As a struggling single mom with a babysitter emergency, I’m relieved when Finn Cauley—Irish heartthrob, my boss, and my work-friend-who-I-keep-at-a-distance—takes me by the shoulders and says the four most beautiful words a stressed-out woman can ever hear: I will fix this. Finn proceeds to literally drag a free babysitter into our house, for which I’m super grateful, really. I just have just one teeny, tiny concern. Our new nanny is a *werewolf.*
More than 100,000 words of werewolf fun, this story is a slow burn romantic comedy with a 'closed-door' love scene happening offscreen.
**NOTE: This is me testing to see if readers would like wholesome, sweet romances. If there’s enough interest, I’ll write more! If you take a chance on this one, I thank you. :)
This was a great read and thoroughly enjoyed it, but it was seriously missing the actual lovemaking scenes. It could have been made tastefully, I mean there were plenty of sexual references and innuendos a plenty. Why not include the love scenes there were maybe 2 or maybe 3 places in the story where I felt robbed, jipped, bamboozled. They finally get together and the are having a steamy beginning and bam next I know it's well after the lovemaking that the scene has jump to. What?! Wait! What just happened? Did they do it? Did I miss or skipped a page or 2? But no it was like getting a black screen and all of the sudden scene restarts after the fact making you wonder if it even happened at all. This happens 2 more times where your robbed of the climax, pun intended. So for that reason I can't give it 5 stars. However, it was funny, endearing, and otherwise satisfying read. I want my own Lucan. I can't stand the Alpha males or domineering ones at all. Lucan is that refreshing new hero I rather read more about, a real partner who's considerate of their counterpart. So warm, loving, funny, and honest... Just the best. Marriage with him would never feel like an institution like so many social scientists like to spout on about. More heroes like him please, doesn't have to be as timid but definately with his awesome unicorn qualities.
I adore this book. It makes me grin from ear to ear and worth reading more than once!
Amanda Clare ... also Amanda Milo is one of my favourite authors and this book has just jumped into my top 10, maybe my top 5 I loved this!
Werewolf nanny... I have no idea how this idea came together but the way this has been written makes this world feel real, with insights, humour, and romance. Characters you want to know better, a world that you want to be part of. The world is not better, but it is a place you get to stay in while reading.
I soooo hope that this is going to be a series..please...
and a up quick note to Amanda ... a thank you from all the Susan/Sue fans 💋
I laughed multiple times as I read this book. The author cleverly weaves together the paranormal with the normal while including drama, intrigue and humor. I loved how realistic their interactions felt. I was puzzled at first by the extreme submissiveness that was portrayed yet as the story progressed, the subtle changes added a warm-heartedness to the already likable cast and their growing familial interactions.

Still an absolutely amazing story that is very well written. Nothing in this book is offensive or demeaning a true romance story. Of course everyone has there own opinions and its how you perceive this story. I personally loved it but I also thought the werewolf nanny was very good too. I thought both were done very tastefully. I personally loved this clean wholesome romance. I love reading romance stories and I miss the sweet build-up of a relationship that is respectful and loving. The wording matters. I highly recommend this book.
I loved it. It was an awesome story with just enough spice to make me happy while keeping it clean. I only wish I could have gotten to read about how Susan handled her first pregnancy with werewolf pup. It’s so hard to find clean werewolf or paranormal romances but this one was perfect. Will definitely be hoping for more.
I loved this book. The story is great, romantic, funny and the steam is underlined. It wouldn't hurt for the steam to be a little less subtle mas it does not take from the story.

It is not a clean read it is what one would call steamy . It's clear the auther pushed the line as much as she could so it would be considered some what "clean". Please there is language in this book and askew morals towards the end in my opinion.
I really enjoyed a deviation from the typical alpha male with the focus of this one. The humble MMC was really fun to watch come into his own.
** I’m editing this review upon further thought. I docked a star because I felt that Lucan behaved out of character when he said he trusted the FMC and they slept together before they were married. I have to say that I think Lucan’s character would have trusted his knowledge of what God wanted him to do over his love interest. And let’s be real – he would’ve only had to wait a few days. I feel like that would’ve been in keeping with his humble character that devoted his life to his beliefs. He would’ve seen God as his primary alpha, which would have kept him from deviating from the Bible’s instructions concerning sex.
