It was okay I guess. Nothing extraordinary, but entertaining nonethless.

Honestly, I didn't expect it to be that good, but compared to other short insta novellas I've read, this was one of the most enjoyable for me. Mainly thanks to the main characters, I absolutely loved them both. Parker (h) was a little spitfire who didn't take shit from anyone, Cooper (H) was an amazing book boyfriend and they were just so adorable together.
One thing that irked me though a little bit was that there were some things said and not shown, like their first evening in the club, we just know they spent it together flirting and talking (and fucking), but we don't know what they talked about! But I was willing to overlook it because it is a novella and I'm rating it based on the enjoyment factor alone... and I stayed awake till 2:00 am just to find out how the story ends.
It was quick and entertaining, I'm now rereading some scenes and I'm giggling again... I also liked that it was not THAT much over the top as I'm used to in other insta novellas, and even though there weren't so many steam scenes, it was hot.

SPOILERS!!!!!
After a long slump of more DNF’s then I could count, I finally found something that was enjoyable. Was it 5 star worthy? No, but it came close!
Parker is a 20 something heroine who is a social influencer. As the story starts, she is a day away from marrying her fiancé of 2 years, a football player. However, she learns that he has been cheating on her and unlike some heroines, she doesn’t take the news well and lets him have it! And this is why I loved this heroine so much! She is strong, doesn’t take crap from anyone, honest and REAL.
Just the first 4-5 chapters alone will capture your interest! One of the best lines in this story is:
“Cheating is not a mistake,” I argue. “Cheating is a choice. You made that choice with no regard for my feelings. I loved you, Jaxson. I wanted to be your wife. I wanted to build a future with you. To be your biggest cheerleader. To celebrate your victories and comfort you in defeat. You took all of that away from me. You broke my heart. You made a poor choice. Now you have to accept it and move on.”
Cheating is not a mistake but a CHOICE. That is right. How many times have we had authors write a cheating asshole Hero who cheated on heroine and try to sweep it under the rug with some lame excuse? This is why I liked this story because though it was not the hero who did the cheating but the OM, heroine was not forgiving and wouldn’t accept excuses or any groveling!
But on with the story…. Cooper (Hero) is a Billionaire player-type with a fascination for “Tits”. He meets Parker one night after she leaves her douche ex and they have this instant & amazing chemistry. They hook up and even got married while they were in Vegas. The next day, they both realize who they are and how it may be a conflict of interest & cause a scandal that could ruin his company so they decide to stay married for a month and get to know each other.
From the start with these two, you feel that they are perfect together and meant to be. They are open & honest with each other and don’t play games. They keep it real and though their meeting & getting together was unconventional, they both are “IN” to making their marriage work! That’s what I liked the most of seeing them develop their relationship which by the time you got to the End, it really was a believable HEA. There is even an Epilogue or two which is funny!
Speaking of funny, there is humor and lots of “feels” in this – and a whole lot of satisfying & well deserved payback done by awesome heroine!
Safety:
There is a bit of OM drama in the form of the OM trying to get her back but she is over him. She did love him but there is no pining for her ex once she finds he cheated on her. Towards the end, there is a confrontation between them and she/they act very immature but I liked the fact that she moved on so quickly with Hero and had no lingering feelings for OM.
As for OW, there is 2 of them in this story but neither one causes any drama. Hero was dating one OW before he met heroine very casually and they were more like friends because they didn't have sex but it took him a while to tell her he married the heroine, however, she too by then had moved on with his brother so there is no issue there.
The 2nd OW was his realtor who found him his house to live with heroine. A few months prior, they had a short fling and he said he had a crush on her at the time 'cause she had a nice "rack" and he wanted to date her but she turned him down. When she came in the picture towards the end, it was just as friends but I wish author had not incorporated that because all I could think then is that everything he said & did with heroine about her "tits", he most likely did with OW and others.
Then there was the mention of "poop" which is why it was a 4 star instead of 5 for me. There is a scene in which heroine ate something that didn't sit well with her stomach and she went to poop and Hero made a joke about it which embarrassed her. In 3 days, I have come across several "romances" in which authors like to incorporate main characters pooping and they think it is funny or sexy. Uhm...does anyone else find it so 'cause I don't need to read that thank you very much!
No cheating. Once they get together, they are all about each other. No virgins. No condom used.
“This marriage. Can we get it annulled or something?”
“Why would we do that?”
“Because we don’t even know each other, let alone love each other.”
“I love your tits.” He wiggles his eyebrows.

“You don’t have to. I know it makes me sound like a shallow prick, but I’m just being honest.”

Okay.” I swallow past the lump of nerves. “Back to my screwup. When I told you I was on birth control, I wasn’t lying. The problem is I haven’t taken a pill since Thursday night. I always take my birth control pill at night before bed. I left the rehearsal dinner and got on a plane. I was a little distracted by all the sex, and I’m sorry. I take full responsibility for it.”
His face is expressionless, so I can’t tell if he’s pissed or bored.
“What else?”
“I stopped at the pharmacy on my way over and picked up a Plan B pill.” He narrows his eyes. “I didn’t take it,” I continue. “I feel like a baby is the last thing either of us needs, but I didn’t want to go behind your back and take it. I mean… you are my husband, so we should make the decision together.”
Suddenly I’m on my back, and Cooper is hovering over me. “Don’t take it,” he whispers, his eyes darting over mine.
“Cooper—”
“I’m in a whole lotta like with you, Mrs. Sullivan. I want this with you, and if by some chance I put a baby in you, I want that, too. That’s what I want, but it’s your body, so I’ll respect your decision.
What do you want?”
“Are you for real?” I choke out a sob.
“Hey,” he soothes, pressing a kiss to my nose. “What did I say?”
“Everything.” I swallow. “How did I get so lucky?”
“I’m the lucky one. Your tits are gonna be huge.” Laughing, he grabs my wrists and pins them over my head.
“You are such a pig,” I say through a chuckle.
“I’m kidding.” He dips his head and kisses my lips. “Kind of.”

Mr. Bad Influence was cute. I picked it up because I just love the trope waking up married to a stranger you just meet but from the reviews I thought I would get more from this Novella than I actually did. Basically like all Novellas it's way too short and the relationship moves so quickly I couldn't connect to the characters.

This is definitely one of the best novellas I've ever read. I would definitely have loved it more if it was a full length novel but I still enjoyed it a lot.
I liked the plot despite it being a bit rushed (because it's a novella) but I would like to see more of their first night together and them before they decide to stay together and give their relationship a chance.
The H is too perfect for his own good. I think he is one of the best book boyfriends I've ever read about. I loved everything about him, his opinions, his behavior, his humor, everything. And if you know me you know how much I love feisty and sassy heroines so I couldn't not love this h.
I'd love to read some of the side characters' stories (like Mia's, Mason's, Bander's) so I'll make sure to check the rest of the author's books.

Cute short little story for the most part.
I really didnt like th Gabbi stuff tho. I just never understand why authors incorporate that kind of stuff. What value did having an OW whom he has had sex with multiple times and loved her tits how up to be his realtor? He even wanted more from her but she turned him down. So if she hadnt would he be with her instead of heroine? It creates all these questions that undermine the romance. She could have just been his realtor who is someone he would have gone for in the past. These types of additions just make you feel gross bc all you are thinking is how she has the same body as the heroine and he has done all the same things to her as he did to the heroine. Why do you want to put that into the readers head? I will never get it. Is it just to up the word count? It's still worth a read but the fact this was a pointless character just annoyed me.

So in the simplest of terms this book is about a feisty runaway bride meets naughty hot billionaire. Ugh, I can’t leave it at that because you need to know all the emotions I experienced. First I have to say I am madly in love with this book.
I was on pins and needles the first two chapters. I wanted to harm someone. All I can say is “WHAT A JERK”. I want to use another word but I won’t. Eek. Our heroine, Parker deserves so much better. Girl you are AMAZING and I love how you don’t put up with any kind of BS, best of all, you are BRILLIANT about it. Wink.
Cooper is the best kind of hero. Bit my lip. Swoon. As I said previously, he is Hot with the right kind of naughty but minus being a turd of a playboy. His connection to the world Parker comes from is interesting. Six degrees of separation. Hee hee.
This love story happens quickly without the insta-love thing that always makes me roll my eyes. They do have some insta-lust that is panty melting. It is so intriguing how this couples relationship develops. Eek I won’t say more cause I don’t do spoilers.
This author always excels at giving a full cast of friends and family to create a beautiful telling. Yes her storytelling feeds my obsession with her book worlds. An added bonus is this book is rich in details that might give added meaning to future stories. Sigh. SOOOO FREAKING GOOD.
So if you haven’t figured out how I feel about this book, it is definitely five star worthy. You all need to experience it. HAPPY READING EVERYONE! XOXO

Quick and enjoyable read! I really liked the blurb and one of the reviews i read mentioned that the fmc lays it out with her cheating fiancé so i decided to check it out. It’s a short and quick read and it was enjoyable.
The characters weren’t super deep with it being short but their interactions were cute together. I expected insta lust but this was the fastest insta love I’ve ever read lol. It was good and low on angst which i needed, but i just wanted a little more time for the characters to fall in love.
Could’ve done without his realtor being someone he was previously hooking up with and had a crush on, just felt like the same thing that occurred could’ve happened without their past being mentioned.

I don’t know about you, but it is very rare for me to want to bestow (check me out! *snorts*) 5 stars on a novella as more often than not they leave me wanting more.
Let me state for the record that sometimes good things do come in small packages. Although there is nothing small about Cooper Sullivan *snorts*. Good lawd, that man! He is soooo naughty and I. Love. It.
You know the saying, “When life gives you lemons…”? Well, Parker takes this to the next level. Dream wedding in tatters thanks to a feckless fiancé? She’ll see that and raise you. After all, that’s what Vegas is all about – isn’t it?!
Parker and Cooper’s story is insta-connection, insta-heat, insta-passion, insta-feelings combined with banterlicious dialogue.
Can’t think of a better way to spend a couple of hours, can you?

Here's what I love about the character that MA Foster writes..the females are strong,feisty and not afraid to speak their minds and Parker fits this to a "T". She isn't afraid to take matters into her own hands. I really really loved Parker. She was a lot of fun!! Now onto Cooper and he fits exactly into the males that she writes as well. He's charming, sexy and knows exactly what he wants. Him and Parker are perfection together! They compliment each other so well especially with how they look out for each others well being and making sure the trust is always there. So many parts of this book, I absolutely loved and found myself cheering, laughing and just plain swooning! This was a great book with characters you will absolutely LOVE!

I loved Mr. Bad Influence! This book was a short and hot novella. I loved every single detail and word in this story. Usually billionaire books are not my thing. But this one had me from page one. I loved the characters, Connors cray hot personality and Parkers witty personality. I cannot wait to see what M.A. Foster has in store for us next!

I absolutely loved Parker and Cooper! This was a quick read but had everything I love in a good romance book.
Parker is engaged but little did she know she’d wake up the next morning married to a stranger. I loved the banter between these two and if I ever need someone to stick up for me…it’ll be Parker 😉

What an amazing summer read! I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started this book. It was the perfect amount of light hearted and serious. I found myself laughing out loud more than once…which is hard to explain when you wake up your significant other in the middle of the night.
I absolutely loved Parker from the very beginning of this story. I wanted to end Jaxon for making her feel that worthless. But I also quickly fell in love with Cooper. I knew these people could overcome anything.
Like all novellas..I always wish they were longer! I cannot wait to enjoy the rest of MA Foster’s new series!!

There’s not a single word of this book that I didn’t LOVE! The whole book was perfectly written, the page was fabulous, the characters were phenomenal and the plot was brilliant, sexy and funny but had a LOT of feeling too.
Parker and Cooper were such amazing, lovable characters and their group of family/friends were perfect and I could have read about them forever! I was still thinking about this story and these people in my dreams and as soon as I woke up too.
Parker’s situation was awful but she dealt with it with a lot of self control, I’d have punched a certain person and screamed till I was hoarse, but she was dignified and acted perfectly.
Cooper is such a … delicious, sexy, alpha lump of yumminess.
I could read the characters that M.A. Foster writes over and over again. This is a must read.
Parker and Cooper were such amazing, lovable characters and their group of family/friends were perfect and I could have read about them forever! I was still thinking about this story and these people in my dreams and as soon as I woke up too.
Parker’s situation was awful but she dealt with it with a lot of self control, I’d have punched a certain person and screamed till I was hoarse, but she was dignified and acted perfectly.
Cooper is such a … delicious, sexy, alpha lump of yumminess.
I could read the characters that M.A. Foster writes over and over again. This is a must read.

I love this book! Its a well written Insta love.
Parker is a runaway bride. She finds out that her fiance is cheating on her the day before they are to be married. She and her girls run away to Vegas, to escape all the crazy mess. While in Vegas, she meets Cooper, they get drunk, and get married. You have to read this book!
Parker, in true MA Foster style, is my kinda girl. She says what she thinks, and doesn't shy away from confrontation. There are quite a few laugh out loud moments. And Cooper, is crazy awesome. Y'all reed this book.
My only issue with the book..... It was to short, I want more!!!

Mr. Bad Influence by M.A. Foster is absolutely incredible!! Y’all I didn’t want this novella to end.
When I say I fell head over heels for Parker and Cooper, I’m not exaggerating. These two are going to steal your heart.
The way these two meet, the banter, the intertwining of phenomenal secondary characters.
It all gives your heart flutters.
“It doesn’t matter. At the end of the day, I’m still the guy who got the girl.”
Oh yes he is!!
And believe me Parker is not pushover. She a strong female lead, who knows how to stand her ground, and also how to love.
“Not all storms come to disrupt your life ——“ “Some come to clear your path.”

Mr Bad Influence is HOTTTT AF it’s 3 o clock in the morning here in Adelaide South Australia and I have the biggest smiles in all the lands on my face — I have a Turkish TV Drama Series playing in the background and a hellovalotta Cooper and Parker all up in the feels — truly an amazing account of in life when it’s meant to be it’s truly meant to be..
Highly recommended to read for those readers that absolutely love Heritage Bay and all of the amazing characters and individuals past and present ❤️

This is my first runaway bride meets billionaire and it marked all the boxes, it was fun, sweet, sexy and most importantly well written. Some Insta- Love stories can become cheesy but that's definitley not the case here.
Though it was a novella, it felt so much more. The connection between Cooper and Parker was perfect.
A perfect novella for a perfect couple.

This was a quick and fun read! These main characters are a hoot without each other, with each other the playful banter keeps you smiling throughout this book. Definitely steamy sex scenes, Cooper is definitely going to be everyone's book boyfriend. What I love most about Foster's writing is she develops a beautiful healing process for her characters. Parker was knocked down hard and developed huge trust issues rightfully so. Cooper is a straight shooter which is exactly what Parker needs. Read this book!!!!!

Oh my word what a ride. The first couple of chapters left me speechless!! I absolutely LOVED this quick read. The compassion each of them have, the chances they take, their banter, the sweet swoon-worthy moments and even the heartbreak. Definitely do yourself a favor and read this book!! I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

This was a short but super fun read. I love these characters so much. Parker is such a spitfire. I want to be her BFF. 😂 Their whirlwind Vegas trip turned into something amazing. There wasn't anything I didn't like about this book, well unless I count that jerk, Jaxson.

What a great little Novella written by MA Foster , love reading about billionaires. Parker and Cooper were awesome characters in this story, she did put in some characters from her stories set in Heritage Bay ,I did laugh several times in book because of the humor in the story. Well done MA Foster

There are some authors that I am predisposed to read no matter what they write. MA Foster is one of them. I love how she creates full worlds and characters that are so realistic, you feel like you could visit them at any time. Or, with the characters, you feel like you know them (or people exactly like them). Usually, her longer books (like Cougar and Baller) are individuals’ stories in a bigger world. Mr. Bad Influence is a short story, but she still manages to create relationships that are full and complex. Honestly, I’m sure her storyboards are complicated, and I often feel like I should draw family trees if I fully want to understand the connections. (I may or may not do that for the longer books – I’m not saying). But I liked how this one just sort of skims along. She hits the high points of the story, but still manages to give enough detail to make it engaging without slogging it down. I liked Parker’s feistiness – she pulled no punches (literally). And Cooper wasn’t exactly your typical billionaire playboy. Additionally, I really liked the message that there is someone who is the perfect fit for you – sometimes you just have to NOT be looking for them to find them. Good thought to have in mind. I loved this short story, and hope that there will be more from these characters.

M.A. Foster writes the best books with such amazing characters! I love the pairing of Parker and Cooper. This book proves that you have to take chances in life, because even if things don't work out how you planned, you learn from your experience, and move on. I love how feisty Parker is, how she stands up for herself, and that she doesn't take crap from anyone. This book was a fast paced thrill ride that I couldn't put down, and I highly recommend it!

I absolutely loved this book more than I thought I could ever love a Novella! It was beyond fantastic. The story, the characters, the feels...all of it was superb! I read it twice and want to dive right back in again!

This novella is full of heat and a page turner. I read it within a couple hours and want more of these two. A spitfire and a hot billionaire is one story that you do not want to miss. The instant attraction and banter will make you fan yourself right off the start. Loved it and cannot wait to see what she writes next.
