She’s a spoiled society heiress and a magnet for trouble. She’s also the only one who can save Earth.
Callista Linden isn’t technically a princess, but she’s lived like one since the day she was born. Her life is all about high heels, high speeds, and high stakes, and heaven help any guy who gets in her way. After years of living from one thrill to the next, no one takes her seriously, and she’s careful to keep it that way.
Callista has big plans for the corporation her mother and grandfather have nearly destroyed, but to gain control, she’ll have to play—and win—a dangerous game that already claimed the life of her older brother. Which makes it even more of a shock when that brother, Phillip Linden, turns out to be less dead than everyone was led to believe.
Killian Avalar is a pirate, a liar, and a fraud. He’s also ruthless when it comes to getting what he wants, and he’s not above impersonating a dead man to gain control of the largest corporation on Earth. But standing in his way is a powerful woman more than willing to fight for what’s hers, even if it means taking on family.
Their collision is inevitable, but if they can’t work out a compromise, it may end in the destruction of everything they’re fighting to save. Not just a family or a corporation, but all life on Earth. An invasion is coming, and if the humans can’t stop fighting each other, they won’t have a prayer of stopping it in time.
Kenley Davidson is a romantic fantasy author and unrepentant caffeine addict who believes in the power of storytelling and loves nothing more than a good book hangover. Her books include romantasy, urban fantasy, fairy-tale retellings, and sci fi, but no matter the genre, she writes stories of hope and redemption with characters you can root for, heart-pounding romance without the spice, and happy endings that might just make you cry.
Her favorite things (besides books) are coffee, k-dramas, cats, and playing cozy video games. And also scones.
Kenley currently lives in Oklahoma, where she cares for a menagerie of misfit house plants while waiting for her adult children to occasionally pop in for laundry and a home-cooked meal.

I'm sad that this is the end of the series😢.- Alas, all good things must come to an end! -and as far as endings go it was tied up in a nice little bow😉. Lots of good characters -and character growth😉😉-, good humor and of course, a healthy dose of banter.😉😉😉 -also can I just say how much I love the random additions of cats and cat like creatures in this series😂😘🤗🐱
So happy to finally get the third book in this series! This was definitely an action packed conclusion and I really enjoyed seeing couples from the previous books return, especially Phillip and Seph (my favorites). Callista and Killian were a perfect match and it was fun see Killian as more of a main character. If you’re a fan of high action sci-fi + romance, this is a great read & series to pick up!
This was a great conclusion. Not at all what I expected. I never know what is coming in these! Lots of action and romance. The first will forever be a fav of mine and I love that we get a little of Emma back! This was just one of the fun-est scifi's I have read since Cinder. Clean romance with a couple swear words. This is the least violent but we do go to war in this one! Lots of tense moments!
After staying up late—and being a zombie for the past two days—I have finished this series. Can I just say, wow? If you are contemplating reading, do yourself a favor and buy the first book. You’ll be hooked. The second book at first didn’t draw me in... but it ended up being my favorite. No spoilers here if you haven’t read book one or two, but if you’re like me and it takes a minute for you to warm up to the second, give it a minute. It starts a little slow, but totally worth it.
The characters within these books have all the feels. I was immersed, I felt what they felt, and I fell in love with each imperfect yet beautiful character time and time again. These characters are filled with regrets and past bad decisions, but they try. And their heart is in the right place. My goodness, I loved these characters. Just read it, then you’ll understand 😉
As far as content, it deals with tragedy, picking yourself up after being beat down time and again, it deals with hope, and not giving up. So it’s very mature minded without being inappropriate or raunchy. There are a few light curse words, but they mostly made me chuckle, fitting well with the dialog.
Would recommend a parent or elder picking up and reading before handing to a younger teen, but overall it’s clean with good life lessons.
If you’re like me and enjoy a book that deals with hard topics and swoon-worthy heroes and strong heroins while being a clean, wholesome read, pick these up. They’re worth the sleep I’ve been lost the past few days. 😁
Just finished the Kindle Unlimited box set with all 3 from this series, so I'm just going to paste the review I left on Amazon.

I'm a big fan of science fiction romance. I saw this series and thought, okay, it's on KU, I'll check it out. I wasn't specifically looking for 'clean', but I have to admit, I prefer it to the endless repetitive smexy scenes found in so much of the current SFR. Well! What a pleasant surprise!!! These books hit all my checkmarks. World building, character development, cohesive plot, technically impeccable writing and the perfect balance of intrigue, suspense, action and romance make for an addictive read. Each of these is part of an overarching story, but they all tell their own story, focusing on different main characters. No insta-love here, but a nice slow burn keeps the Reader engaged and rooting for the couples. The FMCs are awesome! They are smart and strong and capable. They partner with their men, each complementing the other's strengths, giving each other space to be their best while having each others' backs. The action scenes, especially the final battle in book 3, are off the charts! Best thing I have read in a while and I am just very thankful the author decided to finish writing the series. Solid 5 stars and highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Like the previous two books in the series, this final installment blew my sci-fi/fantasy/romance-loving socks off. I loved the story of Killian and Callista, and watching them grow to love each other. (I've been secretly rooting for Killian to meet his match since the middle of the second book.) The action was there, the romance was there, and the story was there. I liked how you really felt the high stakes and weren't sure just how it would end, how everyone was going to make it through. I honestly cried. And for me, that's the making of a great book.
Yes, there were some swear words. We're they needed? No. But the story wasn't littered with them. I still consider this a clean romance because there were only heated stares and kisses, nothing more.
Callista never backed down from a fight. She also didn’t fight like anyone else. Killian was over humanity and only stayed the course for the chance at redemption. Saving Earth was his only chance to get home. When a warring alien species attacks Earth, the whole gang gets back together. Phillip and Seph take over Linden Corporation with Callista’s help and team. Emma and Devyn come back with Killian to release some fiery space worms from mind control. Will it be enough to keep Earth from being destroyed and can Darage be moved to forgive and give humanity a second chance?
This was a mostly satisfactory conclusion to the "Conclave Worlds," series.
I liked getting to know more of the characters and lore of this world. Killian and Callista's story added a lot of action and swoonworthy moments. I know the series is over, but I wouldn't mind another book or a spin-off series!
I do wish we had gotten to know more about the Bhandalecki and gotten to visit Killian's homeworld. Maybe one day we will!
Content warning: Lots of mild cusswrods (d*mn, hell, etc...). A few violent scenes.
Legacy is the best kind of sci fi romance: heavy on the adventure with a great romance on the side. The world building is fantastic, Callista is everything I expected and more, but Errol deserved a bigger part. The story is a definite page-turner and did not disappoint. I would love a book of Callista and Killian's future adventures. I read this book on KU but will buy it to reread.
So glad to get all the stories for this series. I’ve been looking for the completion....a bit of a wait but worth it. I’ve forgotten much of the details from the first two books over time, but was able to remember enough to make the necessary connections to have the complete story. So nice to have a clean, romantic sci-fi . Would love to read more like this. Really liked the trust that developed between each of the couples.
I didn't want to read this book. I knew it was going to be good and all the things I wanted. I just knew it would have fabulous characters and answer my questions about what happened with and to my favorite characters, and it did. AND that is exactly why I didn't want to read this book. Because it is the final one. Personally, I can see one more, and a spin off or two. There are yet things to be explored here. Just one more?...In all, it was a fantastic read.
When I first started reading this book I wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. Callista seemed like such a spoiled rich girl that I wasn’t sure if I wanted to read anymore. The way Killian acted when he was on earth at the beginning was kind of pathetic. I liked Killian in previous books so to see him acting like an idiot was difficult. Finally somewhere after 20% of the book or so Calista finally started showing us her true colors and that she wasn’t just a spoiled rich girl. Just like her brother Philip, Calista had an awful family to have to deal with. When her and Killian finally got together the book started getting even better. I hope there is another book in this series.
I hope Davidson comes back to this world or at least writes more Sci Fi. I'm thrilled to have found another Sci Fi author along the lines of Michelle Diener. I'm just sad I already finished this series. I enjoyed them all, but this last book was a step up. The lead characters were great, and there was also plenty of 'end of the world' suspense, and it even tied back into the first book - really good. More please!
I'm so glad the author finished this series. I love sci-fi with romance but there are so few clean books out there. I could have done with less language that is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. I hope she writes more of the romantic sci-fi. I have enjoyed all of her other books as well.
Once again Kenley Davidson has written a terrific book
I’m so glad that she has finally finished the series! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed these three books because they’re imaginative, Great characters and an interesting storyline! It’s hard to find a good space story that is clean and I’m glad I found this one.
This book follows Callista and Killian and the battle for earth with the Bhandecki. It ties up things between Daragh and Earth and sorts out what will happen with the Lindens on Earth. It leaves things open for further adventures as Callista and Killian and Killian’s crew are ready to explore new horizons. I would love to see where they end up next.
This is currently the last book in this series. They definitely should read in order! Beautiful character development. Very three Dimensional characters that continued to develops with each book in the series. And strong message of hope! I would tend to rate the individual books as 3-4 stars. But the over all message is a strong 5++
Loved this series, I really hope theres another book coming. Killian it totally my favourite character but to be honest they were all great. Nice clean romance as well which is always a plus and with a really good story backing it.
I have a new favorite character for this trilogy. Callista is a firecracker! I thoroughly enjoyed her interactions with Killian. Everything about this book was satisfying. We've been waiting for so long, and the wait was worth it!
I do love Kenley Davidson books, and this was an interesting wrap up to her scifi series. However, where her romance writing is normally delightful, this was sappy. She jumped PoV while the hero and heroine over-analyzed their feelings to the point that I just had to skip. And I would have pegged these two characters the least likely to do that! If you've read the first two books, you definitely can't skip this one as you need to know how it ends. But be prepared for saccharine sweet love thoughts to pepper the pages.
I don’t reread books often unless i fall in love with them. These three books surprised and led me on different paths and brought it all back and you understand at the end. Very good.
A fun scifi with clean romance, the 3rd in the series. I liked how this continued the story of the first two books and brought them to a nice conclusion. Callista and Killian seemed well-suited to be together and to conquer the galaxy.
Great characters full of twists and turns. This is the type of story i love keeping you on the edge of your seat without a lot of unnecessary violence and a happy ending.
Starts off slow, then quickly escalates until it explodes. Calista and Killian are both strong, independent and ruthless. However, underneath all that, are hearts that can accept and love others. Each other? You'll have to read to find out.
Another plot twisting story that will leave you guessing and yearning for the chance at happiness in the end. With an added bonus of pirates, shifters and even Aliens!! Will they survive or be destroyed?
Good ness me. This book was worried ending life Changing and glorious. This whole series is beyond excellent. I don't even like science fiction, and certainly not space books. Even still. This sits atop my Very favorite books list.
Great read. I found this to be one of those series you just can not seem to put down. Hope there is more to read one day but I'm very satisfied with this ending. A++
