Lots of great tips but I wasn’t able to find the referenced PDF on the website nor was it part of the download. There is a lot of sound research in this which I appreciate - however I would’ve liked to skip through the science I already knew and get to the practical application more quickly. For this reason I might have preferred reading the paperback vs listening.

If you’ve ever read any self help/personal development books before then you won’t find anything new here. Just a rehash of the usual with the addition of the provocative but unrealised title.
