Super hot threesome in this episode. It's the most awaited threesome in this series. Just that I am still unsure if that scorching hot ménage à trois is for real or only a fantasy that sensei created to satisfy us hungry fangirls. I for one have been dreaming for Asami x Akihito x Fei Long threesome for the longest time since I started this series. It's so surreal I have a hard time believing Akihito would actually permit that smexy scene to happen at all. Aki serving two hot male specimens at the same time and the intense undercurrent exchange between Asami and Fei Long is gloriously arousing.
Yamane sensei is always amazing at delivering stimulating and orgasmic sex scenes. I love how she drew those passionate kissing scenes. Her kissing scenes are arousing even to someone like me who personally does not like kissing.
Pic#1: Asami's trademark forceful, dominating and passionate kiss for his little blond kitten. This image is from Volume 6.
Pic#2: I find this image divinely arousing. Just look at that tongue action. Akihito was feeling conflicted here due jealousy. This image is actually taken from Volume 7, the current book I am reading.
This volume was okay.. a bit of a breather after that long arc starting in volume 1. The stories here focus on Akihito and include a crossover with the high school students from the side stories. Akihito still manages to get himself into all kinds of trouble, but Asami is always there to get him out. The creator described this volume as an "omnibus of short stories" and that's exactly what it felt like. Nothing deep but still enjoyable. 2.5 stars, rounded up
This part. if you're not squrming on your seat and wetting your panties for that threesome, Asami-Akihito-Feilong, then you're not 'normal'... *giggles* This one is hot to level burn the house!
Holy shit this was hott as fuck! The story in this one wasn't great after the awesome last arc, but it was still fun. However, the 5 star rating is for the extras (sextras?) because Jesus lord they were good. Especially the one with Asami, Takaba, and Feilong...the dynamic between them during probably the hottest scene of the whole manga, and the whole chapter in general...so good. The mangaka writes Asami and Feilong's relationship so well. Takaba is a bit whiny but honestly, at least he kind of acknowledges his feelings unlike most uke characters. I love how Asami just doesn't give a shit. He wants what he wants and takes it and I think that's why his character is so hott. I'm loving this series.
Love without sex, sex without love. Getting love with sex is a tricky business to pull off and apparently Ms. Yamane has decided to forego it in this series. Poor Akihito is struggling to get his feet under him but it’s not helped by Asami’s domineering and high-handed ways. The photographer wants to find his freedom and make his own way but Asami refuses to allow him any kind of autonomy. He wants Akihito but never expresses anything for him like warmth, affection or love. Instead, he coerces, blackmails or just plain forces him to have sex with him using everything from threats to willful theft. In this, he is little better than his erstwhile rival, Fei Long. The only difference is that Akihito’s own feelings have him twisted into knots over Asami as he is over no one else.
While this makes the sex between the two very passionate, the lack of emotional warmth on Asami’s part left me rather cold and numb. It would be wonderful if he would allow the younger uke a position other than that of his catamite. But the man is an Alpha male, simply not the sort to allow any relationship unless it’s on his own exacting terms. For a woman like myself, who likes love mixed up with passion, this makes this series less than satisfactory.
No. . . just no. The ending of the last issue showed so much promise but it was totally dropped in favor of more of Akihito's I don't want you but yet I do? What about Feilong. He's dropped now and not in this at all. His HEA was supposed to be that page when Yoh, who had been betraying him for years and just freaking did it again, suddenly says he cares about him & Fei didn't believe him and why should he especially when he'd just been axed after admitting to Asami and himself that he'd done all that shit because of his feelings for Asami. . . :(
It’s tough to follow-up the epic Arc of Truth storyline from Vs 3-5. The this Volume had a high bar…and it’s just not up to that level. That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy it. It was an excellent installment for the Finder series, with hot, explicit sex, and more development of Asami and Akihito’s relationship.
V6 returns to the format of the first two volumes in the series - a collection of shorts, rather than one continuous plotline. Akihito is now living with his friend Kou, after Asami moved all of his stuff out of his old apartment and left him a key – to Asami’s condo! The volume follows Akihito trying to rebuild his life, his career and his friendships while also coming to terms with how he feels about Asami. The format works well following the intense Arc of Truth; something a bit more light-hearted was welcome. Where I think it fell flat was the last story wherein Yamane crossed Finder over with characters from the recurring side story of previous volumes. The original short concerned two young men who are attracted to each other learning that their fathers are in love with each other as well. I wasn’t particularly fond of this story the first time (too much school-boy angst), and having the boys go on a school trip with Akihito ending up as a “chaperone” didn’t improve it. The few scenes where Akihito learns the danger of dropping Asami’s name were funny, but overall it was weak and took up too much of this volume. While I was glad it wasn’t a complete departure from Finder, I would have preferred more time with Asami and Akihito, or even to catch up with Fei Long. Still, this was an enjoyable read and another beautiful SuBlime edition.
Okay, so after rereading Crimson Spell, I saw this series pop up on Amazon. I've seen it come up a few times before and because I love Yamane's artwork I thought I'd just check it out. Just to see right? Of course not. Once I read the first chapter it was no use telling myself I had other books to read. I wanted to finish this one first. Luckily for me manga series don't take too long to get through. And the artwork here is Yamane at her best. Now the story. It's another m/m romance. It reminded me a little of Totally Captivated by Hajin Yoo, where the "evil" character takes an interest in the "innocent" character and subjugates them. Full of each character lying to themselves magnificently and unintentional feelings emerging as a result. That being said this series was more dramatic and more explicit. Readers should be warned that there is full genitalia, rape and mild BDSM. If you can't stomach those then don't attempt this because it's pretty hard core and there's a lot of it. Regardless it's a good story in my opinion. I enjoyed the psychology behind Asami and Takaba's relationship.
I completely forgot about the two highschooler side story and wild that it became a crossover lol. Akihito always getting into shit. I'm glad to getting back into Akihito doing his photography stuff again although I do feel like the way things ended in the last volume with Fei Long and Mikhail was kind of weird like they definitely have to come back and stir shit up later on.
Oh my god! The secret room lol. I completely forgot about the way this story started and that Asami was into that lol. They've come so far.
Oh I love Akihito is trying so hard to get back to a life he once knew... But there is a lot of obstacles in his way ... including a very intrusive crime lord!! Also how absolutely delightful to see the cross over!! I didn't know I needed it until now and I am so thankful for it!! "Don't name drop if you don't want to pay the price!" Akihito... I beg of you ,... use your damn head! Even if it's a pretty one!!
I enjoyed this volume. After the last two where everything is high in stakes and climax, it's nice to read something that is a bit more tame. I enjoy Akihito still having this fire of not wanting to be anyone's pet...even though most times he ends up succumbing to Asami's desires. It was something pleasant and breather volume with a touch of action that is not so on edge.
