Author of the Journeys Through (metaphysical fantasy-syfy-adventure) series. Books currently in the series are book1: Journeys Through SpaceTime, book2: Journeys Through TimeSpace, and book3: Journeys Through AllCreation.

While more books are planned for the series, the first three fiction novels make up an epic fantasy adventure spanning the MultiVerse of space and time. Numerous characters and the vast array of worlds they inhabit (including modern day Earth), make for grand exploits and breathtaking backdrops, as battles for how the MultiVerse should continue to unfold pit the story's heroes against formidable opponents. Unique concepts are also explored in each story, as well.

Together with completing a Journeys Through Collection Volumes 1-3 boxset, I have just started a non-fiction book that will discuss the ancient wisdom concepts featured in the fiction novels. In addition to exploring principles on how reality is formed and expanded, the writings will show the different levels of consciousness we all embody as we work to grow within.

Four movie screenplays based on the first two novels in the Journeys Through series have been developed, as well.

Along with a new passion for bringing characters and their worlds to life, I enjoy mountain biking, walking in nature, and spending time with my family.

Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through Book 2)
By James Talisman
5 out of 5 stars

The story Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through Book 2) by James Talisman is a wonderful story that I loved reading. It pulls you in from the beginning and I found myself lost in the story and the amazing characters. It is a story that includes time travel, adventure, and danger. I found this story to have wonderful detail that made me feel like I was right there with the characters. I loved the comradery of the three former college students. They have a bond that can’t be broken and a friendship that works well as they take the journeys to find valuable treasures. Will they be successful in their journeys? Read this book to find out. There are also characters in this story that have their agenda and plans. Will they succeed? The writer has an awesome imagination as can be seen in how they write and describe the skills that are learned and developed. I would love to be able to half of what they can. The story has tense moments that I was turning pages to find out what was going to happen next. Don’t miss out on the second book in this series. I highly recommend reading it.

EDITED FOR TOO MANY SPOILERS.
This is Book #2 in the "Journeys Through TimeSpace" series. It would be extremely helpful to read Book #1 to establish the identities and backstories of the characters in this book, b/c Book #2 picks up right where Book #1 left off.
Matt, Julia, and Dan are young people recruited to the Lighthouse Collective, for whom Matt's parents also work. Matt has been chosen for extended training, which he will receive in Nepal. So the threesome set out for Nepal. Matt's parents are also tasked w/ helping protect the Earth from invaders from elsewhere in the Multiverse. We are also re-introduced to the Disciples of Hades, including Thomas Halloway IV, and to the humanoid reptilians from elsewhere in the Multiverse.
Will the two groups make strange bedfellows to defend the Earth? Will Matt learn enough in time to save the Earth? Read it and see. I'll rate it three stars, b/c the sex scenes are a bit graphic for me and some of the language used by the author doesn't seem to match the situation, eg feeling informal when it should be more formal for the scene. If you like imaginative world building, or the "Back to the Future" movie series, you may like this story.

This is book 2 in Talisman’s ‘Journey Through’ series and having read book one and enjoyed it I was looking forward to this second novel and I was not disappointed. Although this can be read as a standalone book it does have characters in it from the previous book and personally I feel you would get more out of the the novel and understand the story better if you have read ‘Journeys Through SpaceTime’ first. “As an ancient battle of ideals resonates across the vast MultiVerse of time and space, the stakes could not be greater for Earth…”
This is another fast paced adventure story based in and around the great ‘MultiVerse’ of time and space. You do not have to be familiar with the MultiVerse genre to enjoy this book as it has an exciting storyline and some fabulously original characters. The authors detailed world building fully immersed me in his worlds and I felt I was there along side the adventurers. Matt Larson, Julia Harper, Dan Alderson, are three former college friends and along with reptilian humanoid Tysson and others, these ‘seekers’ embark on a dangerous treasure hunt to locate two missing extremely valuable treasures. Ancient skilled are used and learnt along the way and the seekers each have sacrifices to make. Can the seekers complete their task and save Earth from its foretold dark fate? No Spoilers, you must read the book!
This is a MultiVerse ski-fi/fantasy adventure with multiple characters, and it is hard to keep track of them all at times but the list of characters at the beginning of the book is a great idea and really helps. It is a new genre for me and I am pleased that I picked up the book as I literally could not put it down as I was gripped from page one. I recommend this original and exciting novel by James Talisman.

Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through #2) by James Talisman

Mr. Talisman has done it again. The Journeys Through Series is now one of my favorite series. I absolutely love how he works his characters in.

Once again there were so many characters I could choose to get quotes from. These amazing characters are hard to choose from.

The first character is Captain Critosson. Captain Critosson from the Elipsson galaxy. They are heading to the mountain to get an ancient artifact. The quote I chose for Captain Critosson is: "I promise, Your Majesty. I will not let you down."

Jennifer is Matt's mom. She is worried about her son. There was a close call when she thought she would've lost her son. When the Director calls them together she needs the reassurance. The quote I chose for Jennifer is: "Thank you, Andrew. I just get a sense that young man has a very dark side. Almost like he is possessed somehow. With his resources, I wouldn't want him to find out about those three."

Highly recommended for Sci-fi Fantasy lovers.

Journeys Through TimeSpace is book 2 in the Journeys Through series by James Talisman and just like book 1 it did not disappoint!

I loved how readers learned more about the characters throughout this second installment in this series. It captured my attention and kept me wanting to know what happened to the characters when I had to be away from reading it.

Overall, I would highly recommend this series and book to those who love sci-fi and those who are looking to step outside their comfort book genre and want to read something fun, adventurous with a great storyline and awesome character building!
I can’t wait to read what James has to write next!

Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through) by James Talisman is the second book in the series and is a fantasy sci fi story. It is an adventure where the story is multi layered and complex with a lot going on with so many character players. James certainly keeps you on your toes. As with the first book, James has once again given the reader a lot to think about in the aspect of spirituality and time travelling and a shared consciousness throughout a multiverse. In this book the players are tasked with finding a treasure that is coveted and is shrouded in mystery and age old time. Again I found myself thinking that the story could have been told in fewer words but it was interesting to see how James has grown from his first. I look forward to seeing where he takes us next.

I will say when I heard of this book I did a serious excited squeal. I was and am a huge fan of the first in the series. I am a person who will try any genre, but when I read fantasy or sci fi I am going to my inner roots, yes I am a nerd and geek and I am proud of it. Needless to say these books by this author always go deep in my inner interests of my heart and seriously love this series!

This novel was the second installment of the series the author has written. Needless to say there is no disappointment what so ever to be given to ourselves as the readers! The author wrote an amazing first book and this one only continued the same effects and feelings one can get from reading the prior.

For me what I loved a lot on this book is not just the action and quick pace the story brings you and the strong want to know what will happen to our beloved characters, but I loved the details the author gives us of the multi verse universe the story unfolds upon. As I rea through this one, for me the first one gave life lessons I found and made me think of certain things of the reality of which we live in. This one did the same, doing some things we can not just assume we will not pay a price will we?

The intriguing side of this story that it focused around two teams. One that was put together that had to find a treasure that was this special stone that could very well possibly destroy everything along with life as we know it. A note for me to add is that this team was not hunting on Earth.

Now on Earth, we have another team that was put together. This team on Earth was searching for a special crystal that was in shattered pieces and may be ones hope to save the world from total chaos and destruction. As well as very well being a chance for humanity and Earth to survive as we are now.

As the story progressed of course the teams interact and meet along the way. Honestly when the teams basically interact to me that was the biggest point in the story. I personally hooked in that sheer moment of disbelief and had to continue reading. I could not literally put this book down and once again this author has helped add a novel to my bookshelf of favorite books.

This book in itself was very quick and action packed. It was so easy to comprehend and understand know the characters in who which they were. And who was good and who was more of a bad character sort to say. The author has true kill how to hook his readers and keep them reading as well guessing till the last second of what decisions will bring forth. And what the general morale of the characters bring to impact upon the readers, I personally loved that aspect. The author is talented and writes a story I believe anyone who reads this can enjoy. I m a nerd yes, but I have already told friends of the first novel that are not into sci fi genre and a few got back to me they really enjoyed it. Needless to say I will be doing the same with this installment of the series!

Again loved this book. Loved the writing technique and the detail the author brings to characters. I loved the universe parallels as well. Needless to add, the action packed part of it really kept you on the edge of your couch or seat and to keep reading to see what actions would bring forth next! I am really enjoying reading the books by this author and I will most certainly continue to do so in the future!

‘Journeys Through TimeSpace’ by James Talisman is the second entry of his ‘Journeys Through…’ series and picks up from the events of the first book to primarily focus on returning characters from the EarthVerse and Elipsson worlds. It was rewarding to see familiar faces like Matt and Tysson again and to witness the next phases of their journey. Talisman’s decision to mainly cast a spotlight on these two rather than all six of ‘Journeys Through SpaceTime’s’ protagonists was a smart one- allowing the author the time and space (ha!) to flesh out Matt and Tysson to a greater extent and to concentrate on the cultivation of their abilities and powers.

The narrowing down of characters also permitted for a deeper exploration into the worlds Matt and Tysson hail from and further build upon their unique cultures, structures and histories. The space expeditions and lizzard hierarchy of Elipsson was joy to learn about like last time and, while in theory, Matt’s familiar realm of Earth should not be as interesting, Talisman manages to make the setting fresh and intriguing by not pigeon-holing the narrative in one location- following Matt and his friends and family all around the globe on their adventures. It’s evident that Talisman did his research before going into this book- he paints such a vivid and accurate picture of different countries like Nepal and France with an appropriate level of sensitivity and cultural care, nor does he render the inhabitants of such places mere caricatures or stereotypes.

Another thing that Talisman manages to knock out of the park even further than in ‘Journeys Through TimeSpace’s’ predecessor is his exploration and analysis of his series’ unique wisdoms and ideas of the collective consciousness binding many as one. As Matt and Tysson learn to harness their abilities and develop their skills, the audience’s knowledge of the powers holding the fabric of the MultiVerse deepens. It’s a delight to see the clear influence drawn from eastern, western and religious tradition as Talisman continues to further distinguish and develop the distinct lore of his story.

A sequel is only as good as its capacity to build on themes and storylines of its predecessor, and ‘Journeys Through TimeSpace’ does not come up short in this regard. The events of the first book are seamlessly incorporated and followed here, allowing for natural story progression and character beats and development. Never once did a plot-point feel bizarre or odd- the first book was clearly written with the second one in mind and vice versa with consequences from the former shaping the latter and some aspects of character evolution explored being direct repercussions of the happenings of its preceding book.

If you loved ‘Journeys Through SpaceTime’, then picking up ‘Journeys Through TimeSpace’ is a no-brainer as it reaches even greater heights than its predecessor. For a story spanning the MultiVerse and time itself, you could not ask for better.

James Talisman’s "Journeys Through Spacetime" is a breathtaking exploration of the multiverse, intertwining ancient wisdom, battle, and the timeless struggle for existence. Set against a backdrop of cosmic stakes, Talisman deftly crafts a narrative that resonates with readers, fuelling both imagination and reflection.

The story follows a trio of young Earth heroes, former college students, who find themselves drawn into an ancient conflict that spans time and space. As they embark on their quest from the mystical Himalayas to the enigmatic ruins of Atlantis, Talisman seamlessly blends elements of science fiction and fantasy, creating a rich tapestry where history and mythology converge. The characters are relatable, each embarking on personal journeys of growth as they confront existential challenges and unearth ancient treasures necessary to thwart a formidable reptilian adversary.

What stands out most in Talisman’s writing is his ability to weave intricate plots with philosophical undertones. The battle of ideals between the Earth’s defenders and their reptilian foes serves as an allegory for contemporary global issues. This layer of depth encourages readers to ponder the consequences of power, the importance of knowledge, and the significance of unity in the face of impending doom.

The pace of the story is well-balanced, alternating between intense action sequences and moments of introspection. Talisman’s vivid descriptions of time travel and the landscapes of both the past and future evoke a sense of wonder, drawing readers further into the narrative. The challenges faced by the protagonists are not merely physical but resonate emotionally, making their triumphs and tribulations impactful.

However, the story is not without its complexities. Some readers may find the multitude of characters and factions somewhat overwhelming at times. Additionally, while the mythological aspects are engaging, a deeper contextual exploration may have enriched the understanding of their significance within the broader narrative.

Overall, "Journeys Through Spacetime" is a compelling read that invites readers to explore the interplay of fate, free will, and the relentless pursuit of knowledge. Talisman’s ability to merge thrilling adventure with thought-provoking themes results in a novel that is both entertaining and enlightening. As the clock ticks for Earth, one is left to ponder: Can the past truly influence the future, and in the grand tapestry of the multiverse, what part do we play in shaping our reality? A must-read for fans of speculative fiction and those who delight in the complexities of time travel, this book will undoubtedly leave its mark long after the final page is turned.

As an opening statement I declare that this book is a lot more decluttered and neater compared to its predecessors There are less characters, plot is neat and interconnected. There are two dimensions involved in this novel, both through space across multiverses and in time, through time travel. There are two teams on a treasure hunt, one in a parallel universe, which is hunting for a ‘philosopher stone’ to destroy the world and another team on Earth, which his hunting to bind a crystal from pieces scattered around in time, to defend the planet. The treasure hunt team on Earth is mainly led by a family, father, mother, son and his two friends. The son is gifted and goes to Himalayas to the valley of Shambhala to gain mystic powers to travel in time. He then travels to different eras in the past and also in the future to collect the scattered pieces and reunite them to bind the force to defend the Earth. Simultaneously, the team in the parallel universe led by a master, is searching for a powerful crystal to destroy the Earth. What happens when the two teams collide is the climax of the story.

I really appreciate that the author has taken the feedback for his first novel really well and made a very interesting plot in this novel with fewer characters and a lot more action. The only other comment I did have was that every chapter was predictable and there were not many twists and turns, especially in the time travel. There could have been some action involved when the hero time travels to different periods. There could have been an antagonist who could have stopped him and the hero could have had a narrow escape every time he returns from the time travel.
It is a privilege for a reviewer to see the author taking the reviews seriously and make an effort to incorporate them in his next book. This series as immense potential, keep improvising.
A very breezy, interesting and quick read, I thoroughly enjoyed the book.

Journey Through Time Space by James Talisman is another amazing book! This one is soooo much better than the first one and I did not think it was possible. The characters are so well developed which makes it possible to fall in love with the characters and to truly feel their plights and journeys. I so appreciated the metaphysical journey each character went through but especially Julia and Matt. I highlighted several passages as they rang with much truth that spoke to my soul. The Seat-of-Power described so perfectly the energy that one can harness and use for the best of intentions. “There are seven important principles that embody all of creation. These powerful truths are available to be learned and used by anyone.” Powerful statement! I found myself reading the truths and comparing my journey as to where I am in my journey and what to look forward to. Can I just say that reading the book has expanded my own discovery of self and the magic and power within me? We are truly all connected through time and space. I loved that this book picked up right from the ending of the first in the book and I was absolutely amazed at the ending (no spoilers here). Do yourself a favor and read this book! I have read other books on spiritual journeys, metaphysical ideas, and the outer connectedness that we all are a part of, but this book really delves into al these topics but within a superb story that makes it understandable and provides the desire within to delve deeper into myself and my powers. Read this book! Set your intentions, connect to the source of All-That-Is, and tap into your Higher Self for guidance, love, and the magic which resides in all of us. The power is within you.

“Soon, weapons fire reverberated throughout the strange abyss surrounding the search team. The huge dark shadow now gave way to a massive beast that resembled a serpent as it moved into the light. Bullets from the soldiers' weapons seemed to bounce off the skin of the monster bearing an enormous mouth lined with more razor-sharp teeth than could be counted. Fear gripped everyone as the behemoth with green glowing eyes raised itself up over twenty feet in the air and made another guttural sound…..”

‘Journeys Through TimeSpace’ is the second instalment in the ‘Journeys Through’ series by James Talisman. This is a sci-fi/fantasy adventure story which, like the first book, has quite a lot going on in it, as well as a lot of characters to keep track of. Again, the storyline is multi-layered and complex taking the reader on an action-packed adventure on a quest for treasure. It’s a thought provoking read- exploring ideas on consciousness, relativity, spirituality, time travel, the universe/multiverse, and more.
I enjoyed the first book and so I was intrigued to read this second instalment to see where this journey would take us. As this is the second instalment in the series, and there are a lot of recurring characters, as well as an over-arching storyline, I really recommend reading book one before embarking on this journey. Having all the backstory, character introductions and other important information contained in the first book will greatly enhance your reading experience of this story.
I am curious to see what Mr. Talisman has in store for us next.

Thank you, Mr. Talisman!

Journeys Through TimeSpace is the second book in the series by James Talisman and starts where Book 1, Journeys Through SpaceTime, leaves off. Our three young heroes return in Book 2, and it is up to this trio to save Earth from a powerful enemy. They have travelled to a secret and hidden place deep in the Himalayas to train and prepare for their quest. A quest that has them travelling between the past and the future to find treasures that are required to save Earth.

I loved reading this book and highly recommend it because it is truly intriguing and really had me thinking about the concepts of time travel, parallel universes, and the fascinating concept of a MultiVerse. I especially loved reading about the MultiVerse and was anxious to see how the story would unfold between the various characters and each of their planets. As I delved deeper into the book, I was introduced to the concept of the seven important principles which embody all of creation. This quickly had me thinking and wanting to explore these seven important principles farther.

Journeys Through TimeSpace is very well written and there is a great amount of detail in the story throughout its entirety. Each world is described vividly, really drawing you into the scene and the lives of the characters. My three favorite characters were our brave young heroes who have an amazing and unique friendship. Regardless of the numerous obstacles they are faced with in both the past and the present the bond between the trio remains strong and unwavering. Not only do I highly recommend this book but I think that both books would make great movies!

This book has been an experience for me. I haven't read many Sci-fi Multiverse Space books, but let me tell you I was hooked in right away! The author takes such care building the characters up between book 1 & 2 that you can picture these three college friends (Matt, Julia, and Dan) joking around and poking fun at each other. He connects them in a way that shows you their friendship and how they handle their hardships together along their journey that it grabs you and you can't wait to see who does what next! You don't NEED to read book one before you read this book, BUT I really recommend reading it!!. Book one shows you so much about each character, their species, each of their journeys, and much of their training and abilities being learned and used throughout both books. I'm not going to spoil anything but I enjoyed all the details brought to life in this set. I can picture some of the scenes like they were on cavus. You can tell that the author really put time in building each character, the worlds and scenes, the spacecrafts and their technologies, and even the knowledge behind the teachings and meditations. Again I haven't read many books of this type, so some of the space lingo I was new to, but I picked it up pretty fast and I'm so glad that I did. You will love this journey and the race to save the world and more. Will these college friends, with the help of others, save everyone in time? Will they survive all their trails along the way? Or will they fail and doom multiple worlds? Buckle up for a Journey through space and time!!

Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through Book 2) by James Talisman - Review by Melissa Saxton

Breathless and thrilling are the best terms to use to describe this 2nd installment to the Journeys series. This could be read alone but reading book one helped me better understand the characters.

Book two brings you through past present and future on a wild ride of surprises I found myself muttering "omg" out loud while reading. You will explore the multiverse theory in more depth and detail. You spend time getting to know the trio of college students from the first book and you will really love the tie into Atlantis! You will follow them learning time travel and journey to find ancient treasures. meanwhile a reptilian commander has his own plans and needs he will ruthlessly work to obtain.
Mr Talisman brilliantly ties together each universe frequently flipping between characters as you read yet you never feel lost, or confused about what part of the story you are in or where you are reading about. you are fully engaged flipping pages to see what happens next!

This series truly has made me look at the world around me and its connections in a different way. I absolutely cannot wait for the 3rd installment and this is a MUST READ for any Sci fi lover out there! fair warning you will get lost in this series and lose track of time because you will not want to put it down!

Journeys Through TimeSpace is the second book in the Journeys Through series by James Talisman. Journeys Through is an epic series set in the MultiVerse. The first book in the series, Journeys Through SpaceTime was Talisman’s debut novel and I was blown away by how in depth and detailed the books was. I had been eagerly looking forward to reading the next instalment and I was not disappointed at all. It is a fantastic continuation of the story.
The book can be seen as a fight between good and evil but it is so much more. I loved reading about Matt, Julie and Dan and their journey, both physically and spiritually. The friendship and camaraderie between the 3 is fantastic. You really can’t help rooting for the 3 of them to succeed in their mission. This is also helped as the ‘bad guys’ are really nasty, horrid and evil so you really can’t help but want them to fail. I’ve said before that one mark of a great writer, for me, is by how much they get you to hate the bad guys and I sure hated them in this book.
The characters are so well written in this book that you also can’t helped but be gripped by their story and stay hooked right up to the very end. Although, judging by the way this book ended, this story is not over yet.

Journeys Through TimeSpace is the second book in James Talisman’s exciting speculative fiction series Journeys Through. Like the first book, the narrative is split across different worlds within a Multiverse, allowing the book to sit across multiple genres. It’s at once an urban fantasy and a space opera, with common threads tying the stories together.
As the title suggests, these are stories about journeys. Three young adults on Earth travel to Nepal to journey through the mountains to a hidden valley. A reptilian space captain travels through a complex maze system to a treasure at its centre. The journeys are designed, in a way, to challenge them and establish whether or not they are worthy of the rewards they seek.
For me, one of the best parts about this book is the descriptions of the real and fictional settings. Particularly in the current lockdown, this is a great book if you want to be transported to some stunning places! And the narrative allows you to feel like you’re travelling through the settings with the characters – really immersive!
This book gets five stars from me. I’d recommend starting at the beginning of the series. I’d recommend it to sci-fi and fantasy fans looking to get hooked on a new series that is at once familiar and original.

An ancient battle of ideals ideals echoes across the MultiVerse of time and space and the stakes could not be greater for Earth. Three former college students and a reptilian humanoid leader attempt to fulfil their destinies, as two spectacular treasure hunts full of adventure and sacrifice through time and space.

Locating these treasures, which are extremely valuable, could not be more important. Who will win in this race through time and space.
Will Earth and her inhabitants succumb to the dark fate foretold or can the chosen defenders overcome incredible odds and time itself to secure victory?

This is the second instalment in the series of Journeys Through TimeSpace and it certainly did not disappoint. The author has done an amazing job of detailing the setting and characters, and as soon as I started reading it gripped me right from the beginning.

The players are tasked with finding treasure that is shrouded in mystery and it is left in the hands of the three college students, that have a truly good bond. The characters all have their own agendas and plans, but again, the author has done a wonderful job in creating these magnificent personalities.

Really enjoyed this book, full of mystery, adventure and danger. Would highly recommend.

Journeys through TimeSpace by James Talisman a journey of a five-star read. This is number two in the Journeys Through series, I have read them in order and feel that you do get the best out of them that way as there are recurring characters and a good backstory that you may miss if you don’t. Once again the author has brought us along on a jam packed journey, one that has you guessing and thinking at every turn, it is a busy story and there is a lot going on, but the author manages to keep it all together and as long as you aren’t easily distracted when reading you are able to keep up well (even if you are do try as I am a flicker on the tv while I read and I managed to keep up with it okay). This has a great sucking power as I will be thinking of something while I’m at work, and then all of a sudden, I will be thinking about who will win the battle and who I’m invested in. The only other thing to add is what an imagination this author must have, it always surprises me when I read sci-fi and fantasy as I figure the authors minds must never stop to be filled with such amazing landscapes and this author is no exception.

Will they be able to crush the plans and save the world as we know it? you will have to find out.

This is the second book in this series and does not disappoint, this books picks straight from the first book and looks at trying to stop the plans which are due to take place. Each earth student needs to go to their different realms to try and help to save the multi realities. Can they stop the plans and be successful in their journeys, you will have to read to find out.

This story is full of thrilling and twists and will have you drawn in from the first words on the page. I would recommend reading the first book as there is a lot information which if you are coming into fresh into this book may have you a tough time following but stay with them as it is a brilliant ride in your imagination.

This is not my usual genre to read but the author has built a world of pure imagination and what ifs that has you engaged from the beginning, I have to say as in the first book there is a lot of information to digest but this only enhances the story and the characters within the story.

Can't wait to read more.

The second installment by James Talisman is a fantasy masterpiece. It starts you off in the middle of the action where the first book ended and keeps you yearning for more. It draws you in to want to keep reading just to find out what happens next.
It continues following the journey of the three young college students who were destined to find each other and complete this journey to discover their higher destiny. Will they be able to master their gifts and complete their predetermined destiny? On the opposite side is a secret group that serves master Hades and yet for some reason in this book his followers are not able to communicate with him. But then a new character comes into play that serves to take Hades’ place. In this new storytelling of good versus evil who will prevail? Will this new character bring success or destruction?
I am not usually a science fiction fan but the character development and story telling in this book drew me in right from page 1. I just had to keep reading to find out what happens next and if you’re interested in a new read then I encourage you to take this journey too.

In this great world building book, you feel like you're traveling through time and space but on a beautiful journey with the characters. I was so taken by the characters in the first book, I had to check out this second installment.
An ancient battle across the dimensions of time and space all around the MultiVerse but no one is in greater danger than Earth.
Two treasure hunts full of unpredictable action and surrendering happen between time and space as former higher education students and reptilian humanoid leader attempt to lead their lives in a fulfilling way.
On a journey to discover valuable treasures couldn't be more important for those searching. As the race against time winds down, who will be the victor?
Ancient skills are exposed on all sides in this ancient battle of intelligence and to create the perfect ideas for their reality.
These unlikely heroes link up to save Mother Earth in the unlikeliest of ways. This is the second book is even better than the first one with the best world-building. The action-packed scenes has your imagination working wild!

Journeys Through TimeSpace
By James Talisman
4 stars

This is the second book that I have read by this author and again it was another great read. The genre of this story isn’t one of my favourites but I love finding new authors and I enjoyed the first book in the series so thought I would give the second one a try. I can see an improvement in the authors writing as well (not that his debut novel was bad it definitely wasn’t) but as with most authors the more they write improvements are noticed!
I loved the detailed writing of the setting of the story it really enabled me to imagine what was happening in the story. The characters were really well developed and I really liked the relationship that they had between them, they were all really relatable in my opinion. The rich and complex storyline kept my interest throughout! Overall I thought that this was a wonderful read and a great addition to the series! I will definitely be looking out for more from this author in the future!

Journeys Through TimeSpace by James Talisman was a great 5 star read and book two in the Journeys Through series.

There is so much going on again with all of the characters. James pulls you right in with his writing and detail, you feel like you're right there with them.

We have a race against time to find two seperate treasures. .
The reptilians are searching for something to help with their new weapon.
And Matt, Dan and Julie are trying to learn skills that focus around having a united front.

Whose hunt will be successful first?

Overall, this read will have you on the edge of your seat with all the twists and turns
If you like action packed reads with great characters this is the series for you. I suggest reading the first book first so that you can meet the characters and understand their world better. I also suggest reading somewhere where you can stay focused with no interruptions because there is so much happening. 1-click and find out for yourself who will be successful in their hunt. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

Ok so I do not read multiverse or sci-fi books, like ever, but the first one in this series of Journeys Through from James Talisman kept me hooked completely from beginning to end and I am so excited that the second one lived up to the same standards and hype. Talisman has a knack for writing some vivid scenes that will literally take you away through the vast ‘multiverse’ and make you fall in love with the characters along the journey. I love how this is not an original idea per say amongst the sci-fi world, it is completely written in a way that it is fresh and very original. I can’t honestly say I have ever read other books like this or enjoyed them.

I know this is said to be able to be read as a stand alone novel but I would HIGHLY recommend that you start with the first book, Journeys through SpaceTime. You will not be disappointed that you had the chance to experience the universe that Talisman has created in these novels. I am very excited to see what the next book will hold and what characters and worlds we will get to visit in that one.

Journeys Through TimeSpace is the second book in the Journeys Through series by James Talisman. The book is split across multiple worlds in a Multiverse, just like the first book in the series. I have to say I enjoyed this book much more than the first one. I found the first one a bit confusing to keep track of all the characters and places. In the second one, there are less characters to keep track of which made it easier for me to connect to the characters.

My favorite characters were the three friends from college. Their friendship was strong and could hold up to any challenge thrown their way. Matt and Julia's relationship as a couple was very cute and romantic. When the third friend was around, he was not treated as a third wheel, they were all just close friends.

This book once again had everything you look for in a sci-fi genre, space, adventure, multiverse, time travel. The author's writing is very descriptive and it makes you feel like you could be there. I would recommend this book to any sci-fi lover.

Journeys Through Time Space (Journeys Through Book 2) by James Talisman
4 Stars

This book picked up where the first ended. The special trio has to save the world but before they can do that, there is still training to be done. Travelling to Nepal, they trek on foot to a hidden place deep in a valley. It is a place of higher learning and some may call magic. Continuing their education in the All That Is, they learn that they can do incredible things. To gather the pieces they need to save the world, they must travel through time. Their adventures are fraught with danger and perilous tasks. With evil lurking on the horizon, can Michael, Julie and Dan accomplish their goals to save all of mankind?

I enjoyed this book better than the first. There were less characters therefore the author was able to concentrate more on the story. The story is interesting and unique. Fans of sci/fi and Dr. Who will love this book. I do recommend that you read the first part to fully comprehend this book.

The battle between good and evil continues in this second novel by James Talisman.
I do recommend starting with the first book to gain some deeper levels of the characters before diving into this one, however it’s not mandatory and I could certainly have enjoyed this book as a stand-alone.
Readers will now begin to experience more detailed layers of the power in the All That Is explored through the theme of unity vs selfishness.
I loved following the fabulous trio of main characters through their journey of self discovery. They will literally travel through periods of time on Earth to collect pieces of an artifact that will be instrumental in protecting the planet.
Simultaneously, a violent reptilian race travels through space towards Earth with a new destructive power unlike anything before. Will the trio pass the challenges before them in time to save the planet?
If you love a good sci-fi novel that will touch on some of the most interesting time periods in our history, you will love Journeys Though TimeSpace.
