveler. Macy is a Veterinarian who works in America as a Zoological Vet and works with tigers. Macy and Leo meet at Nicole and Damien wedding (their story is in the first book (Tell Me You're Mine). Leo is the younger brother to Damien and Macy is friends with Nicole. Macy is envious of her friends love but after a traumatic past, Macy doesn't feel that love like that will be hers. But the sparks are flying between Leo and Macy for sure. Leo ends up stepping forward to help her when she needs to rush back to her beloved Bengal tiger but this is just the start of all that Leo will do. Loved their story and I highly recommend Ms. Scott's writing along with this series.
