This book does a good job explaining what add and adhd are and how they differ and manifest in adults. As the author notes many adults have gone undiagnosed and it is causing significant struggle in their work, home and personal lives. This author presents very concise lists of points to help manage the symptoms of add and adhd. I also enjoyed the authot presenting a list of famius people like Michael Jordan and Jennifer Lawrence who have found success even living with add or adhd. I found that inspiring. I enjoyed reading this book.
I found some really interesting ideas, I was able to follow the reading because the topics are all important and the strategies provided finally new than usual. I had the impression that the author was a dear friend or a person who knew very well what it feels like to have ADHD. Great book!
