In this booklet we will consider some of the women, both real and mythical, who were important to Rochester's most famous bachelor. These will include family and friends, beginning with that fictitious but long-lived icon, The Kodak Girl.
Elizabeth Bashore Brayer (1933-2017) wrote numerous works on the history, art and architecture of Rochester, New York. Her biography of George Eastman was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize.
