Easy-to-follow, valuable resource for using an Instant Pot in creative ways. The flavor combinations are original (such as Cider-Braised Brussels Sprouts, Korean Barbecue Chickpea Tacos, and Spiced Peach "Bread" Pudding) and the cooking time charts for vegetables, beans and legumes, and grains are invaluable. Recommended for the cook looking to get the most out of his or her Instant Pot.

Thank you, Chef Janet and Rockridge Press, for providing me with a copy of the book to review.
