Sorry, DNF'ed it. Reading for tow months every day how I should devote myself to a human being forcing myself to think (s)he is a buddha? No, thanks. I'd rather read something about other Mahayana tradictions such as Zen where there is no submission to humans bordering on slavery with abandonment of all critical thought.

BLUF: Amazing book on developing the mindset of a Buddhist and the "why" of why/how you should look at things. A great read on practices for anyone who follows any path, Hinayana or Mahayana or Vajrayana, Sutra or Tantra. Does NOT go into "detailed Sutra/Tantra practices".

I read this as part of a course from the FPMT. It was a fantastic introduction to Lamrim and I'm looking forward to doing the page-a-day meditation!
