Ok ok so many secrets, I just can’t keep up. I literally had to re-read several chapters cause I thought I was missing something. This book had my attention. Dominic and his brother??? This the parents being alive. What Goddess was hiding?? I have questions but I needs book 2

Twists And Turns
That dang gone cliffhanger my my. So thinking that Khalani was not only a boss in her own right but a hitta also. The twist and turns in here had me screaming what is going on? Khalani loved Dez with her whole heart Dez took that love for granted but he somehow gets hooked up with her aunt who is a snake that wants her dead
Khalani and her twin lost their parents at an early time or so they thought. Dez mother was a snake but his dad was friends with Khalani dad and he kept his secret for many years. Dez, not only tried to use Khalani up he also was a snitch and and snake. He allowed Diane to set him up dealing with the Cartel and he used the twins name for clout.
Dominic and Khalani are best friends until she had enough of Dez and she opened up and allowed Dominic to love her how she deserved to be loved. It's always some mess in the game Dominique was Dominic twin but they were hittas also.
Khalani knew her life was in jeopardy she just didn't realize how close the target was. Dam, I pray Khalani is good, I pray Dominique gets his karma and I pray Dominic is able to save his family before it's to late. Gireat job

This was an okay read for me... I felt like this book was a little all over the place... It was kind of a confusing read... Not sure if this book is a spin off to another book... Because it talked about certain things like I should have known them... I think there are to many characters and the connections didn't make sense... As it starts to come to the end.. I was REALLY lost.. I feel like I dont know who is who I only know Dominic and Kha'Lani... But even now I am questioning Dominic even... I dont know I am just so lost and confused...
Kha'Loni was weak but was suppose to be one that everyone feared... She starts out in a relationship with Dezmond(Dez) that didnt work out and she stayed around while he was out here cheating, giving her STD's and having babies by different women... And she just stayed and let him walk all over her... But again she is suppose to be this tough person that can take a person's life with ease... It just did not fit...
I kept getting confused on who was with who... Who was related to who... Who were enemies and who were friends... Again it was just an overwhelming confusing read... I will try to give part 2 a try...

There is so much going on and it seems no one can be trusted. Kha'lani allowed Dez to get away with so much that he lost respect for her. Dez also was a man of many secrets that put a lot of people lives in danger. He was a snake and his mother was too. Dominic stepped up and finally got Kha'lani. He also find out somebody close to her was the cause of a lot of losses she suffered. Kha'lani had another side to her that was ruthless. Nobody was who they claimed to be. It seems Dominic might've been who he portrayed himself to be either because the way this ended. He seems to have some skeletons as well

WTF
What the f@ck just happened. This book got me on the edge of my seat. From front to back I was all in. Man who can Kha'lani trust when she's standing in a snake pit. Now I'm looking at everybody funny. Kha'lani loved Dez with her whole soul and all he did was dog her out. With all the cheating and side babies he should have been met MK. Then her aunt, who taught her the ropes gunning for her. I was liking Nique and Dominic was my boo but I can't wait till the stroke of midnight for Nique's snake azz and Nic-Nic betta hope he ain't on no grimy 💩 or it's gonna be a two for one special.💞💞

Had potential
Two stars is the most I can squeeze out of this book. It had so much potential. The plot was good. The execution not so much. Kha’lani had lived with her secret for years, but as soon as one person found out, she started telling EVERYONE. Dominic was weak. He talked a good game, but always let Kha’lani take charge. I think he was scared of her. Too many characters started to emerge. The story was just too jumbled. It read more like a rough draft. It needed a few details in between the main thoughts to help the reader along. The writing was amateurish. I don’t think I will be reading anything else from this author.

Book two me now please
What the hole freak is going on. I'm all into this book like its a standalone and I'm watching a movie the boom to be continued. I haven't been on Facebook in a min so I'm so lost thank god for emails. But back to the book to the book Like I said this is a full fledged movie and every minute of it was thriller packed. I sooo ready book two. Then these characters. D"Lani, Dominic, Ox, Big, Dallas and last but not least Queen bad@zz herself Kha'Lani who is not to be underestimate. I'm so geeked up after reading this

You have enemies and snakes around every corner and with so much suspense added in held me captive until the end. With all the twist and turns in this story, every time I thought it had it figured out another twist was thrown in. After that ending, I was SPEECHLESS and can't wait to see what happens next. This book was so good. A lot of stuff going on. Towards the end there are a lot of twists and turns that have you wondering what is going on. It made me back up a page or two to reread to make sure I was correctly following what was going on. Can’t wait for part two. I personally hope it ends at book two because I don’t particularly care for the books that go past two series. It is a must read 🔥🔥🔥

WTH????? This book had so much potential but it was ALL over the place. It read like a sequel to another book or spin off. Character development was horrible, their were too many characters and it was hard to follow story lines because nothing made sense. This book had the “whole kitchen sink thrown in”. And wasn’t cohesive. I probably won’t read Anything else by this author.

Great book
I can’t wait for part 2, this book was so good. It was a page turner from the beginning to the end. I can’t believe how many plot twist it was i need to get to the bottom of the truth why does everyone want Lani dead. What did she do and i hope that Dominic didn’t have anything to do with it cause i love them together . Hurry up part 2.

Weeewwww....it's a lot going on and alot of blood being shed. It's crazy how Kah'Lani's Aunt had everybody working with her to take down her own niece smh, I'm glad she and everybody else that crossed them died. Now we have Nique who has been posing as Dominic and her mother and father is alive. I can't wait to see what's in book 2.

This had a little too much going on for me to the point it would a little confusing. However it was well written and interesting. I like the way Dominic loved Khalani and how hard she went for him and her family. Dez got off too easy, he deserved a slow painful death. The ending left me on edge with my mouth on the floor. I'm ready for pt2. Good job 🔥

I am speechless. I can't believe Dominique betrayed his brother. He was pretending to be Dominic. I hope Khalani and her family are alive. That was a lot of drama and betrayal. Great Read!
