Hum....
We are enjoying this series as we are really enjoying the characters but, I have to be honest, I was not feeling these characters at all, and we could not connect with them. I can't say that we hated it but, I can't say that we loved it either, it was just an okay read for us.
For us, the bottom line is that I felt no connection between these characters at all and didn't feel the chemistry between them either.
The side characters like Salvatore were more interesting than the main characters. We did however love how Tiziano was with Maci in the fact once he got to know her he wanted a different sort of marriage then he first intended. And what about Mia that woman was far from a shrinking violet yet, she acted like a complete needy mess in this story? Then Bones just pissed me right off, the nerve of him showing up the way he did after he threw that women to the wolves, knowing what her intended fate would be. If I was Maci in the position she was now, I would have someone kick his butt...lol

sigh, why this author keeps adding so many situations but not working on the couple relationship? they barely connect but we have lot and lots of times where there is an OW situation and i'm tired of it, also i'm tired of her making them marry and separate them., at least in this one it's only a few months, in the last on it was 5 freaking years 😔🙄
The read was nice but not enough for me to love it. at least they dont cheat but i'm bothered with all those insinuations and thoughts.

Becoming His Wife is a beautifully written book full of angst and heartbreak. It's unexpected and surprising and had me cheering for these characters. Tiziano and Maci have had such heartbreak in their lives and both deserve so much more. Because of past heartbreak and betrayal, Tiz refuses to become attached enough to anyone that could cause more. Maci has just had a crap life. Her father put her in a horrible situation. When she ends up with the Savage Beasts MC because of her father, they send her to Gavino in New York. It's there she meets Tiziano, who may just be her future. As with all of the books I've read by this author, Becoming His Wife is an absolutely phenomenal read.

I loved Tiziano and Maci’s unconventional love story. Plenty of action and angst and a heroine with equal parts sweetness and backbone. Add in a rich cast of supporting characters and it’s a really great mafia read.

Becoming His Wife has become one of my favorites by Hayley Faiman. Tiziano is a deeply unhappy man that is so afraid of anyone leaving him, that he feels the only way to keep his wife is to buy her. Tiziano makes a deal with another "family" so that they will help him secure a wife in the attempt to keep her forever. This way she can never leave him.
Maci is in a desperate situation and the only way out is to marry Tiziano or become a women of the night. Of course there is only one choice to make. Marry. Little does Maci know what she is actually getting into. But in great times of need, love will grow and everyone will show what they are really made of.
True love isn't always pretty, and that shows in Becoming his Wife. Neither one of these characters wanted each other, nor did they find the real need in a marriage. Another amazing book by Hayley Faiman I can't wait to read were this story goes after this one . I was hooked from the very first page I didn't want to put my reader down . The characters are really interesting and the way they developed was incredible I liked reading their growth . I think the couple really deserved one another they really needed some one and that some one was each other .

Tiziano is trying to do what’s best for his future. Maci is hoping for better things to happen.Our author has done two things for us. First she found a way to include, in a small way, her Savage Beast MC series. Then she shows how different the lives are for people that live in the Famiglia Zanetti world.
That was a nice combination – the blending of two different worlds. But then she puts in a twist that could change the future of her main characters. That’s the point where you may not be going anywhere because you don’t want to miss a thing. She shows how tough it is for those in that line of work. I think this one humanized them the most. The men are tough when needed and soft and caring when it comes to family. We watch Maci grow throughout the story.
When I got to the end, I got no indication of the series being over. It was a nice way to end our introduction to Tiziano and Maci. The author gives us a nice treat by including a short story. All I’ll tell you is that Tiziano makes an appearance. So, only time will tell if there will be another story in our future.

This is a fast story. I wish it had been longer. Mia was an interesting character and this short doesn't give enough about her.
Mia, after a bad relationship, she ends up as a Madame working for the Zanetti Famiglia. When the boss Gavino offers her the chance at being a Boss and marriage to an unknown, she runs away.
Elio, a Capo from Italy who comes to America for a new start at the request of Gavino.
A wedding. Sexy time. HEA

Excellent!!
This book was so satisfying. Tiziano and Maci were great together. I love mafia romance and Faiman does the genre so well. The saga of Gavino’s Zanetti famiglia continues with this story of one soon-to-be head of household and the woman he purchases to be his wife. He is a man who has been cut dearly by love, she has had the definition of a hard knock life and has no control over her future. This shouldn’t be an easy connection, but wonderfully- it is.
Their love is surprisingly sweet and it is refreshing how Tiziano and Maci evolve from strangers to spouses so seemlessly. Not to say danger isn’t lurking- it is definitely a harsh world they reside in and evil forces make them suffer. The story is action packed, tense, and at times brutal, but it does all this without sacrificing any of the great parts of the relationships between (almost) all of the characters. The series keeps getting better and I loved how we get a glimpse of the rest of the characters in the series as well as Faiman’s Savage Beasts.
I loved this book and I feel like Hayley Faiman is one of the best authors around, and she just sleeps getting better.

Wow!! Becoming His Wife is and amazing edition to the Zanetti Famiglia! We get heart breaking angst filled story that has enough smexy times to melt your kindle.
Tiziano is bound and determined to find himself a wife that can never leave. However what he doesn't expect is Maci. She is young, beautiful, and very innocent. Her innocence screams out to him, and he knows as soon as he lays eyes on her that she is the one. Maci is a quiet, shy, and really naive. Her life has been anything, but easy. She has learned to roll with the punches, but when she meets Tiz she feels like her life might be looking up. Their battle is an uphill one but these two are perfect for each other. The two of them learn anything worth having is worth the fight.
This is where the uphill battle begins... Outside forces trickle in and love, loyalty, and honor are tested. If you enjoy a good mafia read you are going to love this one. We get hot alpha made men. We get to see just what happens when you push someone to their breaking point. AND we get to see true undying love at its finest!

Good read for Tiziano and Maci
It was good to read this book and be back in the Gavino World. It’s always a wild ride with him and his associates. The men are classy, handsome, alpha, and hot like fire. Tiziano is the same even though he starts from a place where he doesn’t really know his strength. He feels damaged in a way due to his past. He hasn’t let himself heal emotionally. Tiziano enters a agreement with Gavino, but he doesn’t take steps to handle his family and things fall sideways. . . . The journey begins there. Now to the mini-story for Mia at the end, I am disappointed that Mia didn’t get her own full story. It would have been so great to see a female in power and in charge. What a open mind Gavino has to make this huge decision. I feel like an opportunity was missed to let a capable woman shine in her own book.

Love this series and can't wait for the next story. Double in this one on Mia and Flip but this one is on Tiziano and his plan to move the Bianchi family under Zanetti. First he need to get married so he has an arrange marriage. Maci is given to the Zanetti family for outstanding debt by her father. Being innocent gives her an edge to marry vs whoring. It begins happy until Tiziano father finds out the truth. The father leaves Tiz in Italy with another mob family and returns Maci back to Zanettj and has their marriage annulled. Wow could not but the book down must read .

You never know what you're gonna get from her except for a gripping story that you will not put down until all the words have been consumed! That is always a guarantee from her. This book was no different plus a surprise little novella at the end (I love when she does this) and now we get Salvatore's story next, Yes PLEASE!!!

I don’t know what was going on with me during this read but it felt like this book was never going to end. It felt like I’d been reading it for months. I’m not even sure why because looking back, I didn’t hate it. I wouldn’t say it’s a favorite and I wasn’t super connected to the characters, but for some reason this just seemed to drag on for me.

Tiziano has no desire to marry, but he knows that he must to become the Boss of his famiglia. He has made an arrangement with Gravino that will benefit them both, but he knows his father will not be happy. He wants a marriage that will suit his life, a woman who understand what being married to a Made Man means, and who knows her place. Vino helps Tiz find a woman, but shortly before the wedding a new option comes along and Tiz decides, she is exactly what he wants.
Maci has been through some of the worst situations life has to offer her. A mother who was worthless and a father who caused her to be taken by an MC full of evil men, she eventually comes to terms with being with an MC that treats her with some bit of respect. She knows a time will come when she must “pay her way,” but it is really something she doesn’t wish to do for them. She is given an option and takes it, she leaves for the unknown in NYC. She may still wind up on a difficult situation, but she believes the men in the Savage Beasts, and hope the man she is being brought to is as fair as they have led her to believe. Upon arrival 3 options are suggested and Vino, the man in charge of her fate, decides she is perfect for a man who needs a wife, and her future is decided.
Tiziano and Maci have an instant attraction and connection that cannot be ignored. As they spend their wedding and honeymoon getting to know one another, and falling for one another, danger is lurking behind the scenes. When evil plans are revealed, Tiziano and Maci are separated, in not only distance, but as a couple as well. While Tiziano fights to have the life he finally realizes he deserves, and needs, Vino makes sure that Maci is taken care of and protected. When Tiziano finds his way back to his “wife” he is different. Being torn from the life he lived, and betrayed by a man he thought would never let him down, forced him to develop the attributes he needed to be the best Boss for his famiglia. The path he and Maci must take is not easy nor safe. There are moments of bliss, interspersed with violence, fear and the unknown. In the end, Tiziano will become the man he was always meant to be, and that Vino always knew he could be. Maci gains a future she never expected with a man who not only gives her stability and love, but helps her mature into a strong and capable woman. She fits seamlessly into the life of a Made Man.

There are genres of books that can make me want to read them asap. One of them is Mafia.
I've read my fair share of these books and I can honestly say that I always want more.
Hayley Faiman has this Mafia series that you guys need to read.
I haven't read all books from it but I intend to do so.
Her writing is sweet and beautiful but super raw and wild... Just give her a chance.

This new book explores the lives of Tiziano and Maci.
Tiziano only wants one thing. A wife. And since he doesn't have time, nor does he believe in romance, the only way to get one wife is to buy one. He goes to the right person that will give him what he wants at a hefty price...
Maci was never a free girl. Living in poverty and fear it's not an easy thing but being kidnapped was the worst, or wasn't it...
Dayum... Just Dayum... What a book... What a story.
This was perfect in every imperfect way.
Amazing plot, well written, super engaging, and intense.
Each chapter was even more addictive than the latest and I couldn't stop reading it.
The need to know what happened kept me on my toes.
One minute things have been one way and the next... The next it changed...
Oh boy, what a change. I didn't saw that coming.
The characters worked perfectly with each other and you will see their emotions, you'll feel them as well.

I've read my fair share of these books and I can honestly say that I always want more.
Hayley Faiman has this Mafia series that you guys need to read.
I haven't read all books from it but I intend to do so.
Her writing is sweet and beautiful but super raw and wild... Just give her a chance.

This was perfect in every imperfect way.
Amazing plot, well written, super engaging, and intense.
Each chapter was even more addictive than the latest and I couldn't stop reading it.
The need to know what happened kept me on my toes.
One minute things have been one way and the next... The next it changed...
Oh boy, what a change. I didn't saw that coming.
The characters worked perfectly with each other and you will see their emotions, you'll feel them as well.

The last Zanetti book is now my favorite- I loved reading this! I've been waiting for Tiziano's story since we first met him and learned he wanted to "buy" his wife so he could have someone who could never leave him. At the same time, I'd been waiting since we met Maci in the Savage Beasts series to see what would happen with her, but it never even occurred to me that their stories would intertwine. Tiziano and Maci's story definitely did not disappoint. It was everything we have come to expect from a Hayley Faiman book - dark but romantic with lots of surprising twists and turns.
Once I picked this book up, I didn't want to stop reading about how Tiziano and Maci meet and work through and overcome the obstacles thrown at them individually and as a couple. Both of them have very different backgrounds, but also very similar ones. Tiziano's mother left him when he was just a child and he never saw her again, then when he first gained adulthood he thought he met the woman that would be his wife, but she did the same thing. Maci has also always been left or let down in some way by those around her, never having stability or anyone to rely on. Despite the way they meet, they are in many ways a perfect match. This book was a perfect ending to the Zanetti family series!

Becoming His Wife brought us back to the Zanetti Famiglia world with an action-packed and angst-filled mafia arranged marriage romance story.
Tiziano was a good man, all he ever wanted was love and stability. Maci was a sweet soul who was fierce and brave. Even though they came together at the most unconventional way, they connected and saw each other in a short time. They were loyal and believed in each other while they were unexpectedly ripped apart. Their path to their reunion was filled with obstacles but they came out stronger and more in love on the other side.
There was never a dull moment in New York’s mafia underworld. Gavino once again proofed that he was the true leader and had the ability to enable all the famiglias to flourish with his wits and planning. The bonus novella featuring Mia was brilliant yet too short. She was an integral part of the Zanetti Famiglia and I was happy that she got her HEA.

You get pulled in right from the beginning and I didn’t want to put it down. I really loved both characters Tiz and Maci were made for each other.
Tiziano is looking for a wife but not in the way you would think. Due to his past history with a woman, he has made an agreement with Gavino for an arranged marriage. And Gavino has a surprise for him, Maci. Maci has been given to Gavino and she isn’t sure what is going to happen. When she meets Tiziano there is something about him that gets her attention. When she finds out who he will be to her she’s not sure what to think. After the wedding these two have such a great connection and you can feel them falling for each other. Then we get a huge twist and things get more intense from here.
Will these two get a HEA?
Overall this was an amazing story. Just when you think everything is going in the right direction there is a huge twist that mixes things up. All of the characters added a great element to the story. Another great story f/the series. There were a few moments I wanted to throw my phone & yell at Tiz. It made me angry & sad for Maci when it came to Mia. Maci learned right before her & Tiz married that Tiz & Mia had a sexual relationship. While I liked the fact that after they were married Tiz stopped going to Mia & really wanted a real marriage w/Maci, I didn’t like how Mia ruined not 1 but 2 really important moments for Maci. She was always turning to Tiz for her problems, first she called him on his honeymoon, then when Tiz & Maci were suppose to find out the gender of their baby, Mia called him & he went to her, forgetting about Maci & the appointment. Granted he made it very clear when Mia threw herself at him that what they had was over, & she couldn’t call him anymore, it’s the fact he even went to her in the first place. I also wanted to hit him because when they were forced apart, he knew he was going home soon & he still almost cheated- he woke up naked in bed w/another woman. Nothing happened but he put himself in that position. But even w/that mistake, he was really a great & devoted guy to Maci.
I was hooked right away w/this book. I loved it & seeing Maci grow through the book was really good!

I love everything from Hayley Faiman and this book does not disappoint.
Maci has had a really hard life, never feeling stability or love. From her father’s betrayal she ends up with the Savage Beasts MC who have no use for her and give her over to Gavino Santoro to do with as he pleases. All she wants is a stable life one where she doesn’t get moved from one person to another all the time, and when she first meets Tiziano she decides that she will do anything to have that with him.
Tiziano is the next in line for the Bianchi Famiglia, all he wants to have a woman in his life that will not leave him. His solution…. to buy one for himself. The cost of what Tiziano wants will come at too high a price to pay. Betrayal of the Bianchi famiglia was never his intention, but the first time he sets eyes on Maci he knows she belongs to him.
This book is amazing from the very first page, so well written with both thrilling and some heartbreaking moments. The interaction between Tiziano and Maci will have you enthralled and asking for more. Well done Hayley! Great work!

This is the 6th book in the series. Although it can technically be read as stand-alone I would urge you to read the others books at some point. Not only so you can get to know all the other characters that are connected but mostly because they are so good! Becoming His Wife was really well written.

Tiziano just wanted a wife who can't leave him to create a family with, and so far, he's not had a lot of luck. He goes to Gavino (head of the Zanetti famiglia) for help with buying a bride but that wasn't going that great either. Maci's father was a worthless tool who ended up getting her kidnapped by a biker club & then she's sent to Gavino to work. It takes another turn when she's now bought by Tiziano to marry, and this poor woman has no clue as to what she's in for. First of all, he didn't get rid of his side piece right until they were married, AND she's the one who is supposed to take care of Maci so I just about put the book down at that point to be honest. If not for all the suspense & action, I would have rated this lower because I'm over these double standards in the books I read. That being said, Hayley Faiman does have a big gift of keeping me reading despite the rage I had so I kept reading until the end which I'm glad about. This is only my opinion & I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND you decide for yourselves as I'm seriously cranky in my old age! {4.5 STARS}

Becoming His Wife quickly sailed into being one of my favorite Hayley Faiman books. Full of heat, romance, and angst this emotional read kept me on my toes. From the instant lust and chemistry between Tiziano and Maci to the jaw-dropping twists every page of this book was an adventure that kept me addicted to their story.
Both Maci and Tiziano were two more who desperately deserved to have a HEA. Each of them has their own devastating past and yet when you get down to who they are inside they both still have hearts full of love to give once you get past their walls. Those walls quickly shatter when these two finally come together, but the life of a Made Man is never easy and they have plenty of hurdles they have to overcome.
Becoming His Wife is a roller coaster of a book that will quickly work its way right into your heart and have you falling in love with each and every character!

I’m pretty sure I said this about the last book in this series, but now I think this one is my new favorite book from it!! I loved the storyline and I loved the roadblocks Maci and Tiziano had to overcome in order to be together. There are a couple of Hayley Faiman classic moments that make you wonder if either character would cheat on the other. I’m not going to spoil it, but I can tell you that I got nervous about it LOL We also have some “other woman” drama which got my blood pumping pretty good, and I almost hate how much I ended up loving this other woman in her own little short story at the end of the book. Even though it’s part of a series, you can definitely read this book as a stand-alone, although, if you do read the other ones, you’ll love getting reacquainted with characters from the previous books. Looking forward to more!

This is the 6th book in this amazing series and is Tiziano and Maci’s story. Tiziano is dangerous, powerful, and dominant, and due to his past, he thinks the only way he will get a wife who will not leave him, is to but her. Maci had lived a life of poverty and fear, and when she is kidnapped by the Savage Beast MC, they hand her over to Gavino who is the head of the Zanetti famiglia. Tiziano and Maci have pasts which is loaded with heartbreak, but they compliment each other perfectly. This is a week written story which is filled with angst, heartbreak, betrayal, emotions, action, twists, and is an entertaining and all-consuming riveting page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
