A great conclusion. The past, motives, agendas and sides are revealed. The artwork is great I also like fights are done better in this book than the previous ones.
Shao Jun continues her quest, however she see a chance to correct one if her past regrets, but are her old friends still the same as she left them. She also uncovers a final plot of the remaining Tiger and the Templars.
In the present Lisa has finally learn the truth but is it already too late? Now a prisoner of Dr Kagami, does she have any allies or abilities of her own?
Great endings that lead to new beginings in the past and the present. This was the perfect ending to the series for me.

Pacing is slightly off towards the end of this otherwise amazing manga series. Lisa (the modern day assassin descendent) actually became more interesting of a character and had a pretty powerful character arc compared to Shao Jun herself.
But they’re both gay. Like seriously, these assassins are so gay for their girlfriends. One star up just for that alone.

Sehr schönes Ende, die Story fühlt sich jetzt einfach rund an, auch wenn es theoretisch noch weitergehen könnte, aber das ist in den Spielen ja auch nicht anders.
Meiner Meinung nach war das der beste Teil der Shao Jun Saga.

Les choses s’accélèrent est c’est bien normal, puisque c’est le dernier tome pour cette série. Plusieurs de mes questions ont eu droit à des réponses, la fin du tome, donne aussi un petit avant-goût de la renaissance de la confrérie en Asie, mais aussi de sa présence dans le présent. Lisa et son amie Mari prendront également une décision importante, toujours à la fin du tome. On pourrait presque continuer leurs aventures, et j’espère les revoir, ne serait-ce que pour voir une petite évolution après leur choix.
Une dernière fois, il est fait référence aux évènements de Madrid, mais aussi à Desmond et Leila. Quant au Dr. Kagami, elle a complètement perdue les pédales quand Lisa à souhaiter arrêter, révélant ainsi son vrai visage. Forcée à retourner dans l’Animus, Lisa n’a rien pu faire au début, mais elle finira par en sortir, après que l’emplacement soit en partie révélée. Au même instant, Mari et l’Assassin attaqueront sont lieu de détention, quant à Lisa, elle sera largement capable de se défendre toute seule, grâce aux effets positifs de l’animus sur son organisme.
Dans ma chronique du tome précédent, je parlais du fait que les Assassins n’avaient pas vraiment d’organisation « façade », là où les Templiers ont Abestergo par exemple. Mais dans le cas présent, ils semblent être camouflés en étant des Yakuzas, ce n’est certes, pas autant lucratif qu’Abstergo, mais cela reste une organisation malgré tout. Il est aussi bon de constater, que les Templiers se regroupent souvent sous une même bannière, pour au final agir individuellement et par égoïsme. Là où les Assassins ont plus tendance à agir en solitaire ou petit groupe pour le bien commun, et en faisant attention à leur pair.

To save China and Humanity
Having little actual experience playing any of the Assassin Creed games (and none of the one this series is based on) I can confidently tell those that have similar experiences that it doesn't matter because this book will introduce easily identifiable characters each with their own personalities and a plot of which I can only assume is what happens in the game itself but could be an original tale for all I know. :)
Being the last volume in the series we see Lisa deciding to allow the enemy of the Assassin brotherhood to hook her up to the Animus once more to look into the past and discover the fate of Shao Jun's mission. However the motivations for her doctor are revealed at last and things get crazy as Lisa and Shao Jun both fight in their own ways even though things do not go as planned for either of them.

E siamo arrivati alla fine!
Direi che potrebbe essere uno delle migliori storie a fumetti ambientate nel mondo di Assassin's Creed. Mi sono piaciute entrambe le storie, sia quella giapponese sia quella ambientata in Cina. I personaggi sono piacevoli e non irritanti, come è accaduto in alcuni dei fumetti americani.
I disegni sono belli e puliti, molto meglio di quelli dell'adattamento di Valhalla.
Bene. Appena finisce Dynasty recupero anche quello. E se magari mi sentissi ispirata, potrei anche mettermi a leggere qualcuno dei romanzi.

I was worried how this one would tie together, but in the end I am happy with the ending (Though I am curious to see how things will proceed so hoping for more manga). I loved it when THAT person started be more around and I knew instantly who THAT person in another part was. OH YES. Great art. Great idea. Love going back and forth.

This was a great ending to a phenomenal series in the Assassin's Creed universe. While ending with more of a 'incomplete' conclusion, it really highlighted the best parts of the franchise.

I really liked this. I know, technically, we couldn't see the end of Shao Jun's story, but I was glad to see how her story helped her kin. It was a nice conclusion to both of their stories.

I’ve read Vol 2, 3 and 4 in one sitting. Love these fast paced readings.
I think this saga is my favourite manga out of the few I’ve read so far.
It’s intriguing, filed with action and adventure, friendships and travelling. Just as the game is.
Loved the ending. Perfect.
