An avid reader with a passion for romances that finally got the chance to write one of her own. The rest is history. Not what anyone thought for someone who has been a nurse and in healthcare management for years.

I sit writing as my two fur babies, my pugs Kujo and Khaos, impatiently wait for me to get done so they can lay on me as their human sofa!

My children are finally considered to be adults, so it's me, the hubby and the dogs.

I'm a iced tea drinking fiend who has insomnia, more ideas than I know what to do with, and a need to write them down.

Not too bad for a girl from rural Ohio in the foothills of Appalachia that grew up in a town of about 4000 people.

I loved this one. Bull finally finds his happily ever after and it's just amazing.
Of course there is action, love and a lot of fun. I can't wait to see what the Hunters Creek chapter has in store for us.

So I knew quite a bit about this one as I read all of the Dublin Falls series and not layer this series in the timeline. That didn't matter at all. I liked that we got to know more about Bull. He's always been around the other series, the dad there for everyone. So it was great to see him fall as fast as he did with Jocelyn. For the most part Bull didn't stumble, just the one little blip at the start, which he rectified quickly. I did love how Bull showed Jocelyn what it was like to be with a man who totally adored you. He even took to Devyn, Jocelyn's daughter, like she was his own. The advice he gave to Devyn was good.

I was very surprised with Harlow's jealousy fit. It seemed out of character with her and I'm glad that she took the ass chewing from Bull, Devyn and Terror and changed her ways.

The ending to this one was great, loved the weddings and how things are changing for these Warriors too.

Bull!

I know this was the long awaited book for Bull. It had a great storyline to it. But I was hung up on the insta-love aspect which became OTT. The dialogue was elementary at best. It was like the characters were talking in a hurry with all the stunted sentences. I did finish this book though. I won't be going for second. Alsovthe sexy scenes became repetitive and boring.

Bull never planned to find a woman again that would have him looking at a happily ever after again. He raised his daughter after losing his wife when she was young and as President of the Hunters Creek Archangels Warriors MC, his focus has been on his club. When he meets Jocelyn after helping her daughter home, he is interested but is she?

Jocelyn really has always put her daughter first after her parents kicked her out when she got pregnant in her teens. She has spent that time building a career but when Bull asks her out, she decides to see where it would lead. The problem is Bull has lived a full life, while Jocelyn has sheltered hers. Can she learn to trust Bull and what happens when they decide to take the next step?

Out of all the books this is my favorite. I reread it four days later because it was that good. I liked that the issues Bull and Jocelyn work through were real issues I could see a split family could have. I also liked the story between Devyn and Ace. Terrific read.

Been a long time since I read this but I will tell you why I remember it vividly:

The whole "mom finds love, daughter finds love" sounds weird and the whole instalove between both women and the 2 men who help them in the first scene is....not my cup of tea. I don't know man. I really liked Bull and Duchess but I really could've done without Jocelyn's romance happening at the same exact time DOWN TO THEIR WEDDING. MOM AND DAUGHTER HAD THEIR WEDDING THE SAME NIGHT.

Also the fact that Bull who is prolly going to be like 80 when his kid turns 18 is giving Robert de Niro 😭😭😭

Take what I'm saying with a grain of salt though. I might reread this one.

Adios 🌊

Got to the H asking the h to move in with him then skipped to 50%, skimmed, skipped to 70%, skimmed, 90%, skimmed then DNF. Boring. Childish. Predictable.
The drama with the coworker should’ve been handle before they even met and definitely after the first parking lot assault.
The H is 52 & the h is 35 yet I felt like I was reading about 16 years olds the first 25% of the book and then maybe 20 year old the rest.
The whole mother & daughter find love at the same time was weird. They even got married the same night. Cringe.
This man sat on this woman’s stomach while restraining her arms and yelling in her face about going on a date with another man after he ghosted her for a whole week. SAT ON HER AND YELLED IN HER FACE!!! Again, he’s 52.
The H and his club were too soft and sweet to be considered bikers imo.
Why the fuck do the old ladies have to beat the club bunnies in order for these women to respect their relationship while the men just sit there? I hate that shit with a passion in these MC books.

This is my first book from this author. I liked it. The story was a bit predictable with the expected drama but I didn't feel like it took away from the story. The H is older, a silver fox, which was refreshing. Other MC's and people from them were in the story in a way loyal readers would know who they were. I'm guessing from previous series. I gave this 3 stars instead of 4 because the H's daughter is referred to by 2 different names that are very similar. I'm kinda assuming one would be her club name? It's never really explained. So for awhile it was confusing. The H at one point explains to the h his club name and when she should call him by that and when it's ok to use his given name. But no explanation for his daughter.. It was steamy, with a lot of detail. One thing at the end of the book bothered me, they have the bad guy, they know beyond a doubt he's the bad guy, they don't need any information from him. So without giving too much away, I felt they could have handled that situation quicker. There is some situations and subject matter that may be difficult for some. I will be continuing the series

I loved this one!!!! I'd say its one of my fav's - I'm reading them in order as suggested by Ciara starting with the Dublin Falls' Warriors. Bull as also been one of my fav characters so far. We get to know him much better in this book and it just proved to me how wonderful he truly is. Jocelyn is also a wonderful, strong woman and perfect for Bull and together they are magic! Devyn and Ace's story was a great surprise and they are great for each other also. Harlow did not impress me at all in this one. For crying out loud grow up woman!!!! I understood the basis of her problems but she carried it to far. Thankfully she woke up and realized what a bitch she was.

This is just my opinion. I want to thank the author for their time and hard work. By no means this is to take away from their work, it just wasn't for me.
Here I go...

The synepis describes the main characters as a motorcycle president who fell in instant love with the main character. Jocelyn is also a single mother that doesn't have time for men, because her ADULT daughter is fulling her dreams. (in a nut shell)

Didn't like Bull, didn't like Jocelyn. My views on a motorcycle president and the authors are not the same. I like them a little more tough and rugged. Not a president that matches her jewelry to her dress perfectly, or even goes dress shopping for that matter. On the first date he told her to call him by his government name, which has always been a big no no. Claiming her adult child as his? They haven't even been together a hot minute. Involving yourself as the president in her daughters drama with a club brother and CHOOSING Jocelyn. (drama that Devyn was taking way over the top) Like what is that. Look its just a bunch of little things that annoyed me while reading the book that just made me not like it.
Jocelyn is a single mom of an ADULT child, not a little kid. So you don't have time for men? why? Why are you creating unnecessary drama. For a woman who went through and suffered as a single mom, you sure act like a immature woman. Listening to hear say about Bull from the guy that since you started working at the law office has been trying to get in your pants. Creating drama and conflict where there is none. Comparing Bull to your daughter's father when in reality Bull doesn't owe you anything and you don't even know what type of dad he is to make such assumption. Running away from a wedding causing the guests to search for you, and you are in another hotel crying. Where is tough woman who waxed on about having to eat ramen soup so your daughter can eat. You put on a mask finish the wedding you where invited to and then you deal with the bs.

Again its a bunch of little things that annoyed me from the H and h. IF the element of the motorcycle club would have been removed I can see this book having potential. It took me almost a year to read this. Good luck if you decide to read it. Again it just wasn't for me. But from the stars it has received it was for others. like I always say, give it a shot YOU might like it.

Every Duke aka MC co-founder/Pres needs a Duchess to help rule his Domain
Bull’s Duchess (Hunters Creek Archangel’s Warriors MC Book 1) by Ciara St. James is a red hot steamy MC read with one smoking hot, silver-tongued silver fox MC President/Co-Founder and his brave, resilient lady love. Bull stole my heart, made me sweat, swoon and sigh in sweet satisfaction right along with his Duchess, Jocelyn. She is his match and forever after love with a fiercely protective heart of gold for those she loves and cares about. I love these two together as they bring out the best of each other, including those times when insecurities over take all else because Bull is a determined and persistent alpha protector extraordinaire. For Jocelyn, Bull seems to give her a little extra boost in confidence and bravery, helping her triumph when tested.
The plot and sub plots combine hearts and minds as well as suspense, danger and justice. Once particular sub plot is a love story within Bull and Jocelyn’s! It’s kind of wild and crazy, but it totally works and made this book all the more interesting and engaging.
While Hunters Creek is the original chapter of this MC, they are a little slow in adding the ladies to their mix! They are off to the races as two fall simultaneously, adding to the entertainment.
Overall, this book beautifully weaves characters from this author’s other series, Dublin Falls Archangel’s Warriors, keeping her readers up to date with all things MC and their families. Bull and Jocelyn as well as Ace and Devlyn’s stories also set the tone for more of this MC brotherhood to fall like dominos and enjoy sweet, steamy HEAs worth celebrating.
I read an ARC of this book and voluntarily share my review.

It's not often that a book makes me so angry that I wish I could give it negative stars.

On their second date, the H got pissed at the h, grabbed her and pulled her hair. Then, he got mad when he found out she was on birth control, yelled at her and asked her if she was planning on finding someone to f#%k her. Then, he threw her on the bed, restrained her and touched her until she was aroused enough to agree to sex after which he f#%ked her hard enough to make her sore. Then, he apologized for getting jealous and used "You just make me crazy" as an excuse. That is EXACTLY the rationale that an abusive partner would use. 🤬

After their third date, the H ghosted the h for over a week so she accepted a date with another man. When the H found out, he flipped out, went to her house and into her bedroom where she was sleeping, yelled at her, sat on top of her and restrained her. Even though he admitted that he had f#%ked up, and he knew that he was in the wrong, he still thought it was ok to hold her down and spank her until her ass was red and so sore that she couldn't sit down.

I'm out at 25% and I will NEVER read another book by this author.

Bull/Nick and Jocelyn

What a great way to meet your future lover and then old lady/wife, than by the sound of a shotgun being cocked. Devin Jocelyn's daughter got left by a so called friend and was walking down a dark road home, when Bull and Ace came upon her and offered her a ride home and that's where Jocelyn comes into the picture with her shotgun because she didn't know who it was. Jocelyn was also having issues at work with one of the lawyers harassing her for over a year, until he tried several times to hurt her and kidnap her ad well. Bull and Ace both fell hard for this mother and daughter team and they both wound up pregnant. Harley Bull's daughter from his first wife thought Jocelyn was a gold digger, but found out quickly that she truly loved Bull. Happy reading.

Never to old

Fell in love with Bull from the Dublin Falls series. He was the dad to all the old ladies. 52 is not old but Bull never remarried after his first wife. Then one night him and Ace saw a young girl walk alone in a dark road. Bull being Bull brought her home where he meet her mother Jocelyn holding a shot gun and he was hooked. Their relationship didn't come without trouble and resistance from Bull daughter. But in the end they all became family. Now Jocelyn and Bull are having twins , Jocelyn daughter and Ace are having a baby. Hunters Creek is going to be Dublin Falls. Love this series and all the characters.

2.5 stars. Generic and predictable. Some of the dialogue was cheesy and a bit flowery coming from bikers. Drama with her coworker should have been dealt with by h way sooner, kind of lame. And why do the h’s have to put the clubwhore’s in their place? Isn’t it demeaning enough to have these women around who’ve “serviced” the all club members, then the old ladies are the ones that have to physically assault them to get them to back off their men?! Again, lame.

Superficial

I tried this book as this author was described as similar to Cee Bowman. From what little I read, the only thing these authors have in common is the genre/theme-MC Romance. The characters are one-dimensional and the dialogue is moronic. Just pure insta-love ridiculousness with little romance before a sexual encounter on the 2nd date. DNF at 15%

Cliched biker book. Instalove. Needs some editing. H’s daughter’s name changed back and forth from Harley to Harlow. Realize author setting scene for additional books, but this one such a miss not interested in reading more

Great read

This is the first installment of Hunters creek AWMC, and its off to a panty melting start.

I loved the chemistry between the couples, and the banter between the brothers.

I woukd say that is book is a this is a twofer, as I feel we get to see 2 couples come together which is awesome.

Bull is every but Alpha ar#ehole Bad boy biker with a heart of gold. At some points i was like Bull your a dick and didnt like how he forced himself on Jocelyn when he was angry, but i must say that it was hotter than hades.

After losing the love of his life and having to raise his daughter, and run a Mc, Bull is sure that the time for love and happily ever after has passed, that is until he offers a lone hicker a lift home and is faced with her mother and a shotgun.

Jocelyn hasn't had it easy, abandoned at 16 for being pregnant she has clawed and scraped her way to make sure her daughter had the life she didn't. Happiness and men are not the words she would put in the same sentence when describing men.
But when her daughter is brought home by the president of the AWMC, she starts to hope, and dare we say it fall in love.

The story is filled with steamy scences and drama and keeps you hooked and routing for the couples. Definitely recommend this book.

3.5* Really good. I really liked all their characters, as you get her daughters romance as well.

When Bull is riding home late one night with Ace, he sees a young girl walking home on her own. When they find out that she was dumped by her friend, they take her home. Devyn is 19, and is the daughter of Jocelyn. When Bull sees Jocelyn he’s instantly attracted to her, and Ace is pulled towards Devyn.

As Bull and Jocelyn start dating there are a few issues such as him feeling too old, at 52, he is 17 years older than Jocelyn, who is 35. Jocelyn has had a hard life, as she fell pregnant at 16, was thrown out by parents and had to work really hard to bring her daughter up, on her own. When it becomes clear that Jocelyn is in danger, her and her daughter move into Bull’s house.

I really did love this book. I actually didn’t read this book until I had the others, as I didn’t fancy it. I actually enjoyed it more.

Just one niggle. I’ve been annoyed by this several times, in different books. At 35 Jocelyn IS NOT TOO OLD TO HAVE KIDS. This author has written things before about older parents.

Bull never thought he’d find someone that would have him looking at a HEA. He raised his daughter after losing his young wife to cancer and now concentrates on being President of the Hunters Creek Archangels Warriors MC, with his focus on his club. When he meets Jocelyn after helping her daughter home, he is very interested……
Jocelyn has always put her daughter first after her parents kicked her out when she got pregnant in her teens. She’s spent that time building a career in between raising her daughter but when Bull asks her out, she decides to see where it would lead.
There is a vast difference between the 2 lives….many contrasts. Bull has lived a full life, while she has been quite sheltered in many ways. This book is their journey…and what a journey. Nothing is simple, there are many issues along the way. The contrasts between them create problems and not to mention an obsessive co worker of Jocelyn’s making things more challenging and Bull’s daughter thinking she’s a gold digger! And there’s more….but you need to read the book yourselves.

I have loved Bull from DFAW book 1!

After reading DFAW books 1-11 Bull had become my most favorite character because he was the best Father to Harlow & Father figure to so many of the wives of the men of DFAW. He may have been the president of his club but I just love that he has such a heart of gold and found his HEA with a strong, smart, take no crap woman who was perfect for him! And of course we all knew he was a true alpha male leader too lol.

I was surprised that another couple was intertwined with Bull's story & what a perfect surprise & enjoyable read this was.

As always Ciara St. James has written another Ui 5 star book with lots of action packed scenes, lots of twists & turns, jaw dropping moments & steamy scenes too. Her well written storylines just know how to pull you in and wanting more when you reach the end of each book.

Good Read

Bull’s Duchess is the first book in the Hunters Creek Archangel’s Warriors MC series by Ciara St James and follows Bull as a chance meeting finds him having a possible second chance at love.

This book was a thoroughly enjoyable read and I loved seeing Bull get his story told after him being a character that we got to know in the Dublin Falls’ Archangel’s Warriors MC series. I loved the characters and found it interesting to watch them both mesh together after both being independent for so long. I’m looking forward to seeing where this series goes with some of the other characters we’ve met in this book.

Overall, this was a really good start to the series with characters that you can’t help but like and a story which is addictive to read. I would recommend reading this book.

Bull and his Duchess

A really good MC story. The story evolves around members of the MC, it’s not about MC life itself too much. It has an interesting story in that the Prez Bull is in early fifties, she in late thirties and they fall in lust and love quickly, and then all the excitement begins. Daughter becomes involved with a biker, someone harassing her at work, there is a break-in, there are MC babies expected, lots of sexy times, older children misbehaving, kidnapping, and punishment and much celebration. HEA, no cheating, no cliffhanger. I really enjoyed it. Should be 4.5 stars. There was just too many sexy times with too much detail that it sort of took away from the book. Half that many would have been perfection.

Good read but PLEASE proofread

Loved the book. Great storyline and plenty of worthwhile content without a lot of repetition like many others I’ve read. BUT... is her name Harley or Harlow. My guess is author changed Bull’s daughter’s name after finishing the book and not every instance of her name was caught. There were times where her name was mentioned multiples times on the same page and it literally ping ponged from Harley to Harlow. How does this happen. Crappy editing? There is literally a feature in editing that says find “this” and change to “that” so not sure how this got so botched. Otherwise, I do recommend this book and I’m starting on the next one in the series.

Oh my so good for Bull, President

I am a fan of Bull from other books. What a good surprise. This is the Bull that gives the most amazing jewelry to all the brides of the associated MC clubs. I am so glad that this book popped up in my discovery. Bull is a hot alpha silver Fox. He is classic yet has a sense of humor. He calls his son in law Terror, daughter stealer, LoL. This book is entertaining as well as the dramatic MC saga. The female lead is Jocelyn. She is a single mum that has worked three jobs to give her daughter Devlyn everything that Jocelyn did not receive. Okay now the mechanics of this book. There are triggers, angst, attacks, violence, sexy times, and romance. Read On!

Hello Bull !!! ( Silver Fox ) !!

So glad for Bull's story (The Silver Fox) that he is, Bull caught my interest in "Terror's Temptress" and each story of the brothers of the " Dublin Falls Archangel's MC Warriors MC " chapter. Bull's story is awesome very well written the characters just came alive as to where you felt their pain, joy, fear, dismay, anger, regret, drama, especially club girl drama 😇😇 what's a good MC story without them, but most of all you felt the love the love that binds them all as family. Again this is a very well written beginning for Bull's "Hunter Creek Archangel's Warriors MC" chapter, can't wait for the next brothers story strong alpha men and the women who capture their heart !!!!
