Džonas milijardierius, kuriam griežtas senelis liepė vesti per 3 mėnesius antraip jis neteks savo akcijų ir darbo. Ketė restorano administratorė turinti daug finansinių bėdų. Vieną vakarą jos restorane pasirodo Džonas ir nuplėšia suknelės etiketę, kurios netekus jai tenka susimokėti nemažą sumą savo draugei, kuri jai paskolino tą suknelę. Taip ji vėl susitinka su Džonu, bet jo pinigų nepriima. Galiausiai jis jai pasiūlo verslo sandėrį- vedybas. Na ir istorija tampa nuspėjama, tačiau laiminga pabaiga verta skaitymo.
Mane kiek erzino Ketė perdėtas užsispyrimas ir savarankiškumas. Seksualus vyrukas tau siūlo 6 milijonus už vedybas ir tu dar laužais?! Man patinka kiek laisvesnio charakterio veikėjos. Taip knyga skaitėsi lengvai nors ir skyriai ilgi, nebuvo nuobodu. Užskaitau- man patiko.
Mane kiek erzino Ketė perdėtas užsispyrimas ir savarankiškumas. Seksualus vyrukas tau siūlo 6 milijonus už vedybas ir tu dar laužais?! Man patinka kiek laisvesnio charakterio veikėjos. Taip knyga skaitėsi lengvai nors ir skyriai ilgi, nebuvo nuobodu. Užskaitau- man patiko.

Convenient Cinderella Bride by Joss Wood is just as steamy as her previous work. It is the first book in the Secrets of the A-List series. The desire between Kat and Jonah is immediately noticeable. The two are made for each other but are so caught up in other affairs they make it so difficult to accept the destiny in which they deserve.
Kat is a hostess at restaurant all the rich and famous attend. She knows so many secrets that could pay for everything she ever dreamed of. All she has to do is sell them but unfortunately for her conscious she just isn't that type of person. She has been hurt by any man she has ever trusted. Her father betrayed her by leaving almost everything to her stepmother and her ex-husband betrayed her by becoming a whole other person as soon as the ink was dry and the marriage license. She will never fall for a rich man again. They just aren't worth the hassle and heartache. She will get her dreams one way or another.
Jonah has worked for years to turn his family's company around. His grandfather is absolutely ruthless which has gave the company a name for being ruthless. His father is a liar and cheat which has gave the company a bad name for being deceptive. So once he took the reigns he knew he would bring the company forward with integrity. So when his ruthless grandfather stipulates new plans in order for him to inherit the company he must do the one thing he swore he never would do find a bride.
Joss wood has fastly became a favorite author for me and this book does not disappoint. The chemistry is out of this world. The love between Kat and Jonah is evident immediately to anyone other than the two of them. They are both just a little too stubborn for their own good. I can't wait to read her next one. :)

Kat has been burned one to many time by men and do not trust them...Than on a fateful night a sexy billionaire rips a tag from her dress she was going to take back but now can't and she is stressed over how to pay for it..See she has money troubles and is under a lot of stress and strain..Jonas(the one that tore the tag) starts coming around..when they are around each other it is combustible. But can Kat trust enough to go into an arranged marriage to help her and her aunt out as well as helping Jonas? This is a beautifully written story. I loved reading how Jonas and Kat fell in love and how Kat realized she was in love with Jonas.>I cried happy tears..

The heroine was so determined to think the worst about Jonas and it became utterly boring.
There’s independent, and then there’s ridiculously stubborn and Kat was definitely drifting into the latter category as far as I was concerned.
Jonas was a really well written hero and I loved his development and his realisation of what he really wanted. This author can write but sometimes her characters are a bit hard to like.

I absolutely loved this book. Quiet, yet fiercely independent Kat has decisions to make. Will Jonas prove himself trustworthy or confirm Kat's worst beliefs in men? A fantastic Harlequin read!

Jonas Halstead has been given a 3 month deadline from his grandfather to get married or risk losing his place in the family hotel company. The wealthy billionaire takes this threat seriously, having worked hard to rehabilitate the company’s reputation. He’ll do what it takes to stay in control, even if it means a marriage of convenience. And lucky for him there’s an intriguing woman who has caught his eye.
Katrina Morrison is able to put a pleasant smile on her face as hostess of an expensive restaurant but inside she’s stressed out with the reality of her financial woes. When Jonas, a regular patron of the restaurant offers her a business arrangement that could solve all her problems, she knows she can’t say no. Katrina who has experienced love and loss is the most closed off to wanting love again in a relationship whereas Jonas who has not had any experience with love in relationships seems willing to contemplate it. He seems to go with Katrina's statement of "You are not in love with me. I am not in love with you." to gauge where Katrina wants to take the relationship yet is confused when Jonas walks away from the relationship. Which was frustrating that she gets what she wants but is confused as to why n forgot her own words. Katrina your actions do not match you words whereas Jonas displayed his love with words and actions but you would not accept it. So ball is in your court Katrina deal with it.
