Can Arden, Mavek, and Eskel set their differences aside and work together in order to stop the wicked fae prince out to get them?
Arden Archer is an Unseelie. After struggling against the turn for months, Arden has finally accepted what she's become, and what it means for her future, and the future of those she cares about. Even though she's more powerful than a human, she's still no match for Finch, the Unseelie Underground prince out for revenge against her and Mavek for what took place at the Tithe. Finch is willing to do anything to reclaim the throne that was stolen from him that night, even offering a truce if either Arden or Mavek will swear their courts allegiance to him.
But Arden knows better. Experience has taught her no good can come from a deal made with the fae, and she's unwilling to risk putting Eskel or her sister in any more danger. With no other choice, she turns to the one person she knows for a fact can help her. It quickly becomes apparent that Finch isn't the only thing she needs to worry about though. There are also lingering feelings that need dealt with. Feelings towards both her boyfriend, and the Midnight King.
Mavek Midnight went through a lot in order to keep Arden by his side. Now that it's been done, however, he's realizing keeping ones heart is a lot more complicated than he'd ever imagined. As he struggles to make amends for his mistakes, Mavek is also forced to ask himself how much he's willing to sacrifice in the name of love. Can he accept Eskel Montgomery for the sake of his queen?
And, more importantly, can he convince Eskel to accept him?
Librarians, please don't add books. I stay up to date and add them myself and have ended up with many multiple copies because others add them later. Thank you!

(The following isn’t a review, just post book ramblings with spoilers.)
If it weren’t for the last couple pages, I wouldn’t really be ok with the ending. Weirdly I’m more ok with the future the ending alludes to than the ending I thought it would be before the epilogue. Um, Mavek and Eskel ship? Yes, please! I need a second epilogue to live out that scenario. The whole trilogy, I’m conflicted because I like them both (though always more invested in Eskel). And then Arden gets to be with both of them, and it feels like a wish-fulfillment letdown, because how is anyone comfortable in this arrangement? I mean, I get it. Mavek and Eskel were both great. There’s no way you could give either of them a bad ending, but having Arden not choose between them felt like neither M nor E were getting a good deal. Like a time share relationship. But then the Mavek/Eskel relationship foreshadowing happens, and my weird little brain is excited again. I feel like I could just pretend Arden isn’t there and be happier (but I think that’s just me wanting more time with just the two of them). Can there be a third epilogue of Tabitha’s alternate universe? I just want a BL ending now. The love pile is interesting, but I need more time with M+E for it to feel complete. (Also, they’re totally going to fix Eskel’s mortality, right?)
I’m always here for whatever CLF writes. But I think I’m just slightly more here for the sci-fi ones. (Also, Across From You sequel? Pleeeease!)

This book was everything. Definitely my favorite of the three. This book was filled with action, intrigue and faerie politics. Chani has such a fun way of taking folk lore, keeping it true to its nature while simultaneously morphing it to fit her world. The whole effect is spellbinding and addictive. I read this book in one sitting.
Things I love about Accord: -The introduction to several new fae characters as well as appearances from past characters. -Seeing the development and blossoming friendship between Eskel and Mavek. ( I actually kind of ship them together! =p ) -The character growth we see in Arden as she navigates her world and accepting who & what she is. - Eskel and Mavek's character growth. -I loved how Eskel really tried to step into Arden's shoes and undertand not only what she is but also the world around her. His loyalty for those he loves was never wavering and only became stronger. -Mavek's growth was also visible. He loves Arden and really did everything in his power as a Faerie King to earn her trust and even Eskel's. Plus Mavek is just plain hot lol. -The epilogue and bonus scenes!!! OMG YESSSSS.
Things I look forward to: -I can't wait to see what Chani does with any future spin offs within this world. She has teased and hinted at several relationships through out this book and the whole trilogy. She has also started the ground work for several different stories within this universe and I am eager for them all. -I also can't wait to see what Arden's sister gets up to with a certain fae I adore. -And I hope Tabby gets her own romance and adventure.
Overall this story and series is a 5 star read. Again, one of my favorite books by Chani Lynn Feener so far!
I have loved this series but would be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed with the ending.
An absolute mixed bag, I didn’t quite know what to make of it. I suppose I love predictable and dramatic, yet traditional. I wanted either Mavek or Eskel to die saving her and then that was the choice made without her actually having to make a choice or them turning into some weird polygamous relationship. I went from thinking her love for them was all consuming and then BAM maybe Mavek/Eskel are destined to be together more so than she is! This was just taking a love triangle a tad too far for me, sorry. Rarely have I read a series and ever felt disappointed or unsatisfied with the ending but this just didn’t deliver for me. In the interim, I’ll pretend it ended a different way so it doesn’t drive me utterly insane! 😂
