Molly Roberts is a romantic at heart, always dreaming about one day being swept off her feet by a ruggedly handsome cowboy walking straight out of the pages of her favorite romance novel. But after becoming the guardian of her three younger siblings, she had to put her romantic inclinations on hold, vowing instead to do whatever it took to keep her family together. Romance will just have to wait.
Beau Barnes was born and raised on Eagle Mountain Ranch, a quintessential cowboy through and through. Always seen as the quiet Barnes brother, he works hard and cares harder, looking forward to the day that he can have a wife and family of his own. He’s just never met a woman who sparked something inside him--that one woman he knows will be his one and only… Until he meets Molly.
Molly does her best to keep Beau at arm’s length. But when Beau comes across her siblings hitchhiking late at night, Molly can’t avoid him any longer. And when an act of kindness has her proposing a deal to work off the debt on the ranch, Beau seizes the opportunity to get closer to the woman he can’t stop thinking about.
For Molly, the more she sees of Beau, the less she can deny their connection and her growing feelings. The man makes her heart race, her skin tingle, and her stomach flip with just a smile and a knowing look.
For Beau, he knows Molly is his One sent to him by the mountain spirit. And now he knows that the way to Molly’s heart is to show her through his words and his actions. He’ll prove he’s the only man she’ll ever need in her corner by looking out for her while she looks out for everyone else.
And as the Call has proven time and time again, the Mountain Spirit never chooses wrong. All Beau has to do now is help Molly believe... *** Hold on to your hats! Cowboy Seeks a Romantic is book 2 in the new Eagle Mountain Ranch series. They're the same kind of sweet, flirty, feel-good, and heart-felt stories you've come to love from Marley, but this time you'll get the big, gruff and tough mountain ranchers living off the land and protecting their own near the town of Kinleyville. The mountains have always provided for the keepers of the lands, and now the Eagle Mountain prophecy has been fulfilled, it's time for their soulmates to warm up their hearts and their bunks, and make their lives on the ranch complete. Can we all say, awww
The second book in Marley Michaels' Eagle Mountain Brothers series is just as amazing as the first - and those that preceded in the Bear Mountain and Moose Mountain series. Unlike his brother Jesse and the Bear Mountain brothers, Beau's journey of receiving the Call is more of a slow burn. His One, Molly, has had a difficult life - her mother died delivering her youngest brother Cody, and her father passed away a couple years ago, leaving Molly to care for her three siblings. Full of sass and pride, Molly is working three jobs to support her brothers and sister, and is willing to put her own personal life on hold until Cody is of age. Beau, fifteen years older than the beautiful young woman, respects Molly's drive and sense of responsibility, but cannot deny the connection he feels to her - and soon discerns that he is in fact, hearing the Call. The quintessential cowboy, Beau is a man of integrity with filthy mouth and an alpha's overprotectiveness. He is willing to wait for Molly, to be her friend, knowing she is more than worth the wait. But as Molly comes to understand the Call (thanks to being best friends with Eagle Mountain's seer, Kendra), she also comes to realize it is not wrong to have her own happiness and grab onto a life of her own. Beau and Molly are an amazing couple with the same kind of Kindle-melting chemistry we have come to expect from this delicious series. Like everything Ms Michaels writes, this is a can't-put-it-down novel, beautifully-written with engaging, rich characters and an exceptional supporting cast. You will fall in love with Colson, Sage and Cody just as easily as Beau and Molly!

I have been a fan of all the previous books of the Mountain Spirit for Moose and Bear Mountains,Eagle Mountain is now where the Spirit has come to dwell. Beau Barnes has been feeling the pull towards Molly, but Molly is raising her three siblings and has three jobs, just trying to keep her family together. But the Mountain has chosen Molly to be his One. You will laugh hard at the antics of her siblings and celebrate with these two wonderful characters while they start their journey together towards fulfilling the Calls work. There is a HEA to this story and a successful family story.

He’s the perfect romantic hero rolled up in a handsome rancher package
The call is strong again on Eagle Mountain. This book is about Molly and Beau. Even before this pair actually meet, they both have a funny feeling, but can’t put their finger on what it is, or even could be. Molly is the surrogate parent for her three younger siblings, Colson, Sage and Cody after the loss of both of their parents. Beau is one of the Barnes brothers, and works on his family’s ranch and has enjoyed the single life, until now.
When their father died a few years ago, Molly selflessly made it her mission to live, die and bleed for her siblings, in the absence of their parents. Their little family became her sole focus, even giving up her own hopes and dreams by quitting college. Subsequently, Molly works multiple jobs to support her family, including at the Lion’s Lair tavern and the Vet Clinic with and for her best friend Kendra, who is married to Jesse, one of Beau’s brothers. She has no time or energy to look for a relationship, but she has crushed on Beau for a long time.
Despite their age difference, and Molly’s thinking that he’s out of her league, with all of the encouragement coming from around them, perhaps these two can try something together as they already have a mutual attraction and some sizzling-hot chemistry. Beau tried to ask her out but she refuses at first, citing the kids and being time-poor due to all of her jobs as excuses. She does relent though, and gets to spend more time with him- even involving her brothers and sister. The way he is with them is just beautiful. And the show of ovary-obliterating cuteness doesn’t hurt either!
There are plenty of dramas, action, humour, mixed emotions, romantic gestures, passion, fun, family and steam. And seriously, “I’ve got you”… the most currently-panty-melting quote any man can say! So many books are using it now, and I swoon EVERY TIME! And I still love the way characters from previous books and series have appearances or mentions in this book. I just can’t get enough of them! I give this book four and three quarter stars.

This is another wonderful book about a couple who is Called by a magical mountain spirit to find their soul mates. I think that Beau and Molly are my favourite couple out of all the couples who have answered the Call. I love their storyline. His gentle but persistent care of Molly, the kindness and attention he shows her siblings and his determination to claim them all for his family were all wonderful to read about. It was impossible not to admire the hardworking, careworn and time strapped Molly who stepped up to care for her three siblings after their father’s death. Beau and Molly deserve a very happily ever after.
Beau had been sceptical about the Call until he witnessed it happen with his brother and sister. He has been preparing for his turn, but never did he expect the powerful emotions, the feeling of rightness and the pull he feels with Molly. Molly has read all about the Call and has witnessed her best friend go through it, but doesn’t believe that she will ever be part of a Call. It couldn’t be meant for someone like her, who is struggling to raise her three siblings. Hardworking, time-strapped, care worn Molly doesn’t have time for romance even if there is one handsome and brawny cowboy she can’t get out of her head. Beau, however, thinks Molly is perfect for him, even if she comes with three kids. He is smart enough to take his time with Molly, to be her friend first in order not to send her running in the other direction. He has his work cut out for him though, because Molly is independent, proud and stubborn. Read this delightful book to see just how this couple answers the Call and finds their own happily ever after.

Cowboy Seeks a Romantic is book two in the Eagle Mountain Brothers Series. Oh My Gosh this book is so so good. This is the Mountain “Call” for Beau and Molly. We actually were briefly introduced to them in book 1 when Beau helped his brother Jesse ask out his “One” for a date and in the process met the most beautiful woman he has ever seen in his life. Back to the here and now Beau kind of sort of believes and wonders if he maybe is hearing and feeling the “call” of the Mountain? Now how to go about convincing Molly? Molly is young and is responsible for raising her siblings, both her parents have past and they have no one else so Molly has decided to set her personal happiness aside until she raises them all on her own with no help from anyone, no handouts, no charity she believes this to be totally her responsibility and she is stubborn and determined enough to do this on her own. Ms. Michaels does an amazing job of drawing you into the story and plopping you right in the middle of the characters and you feel like you are completely shutoff from your stresses for a bit and you are in the story and living the life for a bit. Hahahaha. Such wonderful characters from the very first book carried forward to the current book. You take the roller coaster ride with them and you climb the hill of tension, angst, and family drama when you reach the top, as you come speeding down that hill there’s lots of laughter around the farm, then before you get off that roller coaster ride of emotions there’s plenty of passion thrown in with that one of a kind Cowboy. I really enjoyed Beau and Molly’s story and am looking forward to which Barnes brother the Mountain calls next. I received an Advance Reader's Copy and am voluntarily leaving my honest thoughts and opinions.
Waited Impatiently for this One and was NOT Disappointed! “Cowboy Seeks a Romantic,” Book 2 in Marley Michaels’s Eagle Mountain Brothers series, was one that I quite impatiently awaited because I had already fallen in love with the characters! Beau Barnes is a sexy, two-steppin’ rancher with the biggest heart on the mountain, and it beats only for his One. Molly Roberts is young, feisty, fiercely independent and beautiful, but OMG does she have her hands full. This dynamo works three jobs and single-handedly raises her three younger siblings. The chemistry between these two was evident even in Book 1 if you were paying attention, but life - and Molly’s self-sacrificing mentality - continuously got in the way. Enter that pesky little do-gooder - the Mountain Spirit! While their HEA may have been foreseen, it is not without its challenges, and this story has all the laughter, pearl clutchers, and heart-tuggers we want in a good romance. I’ve said it before in my other reviews of this Moose Mountain body of work, but books with elements of magic have never appealed to me. However, it’s honestly one of a few reasons that I keep coming back for more with this series. Michaels has created this wonderful mountain lore with a basis in living sustainably and protecting our planet instead of depleting all that it has to offer, and she consistently and painstakingly weaves it into her stories in such an organic way. Add to that her ability to craft a steamy small-town romance and well-developed family of characters that you become so very invested in...Yeah, THAT’s why Marley Michaels is just as magical as her stories are.
Loving the Cowboy it was really fun loving story. Molly is left with looking after her two brothers and sister a promise she made to her father before he died, they had lost their mother aswell. Molly works three jobs just so she can give the siblings what they need she also wants them to go to college something she got a taste for until the death of her father. She was at home one night when she had a knock at the door and it was Beau letting her know he has her siblings in the car that her car broke down. That was the start of a great friendship he paid for her car to get fixed and asked if she could have the car to drop her siblings at school so she dropped them off took the car back to continue on getting fixed and went to Beau on his farm to say she will work it off with her family so they can pay the debt. Molly has to much pride and won't except any handouts and she is stubborn, sassy aswell. Beau will do anything to keep her happy as time went on the chemistry was getting hotter and on her birthday he pleasured her with lip service. After her birthday the chemistry was so great they did not want to be apart again, Beau and his brothers built a house on the ranch it was big enough for her siblings to move in aswell. The emotional journey they were on made them stronger as a family, passion, pleasures, arousals, desires, and the sizzling heat. It makes you to want your own cowboy or girl for the friendship that gets built first before love.

This was book two in the Eagle Mountain Series with the Barnes Brothers receiving their call from the Mountain Spirit as always these are standalone stories. Our couple met in the first book, but Molly being responsible for raising her two younger brothers and sister did not have time for a relationship with Beau, but he was not the type of man that could be put off that easily nor could he stop thinking about Molly. Then he got the call, he knew he would have to take it slow and easy with Molly. She was very proud and independent not excepting help from no one. Losing her mother when she was thirteen and then her father right after high school was a hard blow to the family. The only way the younger siblings could stay together would be if she took guardianship. She worked three jobs with no social life to keep them all going. Molly was determined she going to raise her siblings before seeking a life for herself. Now here was Beau Barnes trying to convince her to let him in her life. Her boss at the veterinary clinic, best friend, and mountain seer for Eagle Mountain was married to Jesse Barnes, Beau's brother had to finally explain the call to her one day over lunch after asking her about her feelings toward Beau. That seemed to ease her mind some so she would let her walls down enough to even consider Beau. The attraction and chemistry was there everyone to see, they even committed on it. Another wonderful mountain man story you will not want to miss.

Marley Michaels has written a 5-star book. This is the story of Molly and Beau. Molly is taking care of her brothers Colson, Coby, and sister Sage since they lost their father. In order to make it, she is working two jobs and doing odd jobs for the community. She has feelings for Beau but knows with everything going on in her life, things won't work with him. There is a lore on the mountain where the mountain spirit brings the protector their soulmate. Beau has heard the call and he thinks that Molly is the One for him. Now all he has to do is convince her that she is the one he is supposed to be with. He has his work cut out for him since Molly is not the type of person to asks for help, she is the one who is helping other people out. Beau decides to show her that they can make things work out between them. All it takes is a little time and a lot of patience. Everything he does for her, she tells him that she has to pay him back for it. He tells her that he doesn't want anything from her except to spend time with her. Things happen and they become a couple and she is happier and more carefree than she has been in a while. She still questions things between her and Beau and how she is going to be with him. Will Molly realize that she can be with Beau and still care for her brothers and sister? This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! This is book is part of the Eagle Mountain Brothers series why just read one when you can start at the beginning and keep reading through the series it won’t be a waste of time. Molly was forced due to circumstance out of her control to become a mother to her siblings after the death of both parents. Beau sexy as all get out rancher has crushed on Molly for a while now but understands the pressure, she is under trying to raise her sibling and he doesn’t want to add to her plate any unnecessary stress. The chemistry is intense, and the magnetic pull can’t be ignored so Beau helps her out when he is given the chance because she is adamant about not accepting charity, so he fixes her car thinking it was a good thing but ohhh no she gives it to him for helping her (pride is an amazing thing in good and bad ways). To pay him back she and her siblings will come and help out at the farm, but will it be too much, will she see the Beau only wants what’s best for all of them, can he show her he wants her regardless of her responsibilities and can they find happiness?
This is the second book in the Eagle Mountain Brothers series. It's a fast paced and steamy book. You can't help but fall in love with the Barnes brothers. This could be read as a standalone but I think this series is better read in order. If you're new to the author and want to start this series I would start with the book Cowgirl Seeks a Mountain Man which is Ellie's story, she's the Barnes brothers younger sister. It's the last book in the Bear Mountain Brothers series but it spins off into this series. Beau and Molly's story is a little bumpy. Molly is working three job to take care of her younger siblings. She's very prideful and stubborn choosing to work herself to the bone than except help from the community full of people who love her and want to help. She's decided that she's not allowed to have a life until her youngest brother is off to college. Beau wants to help Molly and date her. They both hear the mountains call but will Molly change her mind about dating? Love this book. Marley Michaels has done it again. These books never fall to pull me in, they're steamy, full of wit, family and romance. Can't wait for book three.

Molly has a lot on her plate. Her parents died soon after she turned 18 leaving her responsible for her three younger siblings. She had to give up her dreams of college and find a job to support her family. It has been a few years and she is now working three jobs to make ends meet and to provide the extras that growing teenages and children need. Many men have asked her out but she has no time. Then her friend introduced her to her brother-in-law Beau. Sparks flew and Molly is very attracted to the quiet dependable man he seems to be. However she feels like she shouldn't even think about relationships or even dating until her siblings are all grown up. Then Beau finds her siblings hitchhiking after the car broke down. He helps them out making Molly feeling defensive. She doesn't want to be anybody's charity.
Beau was drawn to Molly the first time he met her. He would love to see more of her but she keeps turning him down. When he rescues her siblings, she gives him a kiss and he hears the Mountain's Call. Now he just has to convince Molly that they are meant to be together and be together now instead of years down the road. Molly is super independant and stubborn too so it is a tough sell.

Beautiful romance and almost wholesome, with all the vibes and banter and of course the swoony cowboy and our fiercely independent lady. I love this author's books. They're relatable with true to life characters who have life issues to deal with. The whole mountain call thing for the one is one of my favourite series and I'm looking forward to the next book. If you want to feel like a blanket has been wrapped around you, this is your book Molly Roberts is a romantic at heart, always dreaming about one day being swept off her feet by a ruggedly handsome cowboy walking straight out of the pages of her favorite romance novel. But after becoming the guardian of her three younger siblings, she had to put her romantic inclinations on hold, vowing instead to do whatever it took to keep her family together. Romance will just have to wait.

This is the 2nd book in the Eagle Mountain Brothers series and this is Molly and Beau’s journey to romance. Molly and Beau met in the last book and went on one date. Beau really liked Molly but Molly was juggling 3 jobs as well as raising her 3 siblings.
She is attracted to him but doesn't think she has the time to date. When Beau picks up her sibling on the side of the road and has her car fixed she still gives him a hard time.
Honestly Molly was annoying. I know she had been through a lot and she was raising 3 kids while she was still only young herself but she wouldn't accept any help. Not just from Beau but from anyone. She had the same inner monologue over and over and over again.
Beau keeps telling her he is there for her that she is his one and she just pushes and pushes. She finally gives in and her gets her off behind a shed then asks her on a date. She says she cant go on a date because of the kids and she pushes him away again so he says 'fine' and walks away so she runs after him saying 'please don't give up on me' I was getting serious whiplash from her. Poor Beau, he deserved better.
Beau was awesome. They way he was with her siblings especially the oldest and how patient he was with her. The Angel nickname was annoying though.
Her siblings were cool and it was nice to catch up with Jesse and Kendra although i didn't like Molly calling her Kendie. I don't remember that from the first book. All the brothers were great.
I don't believe in spiritual thing personally so the whole call thing i just find kinda funny but its still an enjoyable read.
Molly and her siblings lost their parents. She had to quit college and all personal activities and raise her siblings. She wouldn't have it any other way. She even has 3 jobs to do it. Shes exhausted. She has become the town project but she absolutely will not except charity if she takes anything she works for it. She knows she cant and doesn't have time for a relationship but Beau is a sexy hunk with tattoos that make her dwell. She can dream cant she. Beaus brother Jesse and Kendra try and fix them up but she doesn't have time. Then beau picks up her kids hitchhiking because they took her truck to get ice cream her broke truck that is now really broken. Goodness I knew something was off this evening. Then her truck is towed to her house and shes wondering what to do how shes going to afford....Shell get with Beau and come up with a plan to pay him back....So long as her plan doesn't backfire on her.....I loved this book. A must read.

Molly has been raising her three younger siblings for the last three years since their father died. She works three jobs and dreams of being swept off her feet by a man even though she maintains she has not time to date. Finding someone will have to wait until the all the children are grown.
Beau was born and raised on his family's ranch on Eagle Mountain. He is attracted to Molly when he first meets her and she tries to keep him in the friend zone. That all works until one night she is working her third job, when Beau comes across her siblings hitchhiker late at night. He knows that Molly is his One sent to him by the mountain spirit, also known as the Call.
Will Molly be able to put aside her preconceived notions that she does not have time for a man or realize that by opening up to Beau will take some of the pressure off.
This is a slow burn sweet romance with a HEA. This is my first book by the author that I have read and I plan on reading others.

'Cowboy Seeks A Romantic' by Marley Michaels is the second story in her Eagle Mountain Brothers series and tells the journey of Molly and and Beau. Molly has always dreamed of meeting a cowboy to sweep her off her feet but instead she has put her dreams on hold in order to take care of her younger siblings. Beau, a cowboy, works hard and has been looking forward to meeting his true love and starting a family. Instead he rescues three children hitchhiking at night and meets their older sister and guardian.
Ms. Michaels has written a stellar addition to her series. This book has great characters and an intriguing plotline. The chemistry between Molly and Beau jumps off the pages. There is tension, family drama, laughs, tears, angst, and plenty of passion. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to the next one in the series, as should you all.

Ok, these books are evidently carryover characters and storyline. I wished I had known that prior to starting this book, then I wouldn't have been scratching my head with parts of storyline. This is a "paranormal/magic" type story what with Kendra as the mountain seer and "the call" to your one and only soul mate. Definitely some magic going on. I just wish I'd read book 1 so I had some idea about the magic infused cowboy romance. Also I understand grief and loss sadly like the majority of us, however I just didn't really like Molly or the way she always was a tit for tat girl and never letting anyone help her. Never letting Beau in until she was sure "the call" was real! Bottom line this book made me feel lost, I didn't love Molly, romance was just so-so, and secondary ehh just ok.
Beau and Molly teased their love in Kendra and Jesse's story but this book did nothing to disappoint. The storyline follows us back to Eagle Mountain where we find Beau trying to win her heart and Molly pushing back equally as hard. While Molly feels like their journey is easier than it should be Beau is fighting to break down her walls piece by piece. While Beau is not your bossy alpha is sweet and strong approach is exactly what this family needs to heal both their grief of the past and move onto the future they all deserve.
I love this series and the entire book collection associated with it. These are all beautifully wrote and a must-have addition to your TBR.

Cowboy Seeks a Romantic ~Eagle Mountain Brothers,bk2, by Marley Michaels. New author to me, whom I found via Booksprout, and I was not disappointed. I loved the flow of the story and the chemistry between the two main characters was excellent and believable. Cowboy Seeks a Romantic was unique, intriguing and put a different spin on a romance book for me. I was hooked from the very first page until the last. I felt that I was there too, so this was excellent, that I have purchased the book and also book 1 in the series. I also see that there are more Mountian books, so I think I will be purchasing them too.

This was a fun steamy cowboy story about fated lovers with some serious discrepancies in both age and life circumstances. Beau is about 15 years older than Molly. He is an unattached bachelor, while she is trying to single-handedly raise her three younger siblings. All he wants to do is give to her from his heart, and she is dreadfully afraid to permit herself to take from anyone. Watching them come together to form a family, as unconventional as it might be, was inspiring. I am looking forward to more stories from Eagle Mountain. And I need to look back in Ms.Michaels backlist to find her Bear Mountain stories that spawned this series.

Cowboy Seeks a Romantic (Eagle Mountain Brothers Book 2) by Marley Michaels. Been looking forward to Beau’s story for awhile now after reading the Bear Mountain series and now Eagle Mountain guys are getting their due attention. Molly is a great addition and fits with Beau like a glove. He may be quiet, but he knows what he wants and he wants Molly and her siblings in his life. With his patent determination and the calling on his side, he knows sooner or later things will fall into place and find his HEA. Good contemporary romance, great cast of characters, and many feel-good moments that will leave a lasting impression. This book brings us Molly Roberts and Beau Barnes. Molly has a hard life. After her parent's death, she is working several jobs in order to keep her family together. Molly has no time for any kind of romance. She is also not a fan of hand-outs. Beau Barnes lives on Eagle Mountain Ranch, and works hard. Beau finds Molly's siblings at night walking alone, he stops to pick them up, and Molly must do something to pay him back. The more time that Beau and Molly spend together they both realize that they have feelings for one another. Beau finally realizes that Molly was "his" as the "mountain sent her." The trouble, convincing Molly that this is real. This was a beautiful read and I highly recommend it. I did receive an arc for an honest review.
I've read a lot of books written by Marley Michaels; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books.
This is the second book in the Eagle Mountain Brothers Series; it is a stand-alone book. The story is about Molly & Beau; she’s a true romantic that thinks one day the right guy will swept her off her feet but when she ends up with custody of her three siblings she doesn’t have time to even think about that anymore. He’s the quiet brother at the ranch and is looking forward to finding a wife and settling down but hasn’t find the right one until he meet Molly. She keeps her at arms length until one night he finds her siblings hitchhiking and brings them home.

Eagle Mountain Call is here for Beau! This is about Beau and Molly. Molly has been raising her three siblings as they have lost both parents and she is the oldest. She also has way too much to handle which involves three jobs. Beau has always thought he was too old for her, and she always thought she was too young and busy for him. Well, when the Call comes – it is about time or age, but what the heart wants and these two must figure it out, but of course you have a meddling sister and sister-in-law that is going to help them both. I can’t wait to hear about Sawyer as he is going to be a tough one to catch as he thinks the CALL is no match for him and he will die a bachelor!
