I received this bible as a gift. The Bible has a leather cover and gold leafed pages with a ribbon bookmark and provides you with plenty of room for journaling as you study God's word. Jesus' message appears in red.

At the back of the Bible, there is a full color visual overview including Paul's missionary journeys, journeys of the first Christian leaders, prophecies of the Messiah, the ministry of Jesus, the prophets, kingdoms of Israel, the twelve tribes of Israel, and the plagues of Egypt. There is also a Tyndale Verse Finder.

With the new Filament Ap you can enhance your reading experience as never before. Easy to use and connects to every page. There are three windows: study, reflect, and maps.

This is actually a really cool bible! The fact that you can scan pages in your phone and get a more detailed study is so amazing. Also, I like that there is plenty of space to write and take notes.

The overall design on the cover is pretty and bright. I like that in this version some of the distances/measurements have been converted to modern measures, but it still has the original in the margin. I like that there are titles to each section, so you are not reading one continuous text and can easily find delineations in each part. The maps and extras in the index are a nice addition. Having the word of Jesus in red is also a nice feature. It is pretty easy to read. The app is also an interesting addition that gives you other perspectives and explanations. One downside is the thickness of the paper on the pages, it is extremely thin, which you can see the other side of the text on the back of the page and being so thin, it feels like it will easily rip. Overall it isnice version, that makes the scriptures a little more reader friendly and clearer to understand.
