Hi, there! I write sweet PG-rated feel-good romance, romantic comedy and humorous women's fiction.

When I'm not writing, I try to keep my houseplants alive, continue my quest for the perfect gingerbread recipe and enjoy spending time with my husband of many years.

Presently, I don't blog, tweet, Facebook, pinter or insta-anything. Maybe someday :).

Ciara has know and had an adversarial relationship with Mateo for years but that all changes when her uncle leaves the two of them his organic farm. The two have to work together for a year before the can sell off Ferndale Farm under the terms of the will. Thankfully they have lots of friends to help and act as a buffer between them. He’s a sweet man who has loved her from afar and when he confessed that she’s speechless. Cute story with lots of future possibilities and romances to play out.

Heart Beets was such a fun, sweet rom-com! It starts kinda tragic, with Alice's Uncle Jim passing away and her learning about who's getting the uncle's farm, but it only picks up from there. There are quirky characters, an enemies to lovers romance, and beets to finish planting and then pulling out. :) I seriously hope the author continues this series since I'd love to read the other characters' stories/romances as well. ~ 4.5 stars

A cute RomCom about Mateo and Ciara who are helping out at Ferndale Farm. Ciara's uncle owned the farm and when he died he had a stipulation in his will. This is a sweet, clean read with a lovely heartwarming storyline. This book is the first in the Ferndale Farm series but can be read as a standalone. A very enjoyable read and I rate this book 4.5*.

this is perfect to get you into romance, if you’re getting started in that genre — it’s one of two rom-com novellas in the ferndale farm series, available on kindle unlimited!

I freaking loved this book, I'm only sorry that it was too short. Mateo was so cute and Ciara so innocent, loved it

This is an incredibly cute, well-done story! I was completely submerged in the world of Ferndale Farm, watching our adorable, thoughtful couple, Ciara and Mateo, navigate their way to love. Both divorced and heartbroken by their pasts, it was heartwarming to see them lean on each other and embrace a bright future—especially after Uncle Jim’s last surprise for them both.

I loved the forced proximity trope and how both characters knew each other long before, possibly even loved each other without realizing it. Ciara, in particular, seemed to have harbored feelings for Mateo, and those feelings blossomed into love as her heart recognized that he felt the same way. One of my favorite moments was when Mateo confessed and respectfully gave Ciara five weeks of space to think about her response—it felt like the perfect balance of patience and romance.

Overall, I adored this short story, and I’m absolutely craving more!
