Kyle Prescott is no stranger to loss. The death of his parents hit him hard as a child, and the experience left him with a gaping hole in his heart that never fully healed. Then, his uncle moved the family to Lunar Valley for Kyle’s senior year, and slowly things started to get better. But just when his hopes had risen for a possible future filled with light and love, death reared its ugly head once more. This is a loss Kyle doesn’t think he’ll be able to get over.
