Aside from the occasional, not-so-subtle anti-communism, I really appreciated this book! It’s a great survey of 20th century revolutions and made me want to further research some of them. I do wish more African revolutions were explored, though (the only one that got a full chapter was the Egyptian revolution).

A great book of short histories of revolutions. It’s a fantastic way to find revolutions you might want to study more about. The removable pieces from each revolution really added something. I liked looking at newspapers and other historic papers in foreign tongues.
