What do they really know?: British Military contact with unidentified flying objects over the UK and its bases overseas.

Rate this book
M S Morgan a retired British Police Senior Investigating Officer, investigates the available evidence of UFO sightings by the RAF and USAF in the UK from 1950 to the present day. Drawing on 30 years experience as a senior detective having investigated murders and other serious crime, M S Morgan also has a wealth of knowledge about the RAF; having aimed to become a pilot before joining the police. He carefully scrutinises the evidence asking questions, not only about the facts, but the military response and enquiries they carried out or should have carried out. He raises some intriguing questions. Many people have written books and have been dismissive and sceptical, while others are firm 'believers'. M S Morgan does not fit with either category, but his findings do raise concerns.
Some of the reviews this book has
"Brilliant, thorough and thought provoking", "The bible for UFO investigators by a master investigator" & "Refreshingly honest investigations, a true professional".

The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth...please.

I would recommend this to everyone but sadly most will dismiss it as rubbish and confidently state that there's no such thing as ufos and all witnesses are weirdos with stupid beliefs supported by zero evidence. They will then return to their horoscopes., magical detox diets or even just head to church. I have an aerospace and enforcement background and have had four hard to explain observations, the last shared by many work colleagues. I liked the way this book evaluated not so much the evidence nor selfishly repeated the headlines or credo that aliens exist. Our government is not alone in handling this subject badly. Objectively they come across as either negligent or incompetent but perhaps there is a known truth. If so I hope I live to hear of it. This is surely something to wonder about? Why do people not want to know? I don't care what the truth is. Why can I not be told by my own elected officials. If the evidence truly is that all sightings are explainable it might be disappointing but better than the stupid charade we have been subjected to by nearly all world governments. Keep digging Mr Morgan.

Sceptic

Do I believe in UFO's. I don't know, on the balance of probabilities, yes. Having served in the Police myself and been witness to the machinations of the organisation covering up to present itself as whiter than white this book rings out as a shining example of the lengths that officialdom will go to to be seen as such. Keep digging.
