It offers great many different exercises to improve your health but to a level that I've found overwhelming, and I actually couldn't choose even a few to start with. I'd love to have a basic Vagus nerve 101 version of it.
This seems like a really good book - a lot of info, exercises and resources. It feels like it would be a big commitment to take it on solo without a coach - commit to exercise routines etc for the full effect. But it's created a greater sense of awareness about this area for me. I think my plan is to integrate what I can, as simply and naturally as possible.
