The Wolf Hotel #1-4

The Wolf Hotel: Complete Series

Rate this book
All four books in the Wolf Hotel series are included in this bundle:

Tempt Me:
When life turns to hell, most people talk about running away. Abbi Mitchell actually does it. Determined to escape her humiliating heartbreak and her overbearing mother, Abbi takes a summer job at a resort in Alaska. It's supposed to be four months of snow-capped mountains, peaceful wilderness, and figuring out if she should wait for her lifelong sweetheart to come back, as he has promised he'll do.

Instead, it's Henry Wolf.

Owner of the luxury hotel chain, Henry Wolf is cool and composed, successful with everything he touches, and undeniably beautiful. And for some reason Abbi can't fathom, he wants her—the farm girl from small town, USA with no corporate experience—as his personal assistant.

Abbi scrambles to meet his professional demands while she battles her growing attraction to him. Physical feelings she shouldn't have because he's her boss, because she's way out of her league with him, and because they'll never be reciprocated.

Until they are.

Will Abbi be able to let go of herself—her values, her dreams, and her inhibitions—to give him all that he's demanding of her?

Break Me:
Isolated in the luxurious Wolf Cove Hotel in Alaska, Abbi Mitchell is thousands of miles away from her family and friends.
In the hands of a predator. Potentially.
After discovering condemning information about the mercurial man who controls her day-to-day work life and, now, her most intimate private life as well, Abbi's not sure she can continue on with... whatever is going on between her and Henry Wolf. Especially when he's about to be thrown into a fiery media circus ring, and she, along with her reputation, will undoubtedly get dragged into it with him.
But breaking things off with the Big Bad Wolf now likely means losing her job and her summer of freedom, and going back to the farm and her controlling mother.
She's not doing that.
Abbi does have something to hold over Henry's head. If he forces her hand. If she has the guts to do what amounts to blackmail.
But will the all-powerful Henry Wolf concede, or will she finally feel his bite?

Teach Me:
Forced to leave Alaska to run the family farm while her father recovers from a tragic accident, Abbi heads home knowing she has the one thing she wants most again –Henry’s affections. She’s determined to not let anyone get in the way of that again.

But love has never been easy for Abbi.

With an overbearing mother who believes she has the right to approve who her daughter loves, a childhood ex-boyfriend who will do anything to win her back, and a wealthy, handsome boyfriend who always gets what he wants, Abbi soon realizes she may have to make some impossible choices.

Surrender To Me:
Abbi Mitchell has battled her family and won. She finally has what she wants most—Henry Wolf, committed to her and within arm’s reach most nights.

But now she must face his family.

In the wake of tragedy, Abbi and Henry travel to New York to sort out his father’s affairs. What should be straightforward and quick turns out to be anything but, as a vindictive brother angles for more than his fair share, putting Henry and Abbi to the test.

What can I say, I devoured this series yesterday, and although I skipped and skimmed in parts, I was hooked.

The series is SEXY, full of drama, and did I say sexy?
Honestly, this series has almost all of it, some FF and MFM, a good dose of voyeurism, and it's HOT.

It's also full of drama, misunderstandings, mistakes, family members that are just so 🙄, and an OTT storyline - BUT it's also addicting to boot!

It's in KU at the moment, which was the only reason why I grabbed it.

OM freak G!!!! Nina West, you had me at Alaska! Can you tell, I have an unhealthy obsession with this author and Alaska 🤪
These books are out of this world erotic HOT HOT HOT, but honestly also has a great storyline. Let’s face it, we all need a little fantasy and excitement in our life. I know I do ... keep me sane 😂
Here is the thing though, Abbi did some things that many people don’t agree with ... and normally I would not like it either, but there are a couple of reasons it doesn’t really bother me that much this time. First, I knew the author’s full disclosure that this series is different. Something she wrote strictly for fun and not to expect her normal contemporary romance type. Basically, anything goes. Second, there is no denying Abbi made a huge mistake. But I think the idea is Abbi is young and naive. She has some growing up to do and Wolf understood that. Wolf knows she needed the experiences and he gave her the free rein. Abbi also did some exploring while they were apart which to some, killed the romance part. I get it. Again, I think the intention here is pure fun, erotic, wicked rather than candles and roses 🤪
Honestly, I’m not taking anything seriously. This story actually is a nice little escape from reality for me. Besides, Abbi and Wolf more than made up for it the rest is the series though. I like both main characters Wolf is brooding, dominant, all alpha but also protective and caring. Abbi is innocent farm girl ... but not for long 😝 The second cast of characters are pretty awesome too. Lots of action going on to keep me intrigued between all the wicked sexy scenes. The stories are well written which I expect.
I say, go in this with an open mind knowing it’s an erotic genre. I personally enjoyed it - downright delicious, sinful, fun and entertaining. Thanks for the treat!
I would love something on Ronan, Margo, or even the ex fiancé.

Amazing Series

Book #1 got me so caught up in this series that I did something I don't normally do. I went and bought this virtually as soon as I finished it.
It was that good.
I'm so glad I did because book #2 was even better.
That was a 5 star read!
#3 was my least favorite. The first half had me worried but then 'The Biker Bar' scene happened and from that point on it was amazing.
Book #4 was so hot I think it melted my kindle AND me.

I still need to read #5 with isn't a part of this bundle but needed a quick break.

This was a new to me author and now she is a favorite.

Can't wait to read more of her work.

*First time reading authors.
**KU Read

I picked up The Wolf Hotel after reading the blurb and thought well I will give this a chance. I am so happy I did. There are over a thousand pages of goodness in this book! Not once did I get bored with this story, if anything I was actually sad to see it end.

Abbi grows up so much throughout this story, the sex, education, and even religion that comes out of this story that she has to overcome are so wonderful to read, at times I wish I had her strength. She is so heartbroken during this book but she finds the strength and friendships that she needs to come through them. And when she is free to experience the darker side of her sexual life she knows she has the right people to go through it with.

Wolf is hot, demanding, misunderstood at times, protective, alpha, and lets Abbi grow. All things you want in a man when you are coming into your self. Even though he is at times a total jerk, and you wonder what he is thinking, you will get the answers you want from him. Abbi is his true love and he will come to terms with that.

The length of this book is like watching a soap, but it is needed to see the growth of the characters. Everyone grows in this book and I loved that. Nobody is innocent and nobody walks away without hurting someone. But that is life and it was great reading it.

I am now a fan of these two authors!

O brother...*sigh*
So what to say here...I'll try to be as direct as possible and still stay positive...
This didn't hit home as I kind of hoped it would...
it really turned out to be a lesser mash up of Crossfire series/Fifty shades of Grey without the BDSM kink

Anyway, the whole deflowering the virgin and showing her the whole sexual debauchery there is out there is already a tendon too stretched out and the result of it is a fall, an insecure flip on my long distance track...to sound all poetic and shit...

No, it didn't work out cause I didn't get it, when and what made the guy/billionaire Henry Wolf (too god damn experienced in everything sexual) fall for an inexperienced 10 year junior to his 31 year old predator self? It can't be the vanilla flavor...now, can it?

Well, it would be all right for me if it were that simple, if I felt that "something", that "factor X" between them, but I didn't...

And I suppose it's on me...

But all in all, for the whole set of 4 books, this is a 2 star rating...

And I do fell kinda bad, cause K.A. Tucker's Ten Tiny Breaths is one of my ALL favorites...
But it's a different genre all together and they can not be compared at all, I just hoped for more depth, that's all!

Absolutely enjoyed this series- 4.5 ⭐️ Was it literary genius? Perhaps not. But, I enjoyed it regardless. (age gap, sexy power imbalance, virgin farm girl falls for sexually experienced dominant billionaire, kinky sexy, voyeurism, threesomes, quality of spice 4.75/5, quantity of spice 4.75/5)

The spice was pretty good at first, and then got great!! I loved that the FMC’s (Abby) character was an innocent church going farm girl who, after being cheated on, threw her arms in the air and said “screw it” to always doing what’s considered right by her narrow minded community and decided to do what her ex was doing- explore her sexuality. This premise produced some pretty spicy scenes especially with her more than willing MMC (Henry) who catered to her sexual growth.

This series is a good example of me rating a series based on how much I enjoyed reading it vs how good the writing and plot was. I think this series is one of those works that would have some of the hardcore book Karen’s complaining about the plot or lack thereof. I, on the other hand, am okay with the plot just being the characters relationship progression- I don’t need some crazy deep twisting turning story to be satisfied when reading smut. In this book, the plot is the development of the FMC’s sexuality and then the development of the romantic relationship between the FMC and MMC, so if you are looking for a deep or complex plot, you won’t find one here.

The writing in this series was by no means “bad” but there were some minor things that were not on point. The only one that I will bother to discuss is the fact that the main characters were quite hard to connect with in the first couple books. I read this very point in a review and after reading the books, I completely understood what that other reader was talking about even though she didn’t elaborate.

The FMC was too ordinary and bland- she didn’t appear to have any personally attributes to justify why this gorgeous billionaire, with major commitment issues, would make her the first woman he slept with more than a couple times. In the first two books, their relationship was very surface level and no emotional bonding or special moments happened other than enjoying the sex and her beauty. As for being able to connect with the MMC, he spent the first two books being so emotionally cold and flip floppy I was mentally preparing myself not to get attached to his character in case he turned out to be the bad guy using her for sex and not her real end game man.

I think that these characters would have been much easier to connect with if the author had of written this series in duel POV. The series is all in her POV and if we could have had both we would understand what he saw in her that he didn’t in the many many other beautiful women he had been slept with. We also would have understood what was going through his head and been able to connect with him despite his extremely aloof dominant personality.

Thankfully, by book 3.5 the FMC’s personally emerged a little more and the MMC stopped being so aloof and it became crystal clear he actually wanted to be with her and it stopped feeling like he could walk away at any moment.

Despite the complaint about hard to connect with characters, I still very much enjoyed this story and the spice in it. I absolutely wish that there was an epilogue where we got to see them married with kids and living a fabulous life, but I guess it’s up to our imagination.

P.S I’m disappointed that the 5th book titled “Ronan” is not about him finding love after Henry and Abby’s story ends- apparently it’s a pointless prequel where he obviously doesn’t end up with the girl because he goes on to be with many after this book takes place. I’m not at all understanding the authors intentions there

DNF!! I feel sooooo cheated 😭😢🥺🥺🥺🥺😭😭

Book 1 started great, sexy times were steamy, but book 2 didn’t really o it for me. Not a big fan of books where one of the leads cheat with multiple people. It made me want to smack something; the quick progress from innocent to loose turned the story negatively for me.

Then it gets worst with the family drama, constantly jealous women… ugh 😩 No more please so I leave with a bow out 🙇‍♀️ 🙇‍♀️

Really hot Sex scenes though but the God fearing virgin cliche is so over…🤫🤫

What can I say about this book? I liked part one, the angst, the back and forth. AND for the first time ever, the hero is celibate while the heroine gets it on. I LOVE THAT PART. Seriously, I can’t name ONE book in which the guy is faithful to the girl.

Part 2-4 is basically smut. A lot of it, and it was enjoyable. Loved the focus on sexual exploration of Abbi, so it’s was a high end smut ;).

3.5 stars for the Wolf!

Loved it!

Great plotline with a growing stem twist as Abbi leaves behind her innocence and grows into a woman. Henry is deliciously ready to guide her into experiences she could not even fathom.

I stopped reading this series after book 2. If you are into porn, like taudry, B-rated movie porn, with a lame plot, this is your series. If that is not your thing, stay away.

I am by no means a prude when it comes to erotic novels, but this was not what I expected. My mind was pretty much made up after finishing book 1 but I gave book 2 a try thinking maybe the plot will thicken, maybe the characters will develop into someone I like. Nope.

Abbi is a small town girl "engaged" to the preachers son who cheats on her, even though they are both supposed to wait until marriage. The author tries to portray her as an innocent god-fearing church girl, but every thought she has is about sex. Every. Single. Thought. Every single action, thought, interaction she has with another character is sexual some how. It's annoying. There was nothing else developed about this character. In the beginning there was mention of her goals and ambitions in soap making. I thought, maybe that will turn into something. Nope. Even the "problem" Henry had with an ex-employee suing him was sexual in nature. Too much and too lame.

Books 1 and 2 cover a span of maybe two months, in the summer, in Alaska at Wolf Hotel (with the exception of the first chapter or so that takes place 3 months before - I didn't count that). She started working there as a 21-year old innocent, one-boyfriend-her-whole-life virgin, in June and by the end of July she had had sex with the billionaire owner, a masseuse, and had a three-some with two men on the grounds crew. Seriously.

The only reason I gave this a one-star is the sex scenes were hot and written well. BUT, if you weren't reading about Abbi's kid-in-a-candy-store sex life then you were reading detailed orgy scenes between the other hotel staff, or girl on girl action with the bunk mates.

Again, no plot. Only sex, sex and more sex.

I THINK there is supposed to be a romance story in here where Abbi and Henry probably end up with a HEA by the end of book 4. But honestly, with the lack of story and character development, I am not willing to find out.

Be prepared. I saw the sunrise several nights in a row because I couldn't put this series down.

Abigail "Abbi" Mitchell is a sweet innocent farm girl who loves her family, her small time soap making hobby and her fiance, Jed. That is, until she finds him cheating with another woman. Wanting to escape her heartbreak and an overbearing mother she finds herself at a job fair applying for a position in Alaska thousands of miles away. Little does she know, the bears aren't are the only wild beasts roaming the grounds at this luxury resort.

Henry Wolf, CEO of Wolf Cove and future heir to the Wolf Hotel franchise, is a mercurial man with deadly business skills. Opening the seasonal Wolf Cove Hotel is the primary goal - until he watches a taped interview of Abigail Mitchell. Applying for a job with the Outdoor Crew and having little to no experience aside from life on a farm - he can see the hurt in her eyes and knows that more than anything she NEEDS this job.

When Abbi arrives in Alaska prepared to plant flowers, cut grass and whatever else is expected of her - she instead finds herself as the new personal assistant to Henry Wolf, owner of Wolf Cove. A professional relationship laced with chemistry begins to turn into something more. But how much more? Abbi's about to be tested in more ways than one. Her faith, her heart and her innocence are pushed to edge. Will she fall into the Big Bad Wolf's snare and discover herself along the way or will she return home to her fiance, her Mama, and the simple life she left behind?

This started out with a couple of tropes that I love. Boss/workplace romance. Virgin heroine with an ex who did her wrong. Billionaire business man.

Abbi is a pretty niave, young, Christian girl from a small town. She gets a job at a job fair to work at a new hotel in Alaska. She meets the boss before she knows who he is on a drunken night. He looks like a lumberjack and she is into him right away. He hires her as his personal assistant and things heat up very quickly.

Since I read these all as 1 book on KU, there was a lot that happened. This story has a "time apart" with some other people that I wasn't expecting. I was very annoyed with our heroine but I also applauded Nina West for going there.

These 2 were so sexy together. I liked how open and yet bonded they became with each other.

There was a side plot about Henry and his family that was very intense, but not out of place.

These thoughts are so random today, haha!

I loved them. That is all.

I read all 4 books in 40 hours with some sleep and work thrown in the mix. Great sex scenes, awesome setting, and predictable plot. I loved all the characters except Abbi. She got better towards the end, but she was annoying as hell for 80% of the series. Also, the way she thought about her mother's weight made me sick. It's one thing to hope that your mom takes good care of her health and another to constantly mention her being 370 lbs. We barely know anything about her dad's weight or size, but Abbi and this author felt it pertinent to constantly mention her mother's weight in pounds and size at great length.

This series just felt different compared to the same billionaire type drama. The story was original without being too unreal. Characters were likeable and not likeable which makes for great reading. I felt like I was there in the story. My only complaint is I felt there was a bit of fat shaming in the book. I understand needing for descriptions so the reader can visualize but repeating that a person is heavy, "all 370 pounds of her," got repetitive, annoying and unnecessary. Otherwise, it was a great series from a first-time author for me!

I really enjoyed Henry Wolf and Abbi Mitchell’s love story. Books 1 and 4 are the best. I felt like there was too many pages spent on Abbi’s Mom, former fiancé and townsfolk. I did really enjoy Ronan and Abbi though. I would love to see who Ronan eventually ended up with although I know there’s a book about him set before Alaska. Book 4 was 5 stars but overall for the series 4 stars. Lots of smut but not dark smut.

contemporary romance

I went in blind. I didn’t even know the genre of the book (it’s contemporary romance), but I saw someone on social media make a post with like 25 books listed and rated each one. That person only gave out 3 five stars and this was one of the books. (Books like AOTAR and the cruel prince got 4 stars by this person so I assumed this book is going to amazing). It wasn’t.

Bottom line - it wasn’t for me because there was more smut than plot and that gets old after the 10th open door bedroom scene. I love romance just as much as the next person but when 70% of your book is graphic sex scenes it doesn’t leave room for character development or moving along the plot - which I prefer. (No this book it’s erotica, because there is a plot).

This book also had my least favorite tropes -
-Boss and work assistant relationship (power abuse)
-cheating and miscommunication
- virgin and innocent MC (gag)
- rags to riches (cause she gets with the rich billionaire)

But if you love those tropes and love super smutty books then you should pick up this book. Cause even though I skimmed the sex scenes I stuck around for three books (series has 4). So this author kept my attention despite me not loving the genre or tropes.

And finally, if you love ivy smoak then this series is for you.

I really wish this was dual perspective because up until the end of the 3rd book I didn’t feel like Henry was really into Abbi. The 4th book was when it was evident he was falling for her but damn she seemed like such a little jealous girl throughout the whole book to me. She did have some reason to be upset but I was like dang girl you’re pushing him away!! Anyways it was v spicy! And I love their relationship in the last book!

All in all this whole series was pretty okay. It just felt like in the beginning the author wanted to use the whole "shes a virgin" storyline but then didn't want her to only have slept with the one guy so then made her sleep around a little bit.

I will always recommend this series, it's soo good. This was my second reread, and it hit just the same. I am so excited the author decided to continue on with Henry and Abi's story. I am ready. I love the blend of smut, wit, funniness and plot. I wish she would create another Ronan book too, because I'd be hear for that.

I saw this book as an ad I think? I can’t remember. Anyway the blurb I got was something like, after catching her fiancé with another women Abbi runs to Alaska and finds herself in the arms of another man, but he’s not who she thinks he is....”
With the title and then location, I was fully prepared for some wolf shifter pnr.

I was very much not correct and very much not disappointed. In this case grabbing the glass to taste Coke when I expected Pepsi turned out to be equally as satisfying.

Abbi and Henry’s relationship developed quite nicely, some what quickly sure, but the circumstances involved and the heat melting of my tablet were amazing.

I will say this is probably my first real story where the h and H break up after taking her virginity, and she gets with other guys and I am not only okay with it but actually found myself questioning of I wanted the h&H to get back together. Her chemistry with Michael was sweet regardless, Connor was equally good, Ronan though, their friendship and trust just made it undeniably kismet and right.
She 100% belongs with Henry though as proven through book 3&4. I love their relationship and connection, their understanding of each other.

Watching Henry open up slowly and fall a little bit and then all at once. I almost believe he was more in love with her first and quicker then she was with him. Maybe because he cherished her so much more having been so much more experienced and older.
Where she cherished giving him her virginity and the excitement of them, I think her true deep feelings didn’t come about as quickly as his did which made this pretty great.

Over all I truly loved this entire story, there was a good amount of angst and issues here and there but they weren’t drug out and distracting. The author even had me, ME, of all people accept Abbi’s mom and their relationship rekindling even after all her bullshit. That is a not a small feat I promise you that.

The sex scenes were LEGIT and often, they didn’t take anything away from story and in so many ways added to it.

I love books just like this series. A friend told me to read this series and a few people told her it was really good. She knows I am in to dark, sexy, taboo, romance. I LOVE to read on the DARKER SIDE OF BOOKS! This book was super sexy. I loved that I had no idea what it was in for, I went in blind. The books instantly had my attention. I never thought a lumberjack chopping wood would be so HOT. This book was on fire.

Chapter fucking four!!!! Man this was one of my favorite chapters. I underlined like the whole thing. I loved the banter. I loved the sexiness and it was just so sinfully delicious. I couldn’t put the book down. I read all four books in three days. I was completely consumed. I ate and slept this book series. When I wasn’t reading it I was thinking about it. I loved the plot/storyline because with all the sex it did have one. It was a well written, sexy book. When I read dark, forbidden, taboo, sinful romance I want as much sex as possible and this book delivered.

The writing was amazing, the story flowed well. There was drama and suspense. There were twist and turns. There was happiness, sadness, angst, sex, sex and more sex. I highly recommended this book especially if you are like me and love the darker side of romance books. This is defiantly not just a sweet novel…but that’s what I loved about it. It was super entertaining and super hot. LOVED LOVED LOVED. CAN I PLEASE GET MORE OF THESE CHARACTERS.

I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD FIND CHOPPING WOOD SO HOT!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! FIVE STAR READ!!
