I wasn't much of a fan of the first part and this part of the story is only slightly better, though it doesn't get another star because of the problems I rant about below.

What I like about this book is that the Hulk is more Hulk-like, he had lost most of his strength in the previous part and had to resort to using weapons. There's also some more interesting elements to the story including a romantic interest and the chance for peace for the Hulk, which is destroyed by people who should be his long-term friends.

The things I didn't like about this story was the blatant disregard for little things like continuity and the laws of Physics. The Hulk may be strong, but he can't breath or talk in space, nor should he be able to jump from a moon to its planet to arrive within kilometres of where he wants to land. These were throw away panels trying to show the Hulk's momentary triumph, but really, if the writer wants to do stuff like this then he should go and write Superman for DC.

I still like the Hulk as a character, but in the end I think the most interesting aspect of this story is the story it is leading up to, 'World War Hulk'.

Part of the Ultimate Graphic Novels Collection.
Here Hulk and his rebellious former gladiators take control of Sakaar but then have to deal not only with the pressures of governing a planet but also constant threats from their seemingly-defeated foes.

Much like 'Part 1', this book very much put me in mind of Robert E. Howard's Conan stories; specifically the ones which feature an older Conan who had become King but is constantly pulled towards his wandering ways. Where the previous book was about Hulk working his way up from having nothing, not even his freedom, this second half is more about how he copes with he has gained and, tragically, how vulnerable it all is.

Overall it's more of the same, which is fine but not mind-blowing, but the sting in the tail at the end lifts the storyline overall as we see a vengeful Hulk turn his eyes towards Earth once more.
There's also a nice epilogue in which Amadeus Cho, a young genius, verbally tears into Mister Fantastic and highlights how monstrous a betrayal it was for the Illuminati to turn on Hulk in the first place.

Being left by his friends, Hulk has been sent without his knowing, in a different planet 🟢
In this planet he makes some new friends, takes over the place and gets married.
Unfortunately, his delight won't last long and he'll be back on 🌎 for... what else rather than.. SMASH.

I believe that anyone who wants to understand more about his thoughts, actions and feelings should read this comic and the previous part!

Es una aventura épica. Tiene mucho simbolismo religioso. En general, bastante entretenida aunque algo confusa a veces

One of my all-time favourite comic book runs. Takes the Hulk landing on an alien planet and turns it into a Shakespearean tragedy. A great story more than matched by its artwork.

More great story telling continued from part 1 we see a slower more human woven tale, yet still classic Hulk within this Sci-Fi world. Won't write too much because you just have to read it once you have read part 1.

I do think this is slightly weaker of the 2 parts however that is only if I had to choose between the 2, like The Lord of the rings it is one whole mammoth rather then parts.
