Wild and Not So Wild Dreams in Physics
Dear reader, you are about to take a ride in the wilderness of modern physics as it looks at the beginning of the new millennium. We scientists are happy forgetting a chance to tell you some weird theories in physics, hopefully with surprises rather than boring ideas in physics.
What is wild? That is something that is new and not accepted as ordinary. Sometimes that is often contrary to common belief and perhaps, the more wild, the better chance, for a scientific theory to make revolution. As said by Niels Bohr, when listening to his two great friends (W. Heisenberg and W. Pauli) who were giving a talk about their new theory of unified fields: ´Surely the theory is crazy, but is it crazy enough?
