To The Rude Guy in Apartment Five
his was a fun and entertaining listen that captured my attention from the first to the last chapter. This is Magnolia Allen and Jagger Scott’s story and is certainly steamy and at times funny. Having moved to San Francisco for a new start, she meets her new neighbor when he sends her a note. When more notes follow she is determined to find out more about the rude man in apartment five. What she doesn’t realize is that he is a man from her past, Jagger. This story is full of romance, passion and humour, the characters easy to relate to and made for an enjoyable listen.

Although not a long book, it certainly was entertaining. The story is well written and I was invested from the first to the last chapter. This is Tate and Jane’s story. I really liked Jane and I fell for Tate, so swoon worthy in the end. This was a fun read that had me laughing and smiling at time. The friendship that Jane has with her girlfriends added another layer to the story.

This is Marco and Millie’s story. Initially I was not too keen on Marco, he seemed too full of himself, a bit of a jerk, to be honest. I really liked Millie and it was interesting to read as Millie drew Marco out and showed him how to be a better person and to see the error of his ways. This was a fun read that had me laughing and smiling throughout. The journey that Marco and Millie experience was bumpy but it came together in the end.

The story is well written and I was invested from the first to the last chapter in Olivia and Tyler’s story. Olivia has crushed on Tyler for years but has always felt that the attraction was one sided, little did she now. When Tyler’s best friend who happens to be Olivia’s brother leaves them both high and dry no one realizes how that one act will change their lives. The miss communications between Tyler and Olivia kept me on my toes as I read. The journey that they experience as they move from friends to lovers was one that left me with a smile on my face.

This is Hunter and Birdie’s second chance at love story. Hunter has never gotten over Birdie and he is determined to win her heart again. IF you like edgy, arrogant bachelors you'll love this box set. I read all the books on an individual basis but now the author has combined them in a box set for your convenience. Included are T :The Rude Guy in Apartment Five, To My Arrogant Boss, To My First and Last One Night Stand, To My Brother's Cocky Best Friend and To My Immature Ex Boyfriend. They are all full length romances with happy endings. The characters are amazing and the books are long on drama and steam. Hours of reading pleasure

ABOUT THE SERIES:
The Inappropriate Bachelors series revolves around a group of five women who are hired at a new tech start-up in San Francisco and become fast friends. Magnolia, Jane, Millie, Olivia, and Birdie support one another in their water cooler conversations and often enjoy going out together after a day of work at Cool Credit.

Strained for cash in her new surroundings, she got lucky when she was hired as a fashion blogger for a mysterious new start-up. Her personal blog about dating and losing weight barely qualified her, but she was determined to prove her worth. Her luck doesn't hold out when the new guy in apartment five next door - Jagger - turns out to be a rude and obnoxious thorn in her side. However, underneath the surface sits a rich history that ended with years of pain. Neither Jagger nor Magnolia got the closure that now stands in the the couple's way. As their story unravels, Jagger and Magnolia find their truths plagued with misunderstanding. But despite all she learns and her attraction to him, Magnolia fears Jagger is too immature to take her seriously, and she desperately wants to avoid more heartbreak. As the entirety of the past is laid out, it is heartbreaking to see how so many outside influences and small decisions, though often well-meaning, conspired to result in a fateful night that left Jagger and Magnolia scarred. The couple eventually earns their HEA.
Jagger and Magnolia's sweet and sassy story of second chances is a delightful quick read. It is nicely written. The plot is somewhat complex, with layers and revelations that maintain interest. The characters are colorful. Jagger is fantastic, and Tate promises to be just as interesting in book two of the series. The story is written in first person. It is written in Magnolia's POV, with the epilogue in Jagger's. I rate this book 4.5 stars.

Tate Howard, thirty, thought he and Jagger Scott were kindred spirits. They met in college, the Ivy Leagues, and worked together on Wall Street, both becoming immensely wealthy in a few years' time. When Tate followed his dream and decided to open an app and website, Jagger agreed to be his silent investor and followed him to San Francisco. It was a lot of work to start a business, so Tate looked forward to Friday nights out with Jagger, which always started with alcohol and good times and ended with an anonymous hookup. But Jagger had forced Tate to hire his long lost first love Magnolia, and now the couple is living together and engaged. Jagger has practically disappeared, which isn't good for Tate.
Tate hasn't been with a woman in two months. And worse, the beautiful Latina he mistook as a stripper four months ago, on his first day in the office, and who has turned out to be his best employee, has a way of getting under his skin like no other. He can't seem to stop his dirty flirty mouth around her even though it could result in a sexual harassment lawsuit. She is smart, fiery, and not at all intimidated by him no matter how hard he pushes, and it drives him wild. But she is also young and works for him. Cool Credit, later renamed the 800 Club at Jane's suggestion, is a tiny company that has just launched an app dealing with consumer credit, collection agencies, and personal finance. Jane immediately bonds with four women from work - Magnolia, Millie, Olivia, and Birdie - forming a circle of friends who encourage and support one another. When she shares that she has begun sending anonymous notes to her infuriatingly arrogant and cocky boss, her new friends lend their ears and offer their support. Tate Howard, who believes he is God's gift to women, needs to be taken down a notch. Jane intends to be the one to do it.

Tate is fantastic in his absurdity and Jane's intelligence and strength reflect her good upbringing. Her brother Marco's story promises to be just as interesting in book three of the series. The story is written in first person. The POV alternates between Tate and Jane. I rate this book four stars.

Millie, twenty-six, never felt like she belonged in Iowa. She wants to experience life to the fullest and try new things. She loves her family but she dreams of visiting cities around the world, so moving to a big city seems like a logical first step. She has been working at the 800 Club in San Francisco since it opened about six months ago, but hasn’t yet had much time to explore the city. She has been busy settling into her job and enjoying her new friendships. She hasn’t slept with a man in over a year, and watching first Magnolia, then Jane, fall in love has her thinking about finding love herself.
Marco Garcia, thirty, regrets losing his career in Major League baseball. Baseball had been an important part of his life since his father signed him up for little league in Beverly Hills. He loves the game and had good friendships with his teammates – and a lot of very good times – but he doesn’t miss the pressure. He had little choice in the matter, however, due to his injuries. When Jane learns that her brother Marco has decided to visit her, she warns him to stay away from her friends. She knows how Marco is – he feels entitled to any woman he wants, and he is so confident and cocky that he hasn’t ever been turned down. Jane has lost friends due to Marco’s shenanigans, and she doesn’t want a repeat during his visit. She also warns her friends off Marco, explaining he isn’t capable of more than a one night stand.
In Marco and Millie’s one night stand story, a hopeless player finds love with his sister’s friend. Marco’s visit can only lead to a one night stand, so Millie must decide if a broken heart is worth the risk. The story is nicely written. The plot is fairly simple but has unexpected twists and turns. The characters are nicely developed, especially Marco’s character. His redemption and transformation are remarkable feats. The story is written in first person. The POV alternates between Marco and Millie. I rate this book four stars.

Tyler & Olivia’s Sentimental And Steamy Slow-Burn Is Spiced Up With Plenty Of Obnoxious Banter!
Olivia, twenty-seven, loves her new life and friends in San Francisco. She has watched Magnolia, Jane, and now Millie find the loves of their lives over the course of the year they have all known one another. She dreams of finding someone herself someday and settling down with a family. The dating scene in San Francisco hasn’t panned out well for her, though. Most men are into tech – and that just isn’t her thing. She hails from a smaller town in Florida and misses the beach and lazy days. She grew up following around her older brother Derrick and his best friend since age six, Tyler. Tyler was also her first crush, but of course nothing had come of that. Derrick and Tyler were big players, and besides that, she was sure Tyler would never consider her that way when it might put his friendship with Derrick at risk. There had been a time two years ago when she briefly got her hopes up, but nothing came of it so she had accepted that she needed to move on. With just herself and Birdie remaining single, they had teamed up. Birdie suggests an evening of speed dating, and Olivia reluctantly agrees.
Tyler Redwood, twenty-nine, has definitely played the field. The one-time football player is now a commercial real estate litigator with a work load that leaves time for little else. As he approaches thirty he is more thoughtful about his future. There is someone he has always thought of, but until now he had been hoping she might find her way to him when she was ready. It has been about two years since he last saw Olivia, and getting second-hand information from Derrick is no longer enough. He and Derrick decide to visit his little sister to see how she is doing in her new home in San Francisco. He misses the playful banter and incessant teasing that never fails to rile her up. But he also fears her reactions when she learns about the secret he has been keeping.
Tyler and Olivia’s story is about growing up. It is about finding the courage to become vulnerable and risk everything on love. Theirs is a story of childhood friends who grow up denying their feelings for one another. Tyler’s friendship with Derrick has always been an obstacle, but it is wasn’t the only one. Tyler has a very personal story that he is reluctant to share, but he can no longer avoid it if he wants to take the next step with Olivia. Both dance around their feelings, terrified of ruining things yet unable to walk away. After a few tears, the couple eventually finds a happy for now ending.
Tyler and Olivia’s sentimental and steamy slow-burn is spiced up with plenty of obnoxious banter. Their story is interracial, and it is refreshing to see that neither sees race as an issue. It is part of them, but does not define them, because they see one another beyond just the color of their skin. The plot is fairly simple. The story is written in first person. Pride Was Hunter’s Downfall, But When He Realizes What Is Most Important In Life He Learns To Put It Aside With Some Help From His Little Sister.
Birdie Virginia Vanderbilt, twenty-three, is a quirky drama queen. Though naturally happy and upbeat, she has been in a bit of a funk lately. She grew up in the small conservative town of Bluffton, South Carolina and hails from a well-off family, but she left it all behind about two years ago and landed a job with Cool Credit in San Francisco. She is out on her own with no safety net, but she isn’t looking back. She embraces her new life in San Francisco.
As the only remaining single girl in her group of friends, she feels like a third wheel and wonders what is wrong with her. Loneliness is an increasing problem as her friends spend nights in with their beaus. Her curvy figure hadn’t plagued her previously, but with so little self-esteem she questions everything these days.
When Birdie receives a message from her ex boyfriend asking to see her while in San Francisco, the flurry of emotions she feels overwhelms her. Everything had blown up spectacularly at the last game of the football season during senior year of college. She had broken up with Hunter, but it wasn’t without cause. She had stood up for herself, refusing to allow herself to be treated disrespectfully. Everyone on campus knew what had gone down and she was utterly humiliated and shocked that after over seven years together he would think so little of her. They had been together all through high school and most of college, yet he had treated her like a side piece for all to see. His dismissive attitude left no hope of salvaging their long-term relationship and plans for a future together. And his absolute refusal to take any responsibility or to apologize in any way gave her no choice but to walk away. After one last phone conversation with Hunter she broke up, blocked his phone number and email, and began to lick her wounds.
Hunter Augustus Beauregard III, twenty-three, is working at his father’s bank and being groomed to take over running it one day. He bloomed in high school after joining the football team, and eventually became a hot commodity on campus as the star quarterback of the college team. Those days are behind, though, and he supplements his desk job with lots of time in the gym. He enjoys meeting up with his old football buddies and meeting women at the bars, but he has no interest in relationships. There was only one woman that ever captured his heart, and she had broken it when she walked out of his life without a word, ruining him for all others. She was overly dramatic and in his mind a little crazy, and he didn’t need that in his life anyway. With a two hundred million dollar merger on the line with some banks in San Francisco, a lot is at stake. His father is giving him an opportunity to prove himself, and the pressure is on. If the deal doesn’t go through their own bank could be at risk.
But the trip to San Francisco has Hunter thinking even more about Birdie and how happy they had once been. He had only ever had eyes for her and she had ruined him. Magnolia and Jagger have history and haven't seen each other in years but when they meet again there connection and chemistry is still as hot and strong. Magnolia lives in apartment four and doesn't realise that the notes on her door are from Jagger in apartment five. Does Jagger know who lives in apartment four or not. Wow I love this book so much, the characters including Magnolia's friends are so funny and made me laugh so much with the notes going back and forth and the conversations between them all. There are twists and turns that you just don't expect and that makes it a must read. I couldn't put this book down as it was so entertaining and addictive and a real page turner.
Omg this book had me in absolute stitches and i could not stop laughing. Jane and Tate are so funny with there letters back and forth and there characters are absolutely perfect and made for each other. Jane works for Tate and they get on each others nerves and they both think that each other are hot. There are twists and turns in this book that you do not see coming and so many parts that was so emotional that you felt it coming off the pages of this book. This book is a real page turner and I couldn't put it down as it was so addictive.

Magnolia arrives home to a mess at the front of her door thanks to her new neighbor so she writes him a notes ranting over it. This causes her new neighbor Jagger to write her back himself. These little letters are basically foreplay between them. Then when they meet face to face Magnolia sees that Jagger is really "King" a man she was in love with from back in their hometown. This makes her want to avoid him even more so she throws herself into her new job. A job that was supposed to be about fashion blogging but turned out to be about finance instead. The other people she works with are women as well and they get along great. They even help her with some of her plans for Jagger after she opened a package he left her at work and they all saw what he got her. Jagger wants a second chance with her but isn't sure Magnolia will give it to him. He is willing to do whatever she needs him to do in order to be with her. Will Magnolia break down and give into Jagger? What will she do when she learns all the secrets he has been keeping?

To the rude guy in apartment five - I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the first book in a new romcom series. It's a quick read that will have you devouring it in one setting.
Magnolia's new neighbor is leaving her funny but inappropriate notes on her door. She has no clue who this guy is or why he thinks he has a right to leave them. That is until he shows up on her door step with a bouquet of flowers. Once she sees who it is. She immediately slams the door in his face.
I really enjoyed this laugh out loud romance and can't wait for more in this series.

his book had me laughing one second at the back and forth banter between Jagger and Magnolia through their notes they leave each other. Jagger comes off as this rude obnoxious guy writing little notes to his new neighbor and Magnolia finds him to be annoying and wants to be left alone. Then we find out that these two actually know each other and have a history that is kind of a disaster, but their attraction is still strong and as they try to fight against it Magnolia finds herself not being able to for too long. A very good read that has Magnolia trying to move on with her life while trying to go against what she felt and feels towards Jagger and Jagger is this sweetheart with one thing on his mind and that is to get his girl.

This is a fun and entertaining series to read. To My Immature Ex Boyfriend: There is witty banter, misunderstandings, emotional growth, and re-connection that makes this standalone a stellar read. To My 1st & Last...Marco, the player, has met his match with Millie. Their chemistry is electrifying. Watching Marco grow from a player to a man in love, and accepting the fact that he was disrespectful to some women, was well written and believable. A good read. To My Brother's Cocky Best Friend: Witty in places and sad in others, this is a story of two people who have been attracted to each other and finally act on those feelings. A wonderful addition to the series.

This boxaet is really great!! This set includes To the Rude Guy In Apartment Five, To My Arrogant Boss, To My First and Last One Night Stand, To My Brother's Cocktail Best Friend, To My Immature Ex Boyfriend . Five tells of smoking hot bachelor's ans the woman they love thought its not always an easy road to get there. I have read and loved each of the books in this set one by one as they came out. Now you're the lucky one and get to read them all in one book I am sure you will love them as much as I do.

Mostly good!
I enjoyed the books in this series. Some more than others and some a bit less than others lol. The men are all pretty arrogant and jerks so if that is a major turnoff I wouldn't suggest reading the box set. The writer has some irritating word choices at times making the speech patterns of these youngish adult characters sound too proper and prim. Definitely some lol moments and overall a good read!

I really liked all of these stories because they all have a romantic side, hot, but above all funny, very well written, with often colorful female characters. There is only "to my brother's cocky best friend" which I found a little more predictable, but still good.

Inappropriate or not I absolutely loved these books.
There was humour, sass, friendships, opposites, exes, playboys, one night stands that repeat and so much more.
There is so much entertainment in these books that it is impossible to put them down until you finish and even then you wish you didn't have to stop.

This is an amazing collection of stories that will grab you and keep you reading till the end. They each move along at a great pace, have interesting characters and are fantastic stories that will entertain you and keep you reading till the end. This set needs to be read, you will not be sorry that you did.

All the books in the Inappropriate Bachelors Boxset were great! Each of them had humor (lots of it), but there was also a lot of heat and steam, some drama, and they are were written so well that you would get pulled into the story and time would fly by while you were reading. These are a definite must read.

This is a great collection of hot and hilarious romances. Each story can be read alone but are better together. Five friends and co-workers all struggle to find their forever love, some where they least expect it. The steam is off the charts hot and the laughs are plentiful. Definitely worth reading!

Otherwise, save yourself and skip this one.

Lots of Sex
Too much sex that interfered with the story There were some good moments about the couples' interactions but then default also. I realize this is true for loving relationships but the details did not always need to be there

i had thought I had written a review for this. honestly, i only remember liking 2 books of this set, i believe the last 2. wait, not the last one. so, 3 and 4.
anyway, the behavior displayed by (most of) the men in here was appalling, or close to it.
psa to everyone, if the person you are seeing takes your (dirty) panties and presents it, shoves it in another's face, or anything else, they do not see you as relationship potential. if they do, give yourself enough respect to walk away, because that will not be a respectful relationship. yes, i can imagine a weird scenario where it is just your banter with each other. we are not talking about whatever weird pranks you do. we are talking about some toxic macho one-upping at the expense of another.
whatever, i paid a dollar for this boxset and it showed.
