An excellent book. It will not only make you think about curriculum, it will give you tools to think about curriculum more deeply.
Many of these tools/concepts were new to me, so it was helpful that the back had a glossary. I will reference this book as I help develop my school’s curriculum.
Finally, I hope this book spawns a series of curriculum books that dig into the ideas introduced here.
If you work as a teacher, this book will help you think about how to implement your curriculum. If you are involved in planning curriculum, this book will give you a framework. In short, if you are in education, I believe this book will benefit you.
