I wanted to like this, there's a great idea here, but there's no tension. Everything is just too simple and the romance doesn't really develop, it just kind of pops into existence. It was a quick read but doesn't entice me to read anything else by the author. There is no follow up with how things turn out, no satisfying or real explanation for the why's and how's of the curse.

Terrible narration. Archetype characters. Story was barely there. The curse was pretty vague & lame to boot.

this was a really good short story about finding love and ending a curse.
