Hmmmmm

Why did Dean have to do the grand gesture for Haley? That made no sense to me. Haley was the one who made the decision to end it like an ass.

Dean (H) helps his friend’s pregnant widow, Haley (h), and her young son, even as he’s drawn to the woman he was slow to claim. A thunderstorm and flooding leave the two together at her farmhouse and things quickly heat up between the two. Sweet curvy girl, age gap romantic quickie with a side of heat and little bit of angst from her late husband’s family. Really sweet how Dean supports and cares for Haley and her son, as well as how he builds her up and makes her comfortable with her body and sexuality.

Choosing love over gossip

Her Forever Cowboy is the fourth book in the Love on the Ranch series and it is the story of Haley and Dean. This story had me reaching for a couple tissues as Haley has definitely had a lot to deal with in such a short life and even worse if her mother in-law who continues to criticize over every little thing. Dean has loved Haley since he first saw her but he was too slow in asking her out and ended up losing her to his a no good friend. But the way may be clear for Dean to finally get what he has always wanted. There will be some obstacles along the way but they will have a chance if they can make the decision that it does not matter what other people say in their small town......after all love is always going to make other people gossip.
I really loved this story and how Mia Brody has written both characters with a lot of empathy and love.

It was fine. If you are looking for a cute novella Mia Brody is always a safe bet. I read this a few days ago and then got side tracked by stuff your kindle day, so I don't remember LOVING it, but it was a good.

Esta novela es una dulce historia de segunda oportunidad. Fue un buen romance en general.

Poe mucho que me gustaran los personajes de Dean y Haley, no estaba tan feliz con su historia de amor como esperaba. Hubo varias partes que simplemente te atraen hacia sus emociones. Traté de entender, pero me costo un poco envolverme en la historia.

Realmente me gustó cómo Dean apoya y se preocupa por Haley y su hijo, así como también cómo la fortalece y la hace sentir cómoda con su cuerpo y su sexualidad.

Haley had been married to Ben. But just a few months ago he had died in Courage County trying to save a young girl in a flash flood. His mother Edna believed that her son could do no wrong even though he was a terrible husband and father. Levi, was Haley and Ben’s son who was now 13 months old. Ever since Ben’s death, Edna had been critiquing everything Haley did or said. Especially if it had something to do with Ben’s best friend, Dean Taylor who made sure that he helps out around Haley’s house: fixing things, cleaning the gutters, etc. He did this because Haley was pregnant with Ben’s second child and she was now 7 months along.

Haley is a bank teller and now things are getting harder for her to do as she as so far along in her pregnancy. Haley and Dean share the same sense of humor which annoyed Ben and shock’s Edna.

Haley met Dean first when she was waitressing at 18 in NJ. Dean has been in love with her since then but Ben asked her out first and the rest is history. Due to a shelter in place storm, Dean and Haley talk as Levi sleeps. I think that this is a beautiful story of their love and the story didn’t disappoint as I’ve been waiting for Dean’s book. I can’t wait to see the rest of the Taylor’s get hitched.

This book was extremely romantic and steamy. I really enjoyed it. I bounced during the epilogue because I was so excited. lol. This whole series is awesome and such a fun read.

¡Tenemos un ganador! De todos los libros de esta saga este se convirtió en mi favorito, es divertido, romántico y dios mío con esta pareja.

Desde leer la sinopsis tuve ese presentimiento, ella es viuda, con 2 hijos y una vida que todos creyeron era color de rosa cuando detrás de la puerta no era para nada cómo se imaginaban. Él aparte de sentirse culpable por la muerte de su amigo (el esposo de ella) desde siempre estuvo enamorado de ella, y de verdad que es lindisimo con ella, ayudando cada día a que su vida sea más fácil.

Pero esto no es un romance que se construye poco a poco y por la soledad, esta pareja ha estado enamorada desde siempre, se separan por lealtad y por seguridad, ambos explican sus razones y sus miedos, así que es una historia que no queda tan a la deriva. Aunque personalmente me hubiera gustado leer más de ellos fuera de la cabaña y donde ponen en su lugar a la suegra con ese sentido del humor.

No cambia mucho la historia de instalove, y literal aunque todo se ha desarrollado desde antes todo lo bueno ocurre en una noche donde la tensión y el amor se tensa a tal punto que todo se rompe y ambos pueden reclamar lo que les pertenece. Además que la forma de el al expresarse sobre ella, su embarazo y el bebé es muy dulce.

Three years later, Ben was killed in a flash flood leaving Haley, a young son, Levi, and another son on the way. He had not been the best husband to her either. He had cheated on her numerous times, and he was always making unkind remarks to her. Dean knew that Haley's life with Ben had not been an easy one, but he was hoping to make things better, since Ben was gone. Dean took over the yard work and home repairs to help her out all trying to ease his way into her heart. There feelings were somewhat conflicted, but it did take a little talk of encouragement from one of his brothers and her father-in-law to each of them respectfully. A heartwarming story of moving forward after the loss of someone close.

Dean was the best thing in the world for Haley... and may have ended up with her if he wasn't such a good guy. Haley married Dean's best friend cause Dean didn't step up and claim her. But three year's later, Haley is free well at least she thought she was..with a baby on the way a three year old and nagging critical mother in law, Haey doesnt think Dean wants her but oh os she wrong.

Dean does all he can to stay close to Haley since the death of his best friend. He didn't treat Haley well.. he berated her and over three years shrinked her confidence to nothing but Dean saw her still as the girl from the bar. And Dean will do all he can to show her he wants her.

But it all lies on Haley, which life doesnshe truly want...and I think she makes the perfect choice...2nd choice and 2nd chances make beutifule futures.

This is the 4th book in the series but can be read on its own.

Dean's friend has passed away, but he has always been in love with his friends wife Hayley. Dean met Hayley first, but had just recently gone through a break up so didn't want Hayley to be just a one night stand. When Hayley met his friend, she thought Dean would fight for her, but he didn't so she ended up dating and marrying his friend. It wasn't the best relationship, as her husband cheated on her and made her insecure about herself. But Dean was always there for her as a friend and now its his chance to finally make her his forever.

I enjoyed reading this book and would recommend it.

A ver, yo cuando leí que este libro iba del mejor amigo de mi marido muerto (sí, sí, has leído bien, mi marido desvivido) me quedé en plan ¿qué clase de telenovela vaquera es esta?

Pero bueno, después de los anteriores libros de la saga, ya voy un poco inmunizada. Aun así, cada uno consigue sorprenderme más que el anterior. Y este… este tiene algo. No sé si es el drama, el romance, o el hecho de que me lo he leído en literalmente media hora, pero me ha gustado más de lo que esperaba.

Sí, son libros muy cortitos (como todos los de la saga), pero este ha sido un visto y no visto.

No sé qué decir, chicas. Esta saga es un cliché andante… pero también es puro entretenimiento. Y lo peor (o lo mejor) es que no me está disgustando.

Another great love story

I was so happy to read Dean's love story, I was waiting to see what his story was all about. When he met Haley, she was a bartender. She thought he had feelings for her but never acted on them. When his friend met her, he asked her out and they got married. They had one son and while pregnant with their second he drowned rescuing someone else from drowning. The whole time they were married, he cheated on her. There's more but you'll have to read it to find out all of it. Dean explained why he never asked her out. It's a really good book, I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. Written by Cindy :)

I absolutely loved Her Forever Cowboy Book 4 of Love on the Ranch. Haley wanted Dean but she married Ben when he didn’t make a move. He was a terrible husband and now he’s gone. Dean comes by to help her but is it for her or his dead best friend? Dean wanted Haley but he wasn’t in the right place for it and she ended up with Ben. He’s waited but now he’s ready to show her forever but is she ready? Such a sweet story and I loved the characters. I’m so happy they finally got their book. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

Dean has loved Haley from a far for three years. When they met, they had a connection, but he had just found his girlfriend with someone else. Haley worked at the bar, and said yes to Dean's friend when he asked him out.

Haley loved her husband, but the longer they were together the more he tore her down. After his death, the one person she could count on was Dean...and she wondered.

Dean and Haley have a fun and sweet relationship. When the walls come down that Haley allows herself a moment, she realizes the love that Dean has is more that she could ever wish for.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. I have really been enjoying this series. I have liked all but one and it was still a good romance overall. For as much as I liked both Dean and Haley's characters, I wasn't as happy with their love story as I expected to be. There were several parts that just pull you into their emotions. I itried to understand, but still had a hard time with Dean not fighting for the woman he loves and resigned to watch things up close but still so distant. He is written as protective and committed but it still irked me some. Other than that, I did enjoy the short romance

Dean has been in love with Haley for 3 years. He has watched her marry his best friend, Ben, and have a son with Ben and another on the way. Ben did not treat Haley very well. After Ben passes away, Dean does everything he can to help Haley and her son especially since she is pregnant.
I loved reading this book! This author has a fabulous way of making the characters as real as possible; you feel their pain and happiness. This is a definite MUST read!.

This is a very nice second chance story of Dean and Haley. He met her first, but let her slip away, so his best friend Ben got her instead. Haley is now a widow with a baby boy and another in the way. Thank goodness for Dean coming to help her around the property. This book was filled withnsecond chances and our main characters find that after Hayley a Mom and pregnant with another, loses her husband, his best friend Dean who liked her first begins to help her, these two so belong together and I love how he also loves her sons. I loved their perfect ending and cannot wait for more stories from this incredible series.

This was a really good book. I really liked Haley and Dean together. These two were sweet yet steamy together. Haley and Dean have been in love with each other since they first met but things didn't work out for them until now. Second Chance at Love

Dean has loved Haley for years but when they met he wasn't in the right headspace for a new relationship so he lost her to his friend who ended up marrying her but then cheating on her. Now that his friend had died Haley is a single mom with a baby on the way and Dean still loves her and wants her. Haley was burned badly by her dead husband and is afraid to take a chance on Dean but these two are meant to be in this sweet read.

A sweet novella

This novella is a sweet second chance story. Haley is a young pregnant widow with a 13 month old son. Dean is her husbands best friend but he’s also been in love with Haley since before she married. While short, the story was well written and the characters were well developed. I plan to continue to read this series.
