Found this in the library, it sounded really good, love seasonal veg recipes and finding new ways to use a glut of home grown produce. Virtually every recipe was meat or fish with a vegetable. A good book to get meat eaters to eat more veg perhaps but not of interest to those who don't eat meat or fish for every meal.
Enjoyable cookbook that focuses on vegetables. It is not a vegetarian cookbook though, 28 out of the 100 featured recipes include a fish or meat ingredient (yes I counted, yes I’m a geek), and many more have eggs and dairy. Some really great sounding recipes, interesting but not too complex, and I’ll be trying some later. I still won’t be trying any of the recipes that involve cooking lettuce though, some things are just not for me :).
