The plot and actual story would only have been rated 2 stars, but her writing is so beautiful and unique that it required 4 stars.

This book was a mess.

I didn't like the beginning, then I got used to it and enjoyed the middle, then got confused and tired of reading it at the end.

I wanted to read this book because I enjoyed Bleeding Violet so much and I figured Dia Reeves knew what she was doing. But I'm still not 100% sure what actually happened in this book.

I did laugh when Jimi "died" though - he got very dramatic.

All in all, I feel very let down.
