It's a good book about introverts, describing them in a compassionate way, not telling you there's something wrong with you and you need to "come out of your shell". So if you don't know much about introverts, this book is for you. However, I think the title is not quite fitting, because if you picked that up, chances are you are an introvert and very aware of being one.
The advice isn't exactly revolutionary either, and repetitive. Randomly switches to "how to deal with an introverted acquaintance" in one chapter, and the summaries at the end of each chapter like it's trying to be a textbook are unnecessary.
TLDR;
A forgettable read, but not unpleasant.

A great guide for dealing with everyday life issues.
A lot of these points hit home for me. I like how it explains the differences between the introverts, not everyone is the same. Many tactics here that are quite useful for getting out of stressful social situations without looking anti-social.

Insightful

I like Patrick King's books, and this one has a lot of good takeaways for understanding introversion. The first half is the strongest part of the book. The last third is full of practical strategies for introverts to cope better with parties and larger groups of people.

This book presented a forthright, helpful discussion on introversion. It managed to succeed in spite of its repeated attempts at self-sabotage via typos.

Helpful and funny at times, but too many typos.
